James is an amazing barber and gave me the best haircut I've gotten in years! Friendly service as well.

Had great service from a young lady but she is no longer there. It seems this is a common thing at this location, staff turnover. I gave another stylist a try and i was disappointed. 3 weeks later I returned to try someone else and it was even worse. I had to get someone else to fix my hair. Unfortunately I won't return for cuts but will continue to buy products there as they have a great selection.

I usually have a good experience here. But the last hairdresser I had was horrible, it was very cold outside and she used ice cold water on my hair I had to ask her to stop because my head and body got really cold because of this. But she kept on going with ice cold water. Then when she was done I asked her not to blow dry my hair with a cold dryer, but she did anyway! I left there freezing and it was like -15 outside. I’ll go back to the salon but not to that hairdresser

They are all very friendly my hairstylist did exactly what I want and I love my haircut. She was very sweet and gave me some tips on products to use
