I wish I can give zero rating to this place!
Scam they will offer you a discount to book appointment but when u reach there ……… they denied the discount offered by the receptionist offered 25% discount and top of that…… Jazz the dresser will start putting u down with her fake drama and attitude we will not be able to give discount ……when I refused to get the work on regular price and about to no let me check with the manager ohhhhh ok we will offer u discount this time as an exception will not do next time! Will performing the hair she will keep putting u down ur hair are bad and all that and wen the hair colour she performed is done I was not visible at all I call them next morning requested them to do it properly! But how can I expect something positive from rude lady … even manger Lina did not help and hung up the call twice but the girl soni and other dresser with short hair were nice when I reached there they saw that the hair color is not what o wanted in fact there no hair color.: : NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN! Now I no why this location is not busy like other chatter location management u need to change customer service for this location ………

Neda was amazing. She listened and was attentive to any wants I had for my haircut. The end result was perfection. The staff were all friendly. The atmosphere there is calm. I found my new hairdresser.

Purposely blow dry your hair curly, so you can't tell it's uneven. Hairdresser smelt like B. O. Worst hour of my life

Came to chatters because its close by. I first had Kristi and she was amazing, however Kristi moved away. Then i had Jaspreet, she is absolutely amazing. She listens to what you want and her styling skills are wonderful. I’ve had my hair coloured and cut from Jaspreet. Highly recommend her if your looking for a good stylist. Thanks Jas.

I visited Chatters salon at new west the first time. My hair stylist Jaspreet was amazing, i was not sure which color should i go for since it was my first time highlighting my hair. She was patience, talkative and informative. Caitlin, the manager was amazing she took care that everything went well and made me feel at home. Best hair salon i ever visited. Really recommended!

I messed up my hair with a thinning shear incident and Veronica was very sweet and considerate. She managed to blend it out nicely. I also appreciated her gentle demeanor with no pressure to make small talk. Will be back! (Under better circumstances haha)

Was the strangest haircut ever. Don't think you're supposed to cut dry hair.especially not curly hair. Definitely not going back.

Called the store last night looking for a hard to find hair product. They had it in stock and put some aside for me. I went in this morning and was immediately greeted by staff and I made my purchase. Great variety of different products in the store. Friendly and helpful staff. I'll be back for sure.

Veronica did not know what she doing. Everything my friend asked for she said she could not do. Showed her terrible Instagram page which proved she did not know how to blend hair. Will not be coming back.

Maria was pleasant and accommodating during my first visit. She really took the time to listen and find the right hair product for my specific needs. Even when I made an error and chose a different item. She was more than happy to fix my mistake and remedy the situation.

Love Chatters been going there for years, Sara who does my hair is awesome so is all the staff.

Prices are fairly reasonable for the service. Plus, as a new customer, they give you a welcome package of coupons to get you to come back. And a free product with every color. I've been back many times.

Went in for my first haircut at this location for the first time and it was a great experience from the moment i walked in. My stylist Tiffany is amazing and knows her stuff. I liked that she gave her input and worked with what i wanted. Great experience booked in a hair colouring with her the following week

So annoyed right now. Just left after waiting 30 mins past my appointment time. Hair stylist (Tiffany) never showed up. I had arranged for someone to watch my kids while I got my hair cut. Had no updates from anyone there. What a waste of my time.

Loved the service here. I got a great haircut from Tiffany. Everyone here is really friendly and polite.

Friendly greeting. Offered coffee/ tea/ water. I didn't have an appointment but was in a chair within 5 min. My stylist, Tiffany was sweet and gave me one of the best cuts of my life (trust me, I've had many). She gave me natural solutions to repair some of the damage and offered solutions to get my hair ready for a colour. She asked me along the way whether the amount she is cutting is ok. She's not just a hair dresser but an artist who considers the shape of your face, the texture of your hair AND your lifestyle. I'll be back.she is Great! Oh ad you can find 1000 of products here as well.

Edited my star rating from 2 to 5 for customer service. I am still in the middle of a highlight treatment so I will rate at the finish but never in my life has it taken this long. Still in foils for 3 hours 28 minutes waiting for a cut and style.okay took 4 hours 30 min left with no cut or dry but happy with Color. My but was sore from sitting so long.
Called shop today to discuss the timing and thank you district manager that gave me a credit for foils and cut for my next visit. That’s great customer service.
