My hair stylist was Ciera and she did an amazing job! I told her I wanted bangs and a style in my hair and she did exactly what I wanted:) thank you I'm so happy!

I’ve typically had good experiences at this location however today I waited 15 minutes after checking in to find out they didn’t even check me in at all, when I asked front desk the young lady was so rude to me shaking her head at me for asking about my appointment which is her job, my stylist was rushed and didn’t listen well to me already coming from a bad experience with my hair two days ago! No style or anything and payed full price for a cut and style, this is ridiculous and I will not be back! Do better chatters

I just wanted to leave a review for the new Junior stylist. I came from Vancouver Island, I was travelling most of the night and needed to make my self feel better! She did a wonderful job, and deserves a wonderful review! Keep your confidence up. Your doing great:)

They were rude and didn’t listen when i said what i wanted and when i asked to get my roots touched up to match the rest of my hair and a few highlights.i ended up with grey hair and some brown stripes.i’m very unhappy and disappointed, i will not be returning.

Zina is a a kind, thoughtful, and caring stylist. She listens and then confirms what you're looking for. I love my cut, and she styled my hair so beautifully! Definitely recommend Zina

Dear Ms Melissa, ive visited chatters located by orchard park at kelowna bc and had my hair colored last Oct of 2022 and then by December I got a keratin treatment and told me to washed it after 2 days, after that I noticed that my hair got damaged and attahced herewith is the picture for your reference, on that day after the 2 days period I went back to chatters in the mall again talk to one of your manager who then told me that she needs to talk to another manager about the problem and will call me back. Later this morning I got a call from Tally and told me that she cannot do anything for what was happened to my hair and she told me that its my fault. I was shocked on what ive heard after giving my trust on your Company. I paid for the services that you guys provided because I trust that you know what you are doing and later on blaming it on me as your customer, It was horrible customer service and did not even get a sympathy of correcting the problem. I am expecting that they will figure out a solution to fix the problem and root out the cause of the problem and did not receive any unfortunately. Hence I am writing this letter to let you know my terrible experience and hope that I can hear back from you as they told me to contact you on this regard as they said they cant do anything about my problem.

Booked an updo appointment before a wedding (coming from Vancouver) and Slajana did a great job!

Zina is an amazing hair stylist! She fixed my hair after growing out my pixie cut that was over texturized - I barely had curls/wave, it was all frizzy. In total, it took about a year but I’ve achieved the look I’ve wanted and now I’m just growing it out to a long length. I had foils done several months ago and it’s growing out beautifully! I have fine wavy/curly hair and my hair looks great straightened or natural. She cuts my mum’s coarse straight hair too into a cute low-maintenance pixie and it’s gorgeous! Zina makes the appointment such a pleasant experience and has such a delicate touch. She is a true artist. Very knowledgeable with products & aftercare, our hair looks better than ever and is always soft with no split ends.

My daughter booked an Adult Long Advanced hair cut and showed up for her appointment. The stylist was very kind but didn’t deliver what she had booked. The booking included a wash and a style in a 1 hour time frame. She was in and out in 20 minutes with out a wash or style. Very upset with what she came out with and I am not too pleased with the lady who I spoke to on the phone about it.

What an amazing experience for my daughters grad - 2 days in a row! - The staff here are so friendly, I can honestly say this has been the best customer service I have received in Kelowna- Thank you so much!

As a guy I can't speak for a woman's experience but the experience I had was really good. First time in a while I have actually felt satisfied with a haircut.

I got my keratin treatment done by Jessica, she is very friendly and I love the treatment she done on my hair. Lots of love for Jessica would love to visit again.

Hair stylist was a nice lady but I definetly left not feeling happy about my hair I literally cried full of emotions didn't feel heard all they said was were sorry definetly didn't compensate me at all not sure about me going back ever I don't want the lady ever to do my hair again: (

02.27.22 I went into chatters to purchase my normal hair conditioner and some styling cream under the recommendation of a very nice lady. While there I saw the happiest little boy jump from the salon to great his dad and show off his new haircut. He was so excited and it warmed my heart. He was jumping and smiling and all of the things youd expect a little one to do when their mind is blown with excitement. Seeing his expressions made me think that this place is more than a mall salon. I will go there if I ever need a new hair professional.

I always get extremely kind service and its the only place I go to for recommendations for my fine curly hair. Ive never had a trim here yet though but that will surely change.

Zina gave me excellent service, after two previous appointments elsewhere I am finally happy with my hair. Every 6 weeks I was getting my roots done and foils and it was suggested my hair needs a break, with a treatment a special styling product and roots done my hair feels and looks much healthier.thank you Zina for providing excellent service. I will see you in 6 weeks!

