The gentleman that did my hair did such an amazing job. He was very meticulous and detail oriented and made sure that I loved my hair before I left. Thank you so much.

AWFUL SERVICE JUST AWFUL
First the assigned barber didn't want to cut my child's hair because she was a girl (he was a guy) And my child did explain what she she wanted done with her. Lack of understanding English is no longer a valid excuse. I thought that was total B. S. At the end her hair wasn't done right. Again a bunch of excuses. Like really people. $28 to" not " fix her undercut. Bad service. Will not recommend. And definitely will not go back. And the manager doesn't know when to step in and fix the situation. Just Stands there all doe eyed. And when I leave there, it's obvious they're talking about me. A paying costumer. FYI I did not tip her.

Hair cut was not fone right the first time. Told to come back when it grew out and get it redone for free. Very nice gesture, however it took a lot of phone calls and explanations to get the free haircut. But when it was done the second time, it was perfect. Might try there again, in the future

I have a hair product that I am attached to. They carry this name. They charge exorbitant fees and then off to sell you a bag for $2.00 with a straight face and border line insolence at the idea of saying, "Pardon? ". Not to mention the overall nature of asking if you need help. I get that folks can get burnt out in retail. Many rude people - I sure would not recommend supporting this business.

Was ok, for a cheap haircut this is the place to go but my stylist was very rough with my hair, he was yanking and brushing my hair really hard, he didn't give me what I exactly wanted which sucked I do know what looks good on me. And he acted like he would just rather not be there. He got the job done but nothing to run home about

For $53.55 they damaged my curly hair and dried it out.

I just went to get my dead ends trimmed but even the trim is uneven.

Everyone was so friendly. Shannon cut my hair and I love it. Will definately be going back.

Unorganized terrible place they will ruin your hair don’t go here. After three years of growth I have to cut my hair off thanks to the breakage they have caused me.

I used to like chatters but the stylist I got today, don't even feel like calling him a stylist! To start with, he didn't even spend like couple minutes to shampoo and condition my hair. Used round combs on me instead of the rollers. Got my hair stuck, plucked my hair really bad while taking the combs off. Literally had teary eyes from the pain. Heat settings for the dryer almost burnt my scalp. Poked my eye twice while working close to my forehead. The round comb used on me was scrapping my forehead too as if he couldn't see where my hairline was. I could feel so much damage being done to my hair. The worst part is that the guy didn't even realize how much he was physically hurting me as he was unapologetic throughout the session. At the end, he picked up a hair straightner. I have never felt this terrified before but that was just me fearing that he is probably gonna burn my ear or something. Hairstyling should be relaxing and not painful. Overall, if you go to Chatters in the mall, just don't get your hair done from this guy. I wish I knew his name. All I can tell is he was a short-heighted guy.

My kids and I all got out hair done and each of us was done by a different stylist who knew what they were doing and definitely didn't disappoint. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Recommend them if you need anything to do with hair done!

Went in for a trim, when I went to pay the owner charged me 60 dollars and said “we no longer do mens haircuts, they are considered gender neutral! ”. Most expensive trim I’ve ever had!

They did not do what I asked. They chopped all my length off without asking and ended up with a hair cut I hate. When I went to talk to them about it they got aggressive and would not give me a refund or anything to compensate for the mistake. I hate my hair cut will not be going back

I had an appointment with Dave R and he did just what I wanted! I was nervous about going somewhere new at first, but I’m glad I did. He gives great head massages and took his time and made everything very nice and even. He gave me a trim, bangs and curled my hair afterward, which takes along time with long thick hair. Very pleased with my cut! Recommend.

Terrible experience. I booked my wife in to get some layering and to trim her split ends. I received a call from her in tears after her appointment that the stylist had cut off 8 inches of her hair and that he had not listened to anything she had asked for him to do.the stylist gave her a v cut above her shoulders and did not do any layering.we went back in to talk to a manager and the lady at the counter was very rude and abrasive.we did not receive even an apology for my wife's treatment and were told that we would be put on the complaint list and that the manager would call us on the Saturday.we never received any follow up.we will never be using chatters again and we will never reccomend them and I would urge you not to either.

Booked an appointment and I think Grace did a good job. I'm usually not comfortable with people touching my hair/head, because some just seem to rush to get it done. But she made me feel comfortable enough to just sit there with my eyes closed. She said she loved my hair and handled it well. I'd book another appointment if I'm in pg and need to hit the salon.

Cut it too short. Didn't look anything like the photo I showed her. Now I have a very short bob I can't do anything with

For my sorry, I took an advice from one of the ladies there for shampoo with conditioner, and she sold me Redken. It is awful quality!

I was there for a haircut this morning and ended up with a nice haircut but only had one issue was with receptionist. The moment I entered in the salon to the moment I left she was so rude all the time. I mean I can understand if someone having bad day but still I as a customer didn't deserve this. I have been there before as well but never got treated like this.

Went in for a haircut, a long bob with long layers and the hairstylist chopped off all of my hair. I can’t even put it up in a hair tie because of all the short choppy cuts he made. I showed him a photo and said shoulder length, however I now have a “may I speak to the manager” haircut. If I call in will they give me a refund?

Love Chellie she is a great hair dresser and makes you feel like tour visiting a friend and the time goes fast

They did a great job on my niece's hair, she looks like a Rockstar. Friendly service and great product selection. It took forever for her to go brunette to blonde, but to be fair they offered me a seat where I could wait patiently. Sure I could have gone home and come back, but I kinda wanted to see the process. Needless to say, her hair turned out amazing and she was glowing. I won't be the uncle and embarass her by posting a pic, so you gotta take my word for it, they did a great job.

Editing this review, because I had already emailed Chatters, and they DID NOT CARE to fix my experience or deal with the borderline abusive staff.

Lisa-Ann was amazing! Never had a perm before she was very informative and made sure I was informed before I decided to go through with it. She did a fabulous job. Definitely be back!

I usually don't leave negative reviews on things. I will say, the hairdressers are very skilled at what they do (the ones I have met, anyhow) and I appreciate the work they do greatly, because I can't do it myself.

However, social skills on all parts seem to be lacking? They really don't converse well with customers. Again, at least the ones I have met. It all is either non-existent, or terribly forced. I understand, it's tiring to gab all day. I work in the mall too, almost every day. I'm a salesperson. It'd just be nice to not feel like I have to force a conversation that's awkward from the get-go.

I'm also curious to know why my initial haircut was cheaper than getting a trim? Different hairdressers. My initial haircut was cut from an overgrown completely shaved head, with a bit of a fade on the sides and well-razored sort-of-mohawk on the top. Getting this shortened after a few months and cleaned up (I shave the sides and back myself) cost me $11 more? It seems odd to me.

Anyhow, no complaints about their work. If you want a nice haircut, I do still reccomend going here.

Sadly I wouldn't even give them one star. The customer service is okay. However my boyfriend had a very bad experience first time going there. He specifically instructed the hairdresser to not show skin, and the first thing that was done was a cut right to his scalp. He was extremely unhappy with the cut but returned hoping for a better experience. This last time he went, the back of his neck was very uneven and not much attention was paid overall to the cut. I ended up fixing it for him. Conversation could be much better. He didnt enjoy hearing life stories, including some inappropriate content. He wont be going back here.
