I stay close to this gas station. I try my best to avoid this gas station because of the worst customer service experience. But yesterday was crazy. This cashier, VASU was on his name tag, was busy planning for later on phone. Least bothered who has entered or not. Just on phone discussing about his plans for the night. Atleast hold the call for 10 sec to do my transaction but no he jus wants to talk. The store was mess. I wish I could give zero stars. 1 is too much

In this gas station customer service is very good nd i have gud experience with simran he’s v nic nd polite by his nature nd he’s working honestly. He’s working with full of respect to customer nd energy.

Sim is great always friendly always knows my usual purchases, along with what my mom buys

Probably one of the best Chevron stations in Surrey! Simran & Lovepreet are both super amazing staff with great customer service skills! Kudos to this team of Chevron employees for making my mornings always hassle free!

I'm not very happy with the food on there shelves being expired and moldy I had bought lunch snack today to have to bring back and show them that it had big mold spot on it over 1inch round green mold

The guy working here at night on june21, didnt ask for the journey card he uses his own card instead of me.

I don't think this place cares if you wear a mask or not. I told the girl on the counter that how can you allow one to pay for his coffee with no mask when the place is full with other people and her response was I don't know. There were 3 employees and no one seemd to care.

This is a -10 establishment. I have never been treated so terribly at a place I'm spending money and I've spent a lot every day for 3 years. Tonight is the last time I ever go here after such terrible service, the people that work there are stupid, ignorant and rude. So unless you're in the mood to spend your hard earned money and walk away feeling like a piece of garbage stay far away from this place.on a positive note there is ONE young fellow that only works at night he's pretty cool

This place is a minus 5 stars. Very rude service, alot of false pricing, zero customer service skills, pretty much ignorant staff all the way around. They also don't lower their gas prices when they should. Avoid yourself a headache, avoid this Chevron.

Rude behavior and ignorant staff at this location. What happened to the days when gas stations used to help people who needed help, got a flat tire and was treated like we were homeless vagrants.

I wish it were possible to give NEGATIVE STARS on here. There was q lady working tonight at 8 PM 7 Feb 2019, my mother went in just for some choclate and ice cream. She just wanted to get a deal and just wanted a treat. The lady at the counter was SUPER RUDE and was over charging for a deal. When my mother asked for her to come over and check the price she merely said "I CANT SEE IT AND ITS NOT MY JOB AND FIND YOUR OWN ICE CREAM"
This lady has done this multiple times before too, worst ever possible customer service.

Called and asked about a free ticket I won and didn't receive.
SHE WAS RUDE ABOUT IT, THEN SAID SHE HAD a CUSTOMER
AND HUNG UP. Never use this station again

Rude behaviour of a girl standing wearing safety vest standing near the till. She looks like staff of the chevron but she doesn’t know how to behave.
