The attendent was in the washroom when I was trying to pump my gas and the pump deactivated. And all she needed to say was sorry, I was in the washroom. Then she wanted to make me go through another gas pump transaction again without an apology. Not coming back here again.

Cheapest Gas in North Surrey - can improve the infrastructure slightly

Very bad customer service and washroom is always closed. If someone needs to refill tank and use washroom at the same time please don’t come to this location.

The gastion employee was very disrespectful and rude, I'm just shocked about his ability to treat a customer and I will NEVER come back to this place ever again!

Was told to leave when I wanted to fill up gas. Honestly not even sure why but the person working was extremely rude and hostile towards me. I tried to even fill up at the pump because I was just clueless to why I was refused service but it kept getting denied. I told myself to never come here again. Disgusts me how I was treated. Message to the owner - Train your staff to treat customers like human beings and a little customer service wouldn’t hurt either. You should look into the night shift workers and assess their attitude.

Worst gas buying experience. Nice convenient location. Too bad about the guy behind the counter. I only buy Chevron gas exclusively. Won' t be spending my money at this location again. Find yourself needing gas in the area? No worries ESSO is just up the road

Bit of a sketchy location, and not many amenities, but they have 94 octane, a must for those with high performance engines.
