Employee “Don” (older Asian male, salt n pepper hair) was very rude and aggressive. I went in the store to buy lotto and validate my old ones. He told me to hurry up sign and “Snatched” the tickets out of my hand.

Don should not be working in customer service with such horrible attitude and behavior!

I don’t think I will ever go back to this chevron at garden city and cambie road.

Ali, the gas attendant, was amazing. He was very patient as a line-up of cars was building to fill up gas. This was a full service station and Ali was up to the task. Thank you for the great service!

Says closed at 12: 00, we arrived at 11: 50. They turn the lights off after we arrived at the pump.

Staff are friendly and efficient. No waits. Gas prices are low. Store is clean and has the basics easily accessible.

It's funny getting gas in Richmond with their full serve. It's a hit and miss. Last time the attendant just stood at his pump even though he didn't have any customers. Today was the same but he came over to help.

Poor service today I went.
So far when I go there at night I get great service and very friendly.

This morning I got gas and had 94 put in, left it there to fill and the attendant pulled out the gas pump with still fuel coming out leaking all over my wrapped paint which DAMGES THE PAINT without any care and stands there expecting a tip.

I left without saying anything and now I had to get a car wash ASAP or else they’ll be damage to my car.

Don’t even go here with a wrapped car expecting them to be careful about your paint.

UPDATE: after numerous washes, the fuel has permanently ruined the paint and left a stain. Don’t ever go here if you have wrapped car paint because they won’t take car if your car like you do.

UPDATE 2: they refuse to take fault for the damage saying I put the pump in wrong. Honestly how can you put a pump in wrong? Don’t you think if I have a wrapped car I’ll be careful on how I put it in. Stupidity by the general manager for Richmond chevron is real.

The guy did not ask me any thing then just press 87 for me. When I found and back to there, they said they cannot do anything for me.

Best gas, but they should be wearing masks.the one I go to most of the staff dont.but other than that they are quick, friendly and respectful.

What a lousy gas station! It wasn't the first time I filled up my car, nor was it my first car. On the evening of March 7,2020, I was filling up at this gas station. I chose $50 on the machine and added $50 to my car, and The final receipt is also $50. But my credit card shows a $200 has been deduction! I know there will be an advance payment at the gas station, which will be returned the some day later. And the bank will say this is an advance payment. I fully understand that there will be mistakes at the gas station, and I also believe that this can be communicated. What made me particularly unhappy was the way the supervisor handled the matter! I went there twice to solve the problem, and the cashier at the front desk was friendly enough to explain. They understood my concern, but Frank, their supervisor, was very bad at it! His tone is very bad, telling me: wait! Just wait! You'll get your money back when you wait for it wait! Wait! He only knew to tell me a single word: wait! Even as I was walking out of the store, I heard him say behind my back that: guests can be so stupid sometimes. What? ! Your customer is trying to solve a problem in your store, and you're calling them stupid? In any case, a supervisor should not talk about guests behind their backs!

Car still runs. Good lighting and pump speed, overhang of sufficient width to keep rain off me when pumping. Would go back.

Staff is super inefficient. Sat in my car for 15 mins waiting for someone to help me. Nope. Had to get out and tell for someone. And no they weren't busy helping another customer, they talking to eachother.

Easy to drive into and access. Haven't been inside but location and driveway has been convenient

For station that has so many pumps you would think they would easily be able to manage a high load of people, you are wrong.during the evenings when they have cheaper gas they have three entry ways in which cars can enter they could have spent usually one person to help manage traffic but instead they do nothing. As a result, people are left waiting over 30 minutes to get gas and people that have gotten gas are not able to leave.

Eat your money，only $35 shows on the machine but the cashier charge me for $65， bad attitude，I wouldn't never ever go again.
