Very clean place, and the food was fresh and tasty. Love that they have a wide selection of food, instead of just fried chicken. The gimbap is generously sized, great for a quick bite. The chibop soup was comforting and hot, great for winter time. Friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Finally I went to this place. I always wanted to go but I just didn’t as it’s tucked away from my usual walk path. After friend saying this had best Korean fried chicken, I had to taste. This did not disappoint a bit. Me and my friend hit this place for lunch.
We had half and half Korean friend chicken and our two choice of sauces were honey garlic and Yangnyeom sauce. And this is so far the best Korean fried chicken I had so far. I am always skeptical about honey garlic because it tends to be on the sweeter side. This is perfect for me. Not too sweet and to my liking. For a bit of kick, the Yangnyeom is damn good flavour. Loved the chicken to the core. (It’s boneless and skinless fried chicken)
We also ordered the Tteok-bokki which was amazing. It has kick to it and so good.
My friend had the house made Gimbap and he said it was amazing.
On a final word, it’s a definite must visit place if you love fried chicken and if you are in Brentwood area. I will be visiting this place more often now and can’t wait to have the fried chicken again.

I ordered via Uber eats, I got the Beef Bulgogi and pork belly Gimbap. Both items were so good. One of the better Korean restaurants out there. Great taste, above average portions and fair price. I will eat here again, I want try the sausage Gimbap, short ribs next time.

Tiny portions! There was such a small portion of protein in the bibimbap - considering the price it makes it very expensive. Otherwise the food itself is quite tasty, service is quick and attentive.

This new korean place is still working out the kinks for service and food timing/plating but everyone is friendly and the food is pretty yummy.

It's not my favorite Korean spot in the hood but I'll undoubtedly be back to grab some kimbop on the go or to take advantage of their stellar fried dumpling deal!

It's late, all the restaurants are closed, you live within 3km of this place, and you're hungry, it's a great place!
Other than that, we tried the Uni Gimbap, Ramyeon, and Dakgalbi Bibimbap - tastes were under average. Gimbap had an ingenuine Uni paste, Ramyeon was not made with the instant curly noodles (picture had it, description didn't), and toppings for the bibimbap didn't have much taste.
Hopefully they improve in the future cause their service is actually great.

Sparkling clean, warm and cozy atmosphere. Even the food was fresh and served with reasonable amount of portion.

This tiny restaurant specializes in what we Koreans call "분식" - Bunsik. They offer Korean-style fast food such as gimbap, spicy rice cakes and bibimbap with different toppings. I haven't tried many things yet, but it is very satisfying. Plus, most of their food have good nutritional balance. (e.g. Bibimbap comes with a variety of veggies and sunny side up egg + protein)

Highly recommend this new restaurant.

Perfect place for a quick and easy delicious Korean meal. We had the japche, spicy seafood soup and kimchi fried rice. Everything made fresh and in the spot with care. Delicious! Will be back for sure!

One of my new favorite Korean restaurants! This restaurant makes you feel at home from the quality of service to the delicious food! Recently they started to close late and I am super thankful for this! Overall, amazing food and amazing service!

Amazing service, please go visit them ️ My boyfriend and I went for a late night dinner 1 hour before closing so it was just us and there was one server that went above and beyond for us! It made our whole experience feel incredible. We ordered kimchi tofu soup that was amazing and yangyeom boneless chicken, and it was delicious! We had asked for radish but they said they didn’t serve any and the lady came back with a salad she prepared, and we couldn’t help but smile. And to end the dinner after paying she gave us Milkis drinks to take home? I can’t wait to go back there again, please check them out! Their service and food are incredible and the servers are so lovely and wonderful

I eat at all the reasturants around brentwood area daily chibop is one of the best. Amazing service great communication, amazing atmosphere good music, amazing Korean food, beautiful decor very comfy chairs, good prices nothing expensive lots of options for any food preferences, very well run business.

Chibop is the place that you can experience for the best food and service in Burnaby. Every food that I had was unbeatable!

I had jajang and it was the worst place in vancouver i ever had and the quality was terrible and the price is too high i would rather buy and eat instant jajang myeon

Just finished a great meal. They make delicious rice cakes, Korean sushi, corn dog. The fried dumplings were such a treat to eat with the rice cake sauce! Definitely want to come back.

This place is indeed a hidden gem. Their honey garlic chicken was so tender and flavorful. The staff welcomed us right when we arrived and were kind enough to explain their menu since it was our first time. So many things I wanted to try but the samgyupsal bibimbap is the best, definitely can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu.
