Cherie is incredible. Been seeing her for 8 years I am extremely picky and she always nails it! She loves doing hair after 15 year and you can tell. The receptionist he is a gem, super welcoming! Recommend to everyone!

Jannette cut my hair last week. I'm a former hairstylist and was very clear with how much I wanted off. She did not communicate at all with me. My hair is naturally curly. I asked for an inch to inch and a half off she took at least 3 inches off. I told her I wanted to grow my layers out she cut them so short that I can't put my hair up anymore. She way over texturized without asking. She seems to hate her job she does not talk at all or care about what the client wants.

Once again…I’m so happy with my hair! I have been going to Chatters in Chilliwack for almost 7 years! Jerry is my guy He is so talented and I completely trust him with my hair. I look forward to seeing Jerry at my appts…. It’s always so much fun to catch up. I highly recommend Jerry for all services…he won’t disappoint!

Don’t look further and seek for Jerry!
He is an amazing hair stylist and great human being. His service was phenomenal and I can’t thank him enough. Jerry will be my go to person from now on.

I have been looking for a stylist who can cut curly hair for me, and finally, I found one. Very much appreciate Ben. I am satisfied with the service, the result exceeded my expectations.

They cancelled my 830pm appointment at 6: 15 pm telling me the stylist was not feeling well. Why would you wait all day to let me know this? I could have gone elsewhere. That's unacceptable, would give this place zero stars if possible, do better for your clients. Would not recommend as they seem incompetent.

My long suffering flatiron unexpectedly, suddenly stopped working & I found myself in a hair tool emergency.
Chatters came to the rescue. They have a good selection of different hair tools (as well as hair & skin care products) in a wide price range.
They helped me choose a new flatiron that & suited my needs perfectly.
I really appreciated the customer service & the competitive prices.
I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for hair care & skin care products.

Jerry is the go to guy for a great men's haircut. He is meticulous and pays attention to all the details.

I didn't want to buy $37 hair detangler. The female employee told me the cheaper hair detanglers aren't good but that is what I wanted to buy. The female employee argued with me. She pressured me into buying $37 hair detangler. Next time I'll ask to talk to the manager.

I'm so disappointed, and I won't be back. It has been over 8 years I get my hair done at chatters and in the past 2 years every single appointment I had (6 appointments) was either canceled or rescheduled because they have been overbooked or other reasons.

On Monday May 2nd my 18 year old niece went to get her hair done at Chatters Salon in chilling back at the Cottonwood Mall. She never thought to ask what they charge for the job that she wanted done, however she was there for over 5 hours, and at the end of everything they pretty much took all the money she had they charged her over $600 to change her hair color from a reddish pink to blonde. I'm sorry but you do not take advantage of an 18-year-old girl going to school a student and charge her over $600 to dye her hair. If that was the case and that was the price somebody should have pulled her aside and make her understand that rather than tell her at the end it's causing her over $600 it's ridiculous

With very few words I was able to explain what I wanted in a hair cut and the lady was Able to do the perfect cut for me.

I went to Chatters for the first time about 6 weeks and I am still trying to come to terms with the absolutely brutal hair cut that I got. I am not the type of person that generally leaves nasty reviews but how someone could let a client walk of the salon with the cut that I received, I just can’t understand! After explaining to the stylist that I had been growing my hair out for over a year from a short pixie, and just needed the layers of dry ends trimmed up and a bit of reshaping. I left looking like someone just hacked off my ponytail (like in the movie Sixteen Candles when she gets her hair.caught in the car door). Normally I would tell myself it is just hair and move on.but my daughter is getting married this summer and this set me back at least 6 months. It just makes me want to cry every time I look at it. It also explains why I wasn’t offered a mirror to look at the back of my head before leaving.so disappointing!

Chelsea did my beaded extensions and they look great! They last for 3-4 months, don’t make my hair damaged, perfectly sewed in and very realistic looking! She’s so talented and will make sure you’re satisfied with any service you have done, highly recommend her:)

I have never gone to a hair salon where my hair was cut so uneven. When I put my hair to the side the hairdresser insisted that it looks short because my hair was to one side. Upon further investigation when I got home I noticed there is at least 3 inch difference between the lengths of my hair. I did not ask for layers. Needless to say I am very unimpressed that someone could call their self a hairdresser. Never in my years have I been so appalled by a haircut and not a cheap one at that. She did not wash my hair and I was still charged the $47 dollars. This is disgusting. Now I need to go get ANOTHER haircut.

Erin has been my stylist for a few years, I adore her. She always does a wonderful job with my hair. As she is away from the salon I miss her!

Booked an appointment with Jerry to dye my hair silver. It looks great and he was awesome. The price was also reasonable and they gave me a complimentary bottle of this 25 benefits treatment. Will come again: P

I had an excellent experience, my stylist listened to what I wanted and that's what I got. Amazing. I had been previously undergoing chemo and had just grown back enough hair so she could "shape" it for me and bleach and tone it to something that looked like my hair before chemo. I had previously been a mid toned blond but after the chemo it came back an awful muddy brown. She fixed me up and I had some fierce hair going on till chemo called me again. I shall return hopefully by next summer for some new hair again. Once I find the name of my stylist, I will give her a shout out.

I love Chatters, started going there 3 years ago, best salon around. Jerry is my stylist, he is awesome, creative, artistic, fun, and professional and all round great stylist.the salon atmosphere is terrific, I really feel pampered when I go an appointment. I love and use their products.

Quite expensive. Had a hair cut and blowdry, Came to 70$+tax. Not much was taken off so i was a tad put off by this business

I'm usually nervous going into a salon I haven't been to before. But Brooke was fantastic. I got seated right away. Both hair dressers did a fantastic job on my hair and my daughters. They were personable, and made us both feel comfortable for it being our first time at this salon. Definitely will be going back

By far the best experience getting my hair cut ive ever had! Brookes attention to detail is amazing and her customer service is fantastic! I will not be going anywhere else except here from now on.

Melissa knows what she is doing hands down.and girls at reception are friendly and helpful.also willing to accommodate last minute changes if possible
