I have been with Chatr for years and I have always hated when it was time to get a new phone. Transferring all the data and images for some reason, has always been hard for me. When it came time to add an additional line to my existing set-up, David made this process quick and painless. I swear I think this guy was manufactured at Samsung. He just knew everything and on top of all of that his personality, friendliness and smile will have my family coming back for years.

Just went through updating my plan last week at Chatr.
SQN the customer service rep was solid. He was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly communicated with me throughout the whole process on timing and what he could and couldn't do. Thanks Sam for your help and care.

Without question, this is the only store in Vancouver extremely knowledgeable, personable.and efficient always very satisfied. This store should be everyone's " go to"! Notably Edward, he is amazing needs.a raise lol!

Buses are just outside the doors for easy access.
