This gas station is always good with customer service.i just had a breakfast wrap this morning because Richmond is shut down on Easter Monday. Excellent breakfast.

This is a full service station. 3 other cars and 2 attendants on duty. No one approached me or helped me. Waited 5 mins then pumped my own gas… waste of time.

Staff are about as smart and friendly as a stack of bricks. If i met the owner id have many choice words. Dont visit this location

I usually never write reviews but the fact that I'm writing one today is to warn everyone about this gas station and that they'll steal money from your credit card without you knowing.

This gas station charged money from my credit card without my consent. I consented to being charged $50 for gas, but not an additional $100 of gas? ! Now my bank has to issue me a new credit card now because of credit card fraud from this gas station - talk about the hassle I have to go through to fill up my gas. Never pumping my gas from this location again.

Dysfunctional staff. Cashier at nov 19th, 2020 (11: 10pm) needs further training. Will not be coming again.

Was just at this station. The guy pumping the fuel was on his phone speaking his native tongue the whole time. When my dad stepped out to make sure everything was closed up properly, he hid his phone. Very disappointing

This station has horrible service, terrible gas and and my car started losing power after I filled up.

This station has a lot going for it but quite a big negative with it aswell. First thing and probably the best thing about it, the prices here are always awesome. I can always count on the price being the best around. Sometimes 10-15 cents cheaper per liter than other stations in Richmond and the surrounding cities. It's also a full service station 24/7 which is rare I'm pretty sure. Friendly staff. 10 pumps and sometimes only 1 but mostly 2 attendants to help pump gas. They also have a Triple O's fast food restaurant on site with a drive thru. BUT.with all those positives it tends to attract a lot of cars. It's certainly normal for the lines to be out on the street, even at midnight. They don't have a very good system for an orderly line at all. It can be very organized and no line jumping but it can also be chaos with a free for all and line jumping and horns honking. But for the price most people will put up with a lot for cheap gas it seems. You probably wouldnt want to go just to run inside the store because you may end up getting trapped until the pump line moves. Your warned!

I have been coming to this gas station for over 10 years. Its close to my work place. After spending thousands here I have finally decide to take my business elsewhere. (Husky further up bridgeport 5 star service) Staff are rude and very slow to pump fuel. They are hoping you get fed up and do it yourself.

Inside, Joe the manager is extremely rude. He ignores customers when he is on the phone when instead he should be serving the customers. I once asked him to ring up my items as I was in a rush and he snapped back at me. I will no longer be coming here.

Incredibly grumpy staff. High prices. Good combination. Glad they were rude before I bought anything. Left my garbage, cleaned my windows, and left.

Called them to ask what their gas price was and this guy replies in his native tongue Punjabi and says “we’re not here to tell you about gas prices” and hangs up. Is this the type of customer service chevron teaches their employees? To be rude and ignorant and reply to customers in a different language? If the policy is not to disclose prices over the phone then why not say it in a polite manner? When I went to the gas station to confront him, he was belligerent and didn’t care one iota. He basically told me to go complain to whoever I want. He even posed for the pic

Honest person turned in my purse. 6 hours later the honest workers still had it!

Rude staff, PUMP GAS YOURSELF! Even tried to peek at my credit card password.never coming back.

Be warned, this is a Full Service gas stations with rude staff. If you are able to, fill your vehicle up elsewhere.
