Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle

Food is delicious! But same as others in the review section, at least 12% tips is mandatory.

The atmosphere is good, the stewed beef noodles are delicious, the braised sauce is a little salty, and the pickled cucumber can relieve the greasy!

The best beef noodle in town. It is on the pricey side compared with other beef noodle stores however you pay for the quality

Beef was nice and tender, but overall I was like eating salty water. Too salty that I could only finish 1/4 of the bowl. The restaurant was hot.

We had a Beef Brisket Clear Soup Noodle and a Beef Shank Noodle Soup (the first and second selection in the menu). Both were delicious. The Beef Shank Noodle Soup had the most pronounced beef flavor I haven't had for quite a long while. However, it was very salty. So salty, I'd stay away from it. The pig knuckle snack was laughable (see picture). We were expecting something like what we had in Taiwan, boneless. There were only 4 pieces, of which 2 of them were much smaller (think of it as only 3 pieces). That's 11 bucks, baby! You can probably get the same amount in dim sum restaurant for $9 or less or twice that amount at T&T supermarket for only $8.50 (went there immediately after eating here) and the same taste. Adios! We won't be back!

Delicious broth and the soft and chewy noodles taste fresh. The tendon was tender and fatty and the tripe was soft and absorbed a lot of flavor from the broth

WARNING! Was forced to give tips regardless of their service, when the server gave me the machine to pay midway giving it to me they grabbed the machine super aggressively out of my hand and forced me to pay the tips, I was not even given the option to chose how much tip I can give. Before entering the resteraunt there was Zero signs of mandatory tipping policy.

They ask you for tips that’s ridiculous, I didn’t appreciate their service at all, I didn’t receive any greeting and didn’t ask for any special requests. Food was not even that good either. If you skip the tips they ask you to pay tips in cash Never coming back again.

Good food. Probably one of the best Taiwanese Beef noodle soup I have had. Bathrooms were unclean and that's why it only got 4 stars.

The noodles were not properly cooked. They are tangled and stuck with each other in the bowl. The meat was good though.

Food is only average. Beef noodle is no better than other Taiwanese restaurants. Appetizer portion is small. Price is on the high side. Will I go back? Probably not.

Order champion beef shank with noodle in soup and Award Winning Beef Shank, Tendon& Trip with rice noodle in soup. Both are good especially the one added fire chilli soup.

Poor serivce, serving size is not enough. There is no option for extra noodle, instead you have to pay $10 for extra noodle with soup.

Very good beef noodles and soup. The spicy noodle soups aren't overly spicy and also have a lot of flavor (The spice isn't overpowering and doesn't ruin flavor). The proportions are either average or above average and also very filling. Besides the amazing food, the staff was good and very nice (had no problems with them). I definitely will recommend this to friends and come back as there are a wide variety of dishes (including things besides noodles like fried rice dishes or chicken cutlets).

Always a good place to go to for a nice bowl of hot noodles. Alone or with family/friends.

Cheap out on the meat if you order noodles in soup. Best if you order brisket.

If you pay by debit, the waiter choses the tip for you. It’s up to customer to tip the amount they see fit.
