Not impressed I booked an appointment early today for 4 pm waited all day we to the appointment the stylist took one look at us went to talk to the receptionist and said nope I've got to go home like how racist

I had a great experience with Taylor yesterday. She was really nice and talked me out of cutting off too much since I have thinning hair. I wanted an undercut but she took the wheel and gave me the cut I didn’t know I actually wanted haha! Sometimes when you tell your hair stylist to do what she thinks would look good it doesn’t always turn out, but she sure did the best job! Thank you!

Booked an appointment in person for my daughter on Friday evening, received a confirmation text as soon as I left the building. Went in for the appointment which I was told was at 12: 15 ish on Sunday by the blonde girl at the counter just to be told there was nothing booked for us by the same girl 2 days previously. She had zero recollection of making the appointment less than 48 hours before. I showed her my text, and she offered to rebook. Are you kidding? Extremely weak customer service. We are super bummed and we will NEVER set foot in there again. What a waste of our time.

Lop sided haircut. My haircut looked exactly like the Cawthra review. I have been trying to grow out my hair for almost 2 years because of my bad cut. My “hairdresser” was a cleavage showing older woman with bleached hair. Cathy maybe?

I had an absolute HORRIBLE experience! Growing up my hair has always been part of my confidence. I had walked in with black hair, now I asked for a lighter balayage which isn’t that complex. I didn’t ask for blonde or a full on colour correction, I asked for a few shades lighter at the end and a few layers cut into my hair. I was there from 11 am too close. All day and they turned all the lights off, my hair was dripping wet when I left they didn’t dry it and it was a horrible cut. The colour was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! It was nothing like the photo or even similar. I went in with long beautiful hair and I left with a literal mullet. I asked for layers put in and they cut the whole front of my hair off and it was so choppy that I couldn’t even out waves in it. PEOPLE GO TO SALONS TO RELAX AND SOMETIMES ITS A ONCE IN A WHILE THING, LIKE A TREAT TO GO PAMPER YOURSELF. Leaving this place totally ruined my confidence. I wouldn’t normally be so blunt but talking as someone who was excited to have a new style and leave with it wet and cut horribly I cried when I left and don’t want anyone else to go through anything like that. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

My hair was around 8 inches long and I was set up with the hairdresser Megan I ask for a trim and my hair is uneven all around now from 2 inches to 4 inches all around my head I kept telling her to stop cutting my hair because how short she was cutting it but she did not stop and did a horrible job and she even cut to my skin in some places

Was my 4 year olds first hair cut and her hair was long, almost to the bum. But the cut took one hour and 15 minutes so she was getting fussy. For the cut itself the bangs where cut way too short, like middle of her forehead. I almost cried. I can’t even pin them back or anything. The back was very choppy but not awful. Second time I had a bad cut here in the last couple months. So I thought I’d write a review to possibly help the next person. I use to always get a great cut here years ago but I’m sad to say the cuts are not as good as they use to be.

Had an appointment for 3 was still waiting at 3: 17 why book an appointment at 3 if I’m still waiting almost 20 minutes? !? ! Had to leave because I already knew it was going to interfere with other things I had planned. Such a disappointment

I got my haircut yesterday. Aside from the stylist cutting off more than I asked (she cut it wet) this is the "layer" she put in. When asked for the length it was supposed to be shoulder length. As you can see it's MUCH shorter. It looks like I watched a youtube video and cut my hair myself. I can't really explain what's wrong with it but it's just so wrong. I'm an 80's baby and have had MANY layered hair cuts but this. I don't even know.

I really don't recommend this salon. Before moving to Kelowna I went to Chatters in New West for years and never had any issues so I naively assumed I would receive similar service at the same chain.

The worst part is that I'm headed out of town and now have to go with my hair like this. Save yourself the headache and skip this place.

I've been going to this hair salon for a few years. In my last appointment, I showed up a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told it was cancelled. I showed my confirmation email and the automatic text I received a few days before that confirms my appointment and still could not get my hair done. I drove all the way from Salmon Arm, so it was a waste of my time and money. Will not be going back to this location for the reasons above. Very disappointed.

Asked for bangs and she cut them, but she also left long hair in between the bangs. Told me that she couldn’t help my hair sit properly so now my bangs split into two pieces and leave a gap in the middle of my forehead. This place is horrible and I hope no one ever goes there

Over the course of a few months I have made 4 appointments with Kathi at Chatters in Westbank and each time they have called to cancel ecause she is sick or running too late. Unacceptable and I for sure will not try again. Don't go here if you want someone reliable.

Megan S was excellent! She understood exactly what I wanted, even knew to thin out the thicker area I have in the back without having to ask her to do it. I had 6+ inches cut off! I would highly recommend Megan S.

My hairstylist was excellent she did a great job and I love my haircut. I loved the way she took the time to talk to me about what I wanted, she helped me with products to improve my hair's health, and showed me some styling tips. I'll definitely come back!

When I walked in I was able to get my hair cut right away without an appointment. The lady at the front was very approachable and kind.the lady that cut my hair was very friendly to talk with and she did an awesome job with my hair.

Staff are friendly. Service is always good. If you have a question or an issue with a product or service they look after you.

Thank you again Khalida for an amazing haircut and great company. You make the experience and atmosphere always fun and enjoyable. Plus the bonus of your expertise with hair I walk out with a smile every time
