If you can go to other chatime locations…I would advise that.

Not as many options on the menu and the milk teas taste watered down. I wish it was up to standards to other locations as this one is the closest one to me: (

Half of it was filled with ice, and the paper straw deformed in five minutes. The pearl coconut was crushed by the ice and I couldn't drink it. I forgot to add the coconut after adding it.

Been here about 5-10 times, just due to convience. Boba just isn't made to as good a quality as other chatimes not sure why. Showed up just a few minutes into their last hour being open and they told me they were closed and couldn't serve me since they were cleaning up. Why have your hours be until 10pm if you're going to tell me when I show up at 9pm that you can't serve anytime past 8: 30pm? Employees aren't very friendly. Boba subpar. Skip this and go to yifang

Just not that great… the drinks weren’t that good considering the average price, they serve below average drinks, and 50% sugar tasted like 200%. I ordered the drink on Uber eats so I called the shop and told them that I don’t think my drink was made correctly. The service was super rude, the person who picked up straight up asked me to repeat myself 3 times and when I finally made things clear, they just said I should have ordered 0% in the first place. Like how am I supposed to know that you guys make boba taste like liquid sugar?

Got our order right, friendly phone voice, ordered 8 large bubble teas with 30% sugar and less ice, ready in 10 minutes! Our company has ordered 100 bubble teas for a past event and Chatime stepped up. Well done!

Very poor the service and experience I met on 7 th August.

My two sons, 9 and 7 years old, always asking me for buying them Chatime drinks. Today I brought them to the shop near Langara College at Cambie st. When my son took one of the drink and put it on the brown cupboard beside the cashier, he dropped it on the floor and broke it carelessly. It spit on the floor, even he didn’t took a sip or insert the straw into the cup.

Feeling so disappointed, I asked the staff, a man and a young lady, if he could have a new cup again. They said it was his own fault and refused. I kept begging and said he was coming here on purpose. I asked why the previous customer, who put the straw into the cup too hard and spit the whole cup of drink on the floor, could have another new one. They said that was the straw problem or the lid rather than my son’s.

I told them I felt very disappointed and this should not be the service standard. I am writing to express my frustration and asking for an explanation why Chatime is not a children or family friendly place. Money is not my concern. My concern is I have ever bought lots of drinks for the children’s parties and I should have been told this is not for children’s. I definitely tell what I encountered to all the parents groups so that we would buy drinks from other family-friendly chain stores.

Very poor service!

I came several times, usually around 9. And all the pearls are sold out, every time. The store are closed at 10 but no pearls left every time at that time.

Compared to other bubble tea places, this one is the worst in terms of taste and presentation. The milk tea is plain, the pearls are squishy instead of chewy, and the tea cups feel flimsy, reminiscent of older designs. Improvement is needed in all aspects.

Store clearly states on the sign on their door that they are open till 10, online as well. Last night i went there at 9: 15 and ordered a bubble tea and returned at 9: 45 to order one for someone else. Doors were locked and the guy working (there was a guy and girl) said “we close at 10, which means we leave at 10” and earlier when i was ordering he was complaining to the girl about what i had ordered cause he dodnt want to make it. Seemed lazy and like he just wanted to leave. If you leave at 10 then state that you close at 9: 30z

The staff service of this store was so bad. They criticised us (by their language). She served the drink unmannerly.

I went here today and ordered a strawberry slush with pearls and grass jelly. What I received, however, was strawberry slush with coconut jelly and pearls. I am disappointed with the service and will not be returning

I don't' go to bubble tea much, but Justin exerts so much positive energy I can't help but fall in love everytime I see that damn smile. Always gives the best service, Justin if you see this add me.

Weird tasting bubble teas unlike other Chattime locations. Also, rude owner and staff with such attitude. The short woman with long face and black hair in a big clip confirmed my orders but I could not hear well through their wall and mike and asked to confirm. She angrily pointed at the screen and advised to read instead with a grimace and annoyance.

Do not go here and ruin your good vibes.

Super friendly staff, great selection of drinks, and tons of customization options galore! What more could one ask for? ! Well, there is one thing I could ask.a larger drink size! Their largest size isn't big enough! But none the less, 5+'s

It was so bad. The workers were very rude and uneducated. They were arrogant and rude to the customers. The packaging of the milk tea I bought was torn and the milk tea spilled. I asked them to clean it up and the workers brought me a round lid and put it back on, the lid was not secure and it all spilled out. I asked for a new cup, but the result was that they asked me why they wanted to make it again. He also spoke rudely and made contemptuous sounds. The management of this store is very problematic. Seriously doubt the product quality! ! !

I attempted to order four large taro smoothies. When I asked for honey instead of sugar. I was informed they do not do that at this location. And this location is not managed by chat time. I asked do they have honey. They answered they do have honey. But they will not put honey in the four large taro smoothies that I ordered.

This location will give you diabetes! We ordered roasted milk tea 100% sugar but tasted like double the sugar.we usually order it like on any other location, and we were never disappointed.but this location makes it undrinkable! Bad customer service too! The guy working was very unaccomodating and won't even consider listening to the concern.what a horrendous experience!

This is definitely not a real chatime, the branding is completely different, and even worse their drinks are literally undrinkable. The man making the drinks filled the cup 4/5 with syrup. All the workers were rude and didn’t care for the customers I could see why the place was completely empty. Do not come here if you want boba go somewhere else.

What a scam! The picture that they show in the outlet and the actual thing is day & night! Beware… the milk not even chilled….

I ordered a pearl milk tea with regular sugar and it tasted super super sweet. I never had this sweet milk tea before. I couldn't finish my drink.