I tried the Westbank salon didn’t feel they listened to my requests so I tried the Kelowna location. This is unbelievable. I wanted my hair lighter this is that I got it’s not blended for colour it looks like a 2 year old did this. I am so frustrated at the lack of concern for their clients requests The stylist didn’t even listen when I said my part goes the other way. Now I know she did that so the ugly streaky colour wouldn’t show as bad My hair looks like a clown now I have to find somewhere that knows what they are doing. How can you screw up this badly on a hair colour it looks terrible! I give this salon a negative 5 review DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Look at the streaky not blended colour. Terrible terrible service. Never go here.

Gregory is THE BEST. I used to see him for cuts years ago before he moved away from Kelowna. So thrilled to have found him here.

Gregory did an amazing job cutting and styling our 3 year old Son’s hair. He was professional kind, patient, and took extra time to let my son touch and learn about the hair cutting items which made it fun for my son. We love our Son’s awesome, cute new hair cut! One of the nicest cuts I've had in the past 5 years. Holly did an amazing job! Exactly what I wanted- trim the dead ends, add layers. I had just bleached my hair so it was a bit dry and yellow. She used some wonderful professional products to tone my hair while she washed it and now it's very soft and bouncy and even. Layered so well. And such an affordable price. I'm usually fairly bougie when it comes to cuts and prefer to spend the extra cash but this was top-tier. Highly recommended her at the salon.

We came in for a boy's cut this morning. Hairstylist Jess was very patient and friendly and provided us with quick, stylish, and reasonably priced service. My boy loved it. Thank you Jess! All other staff (booking, payment) was friendly as well. The salon follows COVID-19 guidelines.

Originally had a haircut I was not very happy with but after contacting them they fixed it for me free of charge.i love how it looks now

I called for a first-time visit, Got an apt the next day! I had the lovely Natalie (bright red curly hair) and she was so amazing. Super impressed with this salon. She did exactly what I wanted for my haircut and taught me how to better manage my natural curl for ease of everyday styling. I would 100% have her cut my hair again.:)

Holly is an excellent stylist. I am consistently impressed by the quality of her work, and attention to providing what I want my hair to do. She is incredibly kind and authentic. Chatters always has awesome deals on product too.

Rebecca is a wonderful Master Stylist, and always gives me a great cut. Went this last Sunday, and the best part is when I went to the grocery store right after, the woman in line behind me said, "you have a great haircut! ". And she was at least half my age!

They were so friendly and able to fit me in for a bang trim on short notice. They also carry a large range of products and are very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the ones you're looking for:)

Jess cut my hair and did a great job, I love it. But the appointment I made online clearly does not give the stylists a realistic buffer. My appointment started 25 mins late. That's way too long to wait for a booked appointment, usually I would have left by 15 mins late.

I went to get fringe and a trim today and was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. The very first time I got fringe my stylist made the bangs very thin (granted, I have relatively thin hair) and I had to fix them myself until eventually they were so messed up that I just had to grow them out. My stylist today, Chung, was really patient and made sure my bangs were not too thin when I asked for them to be a bit thicker. She gave me a blunt, straight cut just like I asked whereas in the past I have had hairdressers insist on giving me layers, despite me telling them it doesn't grow out to look that nice. Despite being very nervous going into this appointment I don't think I will be coming back feeling the same way.

I've been going to Chatters for about two years now and everyone provides truly phenominal service. Holly and Rebecca have been providing excellent haircuts and colouring for over a year now for the both of us and I look forward to every single appointment. I cannot endorse this salon enough.

I got a free hairwash just by walking by, and the staff were super friendly! I'm definitely returning whenever I want to get a haircut or feel like prettying myself up!

I go to Hollie at Kelowna Chatters and she's amazing! I hope she never moves away cause I literally only trust her with my hair now. The salon is reasonably priced and kept clean.

I walked in the other day with drugstore purple in my hair in search of ash blonde. Chung performed a small miracle and sent me home ash blonde the same day (I was fully prepared for it to take a couple of visits at least). She’s also fabulous cutting my super short pixie. She has such attention to detail and she’s so warm and friendly. I’m so happy to have found her!

Rebecca was very kind and we had a great conversation. The cut is exactly what I asked for, and it was styled very nicely. I will be back.

JODI is in a whole class of her own. I've been seeing her for over 12 years. Knowbody but Jodi, will ever touch my hair. Spending an hour or two in her chair, is like going out with one of your best girlfriends. She's such an amazing artist with a beautiful heart & soul. You will love her to the moon and back. But most of all your hair, OMGosh!

I have never had a bad experience in this Chatters. Jodi has always left me feeling happy about my hair. She knocked it out of the park this time! I went in for a change and boy did I change. The cut, the colour, the foils all made this old lady feel great. I have received so many compliments about my hair, I can't thank Jodi enough for her talent and just knowing what to do. I really feel great about this new look. THANK YOU!
