Cheam Taxi - Chilliwack Taxi Service

They're either really great or it's faster to walk so choice is yours if you feel like waiting the wait time then they're a great company to use but you can usually walk somewhere in town faster than they can even arrive to pick you up other than that like I say good company to use

They rip you off. On a holiday I ordered a cab and told them my destination. They picked me up to show me, that the destination was closed. Then they suggested me alternatives, that were closed as well. The guy drove me around for an hour just to drop me off at home afterwards. They could have told me, that everything is closed - he definitely knew before he even picked me up. Such an inefficient ride. Such an ineffective guide.

Booked a taxi 1 hour in advance and he arrived 5 minutes early.
Driver was a pleasure to travel with and had an interesting conversation. His name was Raman Gill in car no 13.on my return trip from the hospital also had another interesting and courteous driver.
Altogether a very good experience and will definitely use this Co.in the future.

I have been getting rides from chem for about a month and every time I had to wait 30 minutes and longer just to get a ride. What's the point of it being reliable I would rather give one star but it's just people doing thare jobs.

I mean, they've always been truly, truly terrible. They're somehow better than the Yellow Cabs, but this new hold system they have makes them more useless than they've ever been. Most times I phone, I am just on a never ending hold. They caused me to miss a Dr's appointment. Not much point in a taxi when they have a response time of an hour and a half you could walk almost anywhere in Chilliwack in the same amount of time. DO NOT RELY ON THEM EVEN IF YOU CALL IN ADVANCE.

(Edit in response to review reply) my appointment I missed because of you guys was on Tuesday. I never called for a cab on Wednesday. Maybe accept responsibility and don't make excuses. Is Uber rides in Chilliwack yet? Time to check that out so I don't have to give you a penny ever again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We preordered a taxi to bring our kids from the adventure park to our campsite (ages 10-18) - taxi no showed, it’s now an hour since they agreed to pick them up and we’ve had to make alternative arrangements. Absolutely poor scheduling or what? No concern for the safety of our kids or the fact that we preordered (and they agreed!). Very disappointed tonight.

Called an hour before I needed a ride in case they were busy, they said 40 minutes. I called after 50 and they put me on hold and said 30-40 more minutes. So now I'm going to be late and I'm not getting a taxi until 1.5 hours since I called.

Sahil is awesome driver, offered us to connect to the bluetooth and we got to our destination safe and sound. He’s the best

Overheard a driver loudly inquire how a hospital patient would be paying for the ride. He was extremely rude when speaking to the staff member and the patient. I will never call Cheam taxi for a ride based on this driver’s behaviour, and total lack of compassion and discretion.

They have a driver there that is very aggressive and threats using violence because I go to my vehicle to get doggie bag for my dogs business. Something is wrong with him. Nasty human being.

July/22/23 I ordered a taxi around 2: 30pm that was supposed to take 50 mins. I called dispatch and they said they were around the corner after waiting 50mins. Then I get call from the driver saying they would be 20 mins after waiting the 50 mins. Cheam taxi has been very Undependable, and drivers still have the nerve to be verbally passive aggressive towards customers.even pregnant women are not safe either from their verbal passive aggressive behavior.it’s not hard to be polite, respectful, and empathetic. And thanks rod for trying to make me feel like a bad customer today.it didn’t work, I’m 7 months pregnant and unexpected bathroom breaks are common.

July 20 I called a cab at 933. Waiting outside no one showed up for half hour. 1003 I call back they say driver couldn't find it so he left, huge university of fraser valley main building. They send another driver who doesn't show up either, I waited until 11 then gave up. It took me hours to walk home. Atrocious service.

Good taxi service, my card was acting up and the driver was really awesome about it. Always arrive when they say they will.

Just got here and after about 6 days buddy ripped me off charging $25.00 for a 12 minute drive

UJ was a really great driver, he was nice, conversational, and he got me where I needed to be in a timely manner.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from UJ. I had a very stressful day at work and he made my night. A heck of a lot better. He has a very bubbly personality and an overall great worth at ethic. I look forward to taking Cheam taxi from now on. And I hope to receive him as a driver again! Much love Cheam Taxi!

Great Service! I am using this Taxi company 5 days in a week to my work and back to home. Never get late. Sometimes on week end it is delay but it is not a big deal because on weekends all cabs are busy. Otherwise never had bad experiences. The driver Mohit and Bal both are very nice. Thanks

Very professional! The cars are very clean and well maintained. I rely on Cheam Taxi to get to Abbotsford for Dialysis. When I had to wait for my cab, THE OWNER, Karm, came and got me. WOW! Excellent, friendly, customer service. I will definitely continue to use Cheam Taxi
