Unreliable ChaDeMo - app says available, but busted on prem (No power transfer) - broken promises like "will fix tomorrow".

Great price, good rewards program, they have free tire air calibration for clients. What's not to like.

I went in here for a quick snack after work. I picked up a bag of chips and went up to pay.
All I had was a $20 bill, and the cahsier asked of I had anything smaller and I replied all I had were 20's.
She replied "sorry its only $2.30 cents. " She then asked for the next customer which was pretty rude. I know there are machines where they can get smaller bills or change from, as I have had this same situation in the past.
Anyone that goes to Chevron, seriously, I would boycott this location after such horrible customer service.

Wanted to warn everyone that I went to get gas and cash in a bunch of winning scratch tickets ($20 in free tickets and $47)
I noticed when I got back to my car they shorted me cash so I went back in to explain but she handed me the exact amount ($10) without my saying anything. When I got home I double checked my receipt and realized she had also charged me $20 out of the cash winnings for what was supposed to be free the tickets I won. So luckily I had receipt and went back right away and manager re checked as I had signed them and she corrected it and gave me the difference thankfully! But I must stress to pay attention and don’t get distracted or I would have been out $30! And I’m sure it happens to others too… manager was great but I won’t go back to that location cuz it just seemed the one worker was not new or confused… but the manager swore it was all an accident. I’m lucky I kept my receipt or would have been out of luck!
My advice is to go to the royal oak and rumble chevron as all the staff there are very friendly and helpful been going there for years without any issues.
