CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver

Absolutely horrible experience! Had two massages booked for a birthday present and they cancelled the day of with no offer of a resolution or alternative option. Don't waste your time and money here.

Have had consistently pleasant RMT massages at Chi Spa over the last few years.

Had a great massage here upgraded to the enhance arts spa cbd oil and oh boy was it wonderful!

I honestly cannot say enough incredible things about the spa and their staff. Thank you guys was amazing coming back soon, now it’s going to be my favourite spa, I had the package (scape to Paris) thank you to kioh she was very nice and professional, see you soon
