This is definitely my favorite marijuana dispensary! Great selection and the staff is just the very best! Special shout out to Kevin who is always so very helpful and polite. I will cross the bridge during rush hour to go here. "High"ly recommended.

I went today while I was on a video call with my mom. Right when I walked in I was told that I wasn’t aloud to be on video call with her because someone did Only fans content there before. It was extremely embarrassing and I won’t be returning

Love this shop! They're always nice and all know me by name. I've never had an issue with staff and they've always fixed any issue I have with a product. I literally don't use any other shop unless I can't get to this one!

The old lady at the west Kelowna store is just horrible to deal with and is not a people person. I ended up walking out. It has ruined my experience with dispensaries. My business will go somewhere else from now on I do not Recommend.

So an uneducated manager just denied delivery of an order because the person accepting the order was not the person that ordered it. Even though the person accepting delivery is over 18. As long as the person signing for the delivery can prove proof of age, delivery can be made according to the government rules and regulations.

Have mostly bought here recently since they're near where I live. Unless they up their service game, I won't go back. Found a specific flower I wanted and noticed a shop in Kelowna had it for ~$37.99 for 3.5gms vs Cheeba Cheebas selling for ~$41.99. A significant price difference, IMO. I asked the clerk if they would meet the $38 price and even showed her the competitive price online. She said she had to look in her system first. She said she'd have to call a manager to find out if they can do it. I waited while she called. And could hear her sorting out some issue she was having scanning the product on her terminal. Her manager helped her with HER issue. But she failed to ask about MY issue. IE, the price match.

After the call. She asks me for $41.99. I said I thought she was going to ask her manager about price matching. She said they were busy on a delivery and I can wait for them to come back if I wish. I asked her why she said she'd call them to ask and then only dealt with HER computer issue when she did. She repeated that I can wait for them. So let's get this straight. You keep me waiting while on the phone with the manager just to solve YOUR issue. You neglect to ask them about MY issue, which is what you indicated you were going to do, then I have to wait even longer now just to get an answer to what should be a clear policy thing all staff should know?

Every single dispensary I've asked to price match a local competitor has done it, no problem. Easily the worst service I've received from any local dispensary, and I've shopped at many of them.

The West Kelowna location is hands down best dispensary! Friendly staff and great selection! Their daily prices are often the same as competitors specials!

Customer service was friendly to excellent. We are infrequent gummy users (in any context). Bought a pack of 50 CBD
Gummy’s @ 10 mg per gummy. Went through half the bag between the two of us to no affect.

Super customer appreciation is the main theme at this store as every customer is tended to and leaves with a smile. This is the best example of how stores should train their employees. Walmart could take some major pointers from Cheebas as could the rest of the businesses in Kelowna. It's great to see this! Keep up the green earth. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because the prices are insane but worth the money for their awesome products and the way they treat their customers! Thanks Cheebas!

Weighed the bag in vehicle triple checked it. The bag was 23.5 g supposed to be 28 g They said there was nothing they could do so basically I'm just out 4.5 g. Haven't been back since

Clerk was very helpful in choosing a strain of vape cartridge just right for pain and insomnia. Led me to a cheap vape pen too without trying to upsell me to death. Thanks for the great service.

Nice easy going atmosphere. Prices are quite steep compared with other shops iv visited. And quality of flowers vary alot between strains, I usually stick with what i know so I'm not disappointed when i get home.

Cheebad was a place we saw online and had never seen one before. So we had to stop and peek in.
The store is a nice size, clean, open and very friendly staff.
They have a computer that you can go on to to look at their products and you place your order on it. You can look around to see some of their products and it's really fun for a first timer. All of the items were amazing, I only have one item that I haven't tried yet and it is a drink.
I would highly recommend a visit to this store!

All staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy. We had a bit of difficulty with a purchase but the Manager Chris csme through bigtime. He is very pleasant and ipbeat. Overall a great experience.

Staff uneducated and bias to their own tastes. Was enquiring about concentrates and was condescended to by the assistant manager. Prices are way to high and quality way too low. Go anywhere else but this place!

There's a great range of products in stock and the staff are cool. You'll find what you're looking for and probably have a laugh or two.
