Unpleasant Experience and Aggressive Behavior!
Today's visit to Chichi nail salon was disappointing. The nail technician, whom I usually go to, shouted at me in an aggressive manner, making the experience uncomfortable and disheartening. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment. Hoping for improved customer service in the future.

Amazing service! I have been going to this salon for so many years and every time I was very happy with my nails!

Highly recommend Cindy who applies an Immaculate application of gel colour each and every time I visit. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Always enjoy visiting here! The nail technicians are warm, friendly and always professional, working diligently and efficiently.

Reliable and diligent staffs. My gel nails last pretty long (as long as I don’t soaks my nails in water for too long daily.)

This time I was travelling for 2 months, and the gel still stayed on, which is pretty impressive. Will be back in town soon and re-do my nails through ChiChi Nails.

I walked in off the street to get a pedicure tonight and despite them being busy they were so accommodating and got me in a massage chair looking through polish colours while I waited. The pedicure and foot spa was really nice and I appreciated that without ask the nail technician did 4-5 coats of the colour I chose as it was quite transparent still after 2-3 coats. Overall very happy and would definitely come here again!

Very unprofessional, rude & disrespectful
I use to go to this place for the last 6 months, the last 3 times my nails were done with the same person. This time my nails take apart from the powder after three days. I went there and asked for a proper solution. They just gave me temporary solution options which I didn't accept as I didn't have time to go back there again every couple of days.
Suddenly, three of them did start speaking half English half on their own language and were shouting to not take responsibility to fix my nails properly as I didn't accept their opinions.
I had to leave the place while I was so upset as I had to go back to work & Obviously without getting any service for my nails repair.

Definitely, I won't go back there anymore.
But decided to write this review for others who may wanna use their services in future.

Also, I realized that it's not only me who has a very bad experience with them for their customer service.

I used to love this place but my last two visits were terrible. They serve too many people at the same time, it was rushed and very poorly done. My nails had cuts and bleeds and looked awful. Not returning back.

I went to do nails, not a new full set but a fill the women took forever almost 2hrs then proceeds to charge $65 for them payed left tip never going back not happy with this place.

I’ve been going to this place for years but very disappointed in my last experience. The full set was done poorly and after I came back to take it off they tried to charge me for it. I was told the manager would call me about my experience but never heard from them. Used to love this place but won’t be going back anymore or recommending to friends/family.

The staff are always warm and welcoming, their services are always done professionally and patiently. Rachel has done a magnificent job and even kept changing the shape and the color everytime i changed my mind. Overal great experiences so far and would Recomend them!

I had to sit for 3 hours for a full set and after one week most of them damaged and broken, I paid 106$ for the service which didn’t worth it.

Unfortunately My experience with CHICHI wasn’t the best! I’ve been wearing shellac on my nails for the past 5yrs non stop and this time I decided to give chichi a try as I live just above their salon, also my mom has been using them for her nails and she was happy with their service, however my experience was totally opposite! They did a Mani Shellac for me and the colour got chipped the day after, I went back and they got my two chipped nails fixed. 3 days later most of my nails had a little or large chip on it, so I went back and asked to have it removed and didn’t even asked for another colour! The technician who removed my shellac made me feel very uncomfortable and she was also a bit rude! I asked her oppenion on why the shellac on my nails has been chipped so quickly and her response to me was; “because you pilled it off”! Those who are familiar with shellac and gel colours they know that it easily lasts for 2,3 weeks, or even a month without a single chip and you only change it because your nail grows and doesn’t look as nice anymore.

Hope your experience will be different than mine but had to share mine as I felt a bit insulted due to their nail tech’s behaviour and attitude, otherwise I’m not a complainer!

I dropped by without an appointment and they managed to fit me in, which was very kind of them. They were quick and professional, good value too. I would definitely reccomend

Really nice staff and I was always incredibly happy with the results. I went there for a full year every 2-3 weeks (I moved away now) but it was always really easy to get an appointment, the place is clean and the prices are really good. They all have a very big collection of colours which was amazing.

The quality of work here is impeccable! And they took me at the last minute. This is my new salon going forward!

I go here every month and I usually get different artists but they are all very professional and they really pay attention to your needs. My pedicure lasted me 3 weeks on a tropical island. I have yet to try their nail art, but their shellac lasts a long time!

This place was amazing. I got a shellac manicure and the aesthetician, June, did an incredible job. I typically don't get my nails done at a salon because I am often disappointed because I feel like I can do a better job. In this case, I definitely couldn't have done a better job. My nails are nearly perfect. I highly recommend.

For sure the BEST manicure & pedicure in Vancouver. I went there last week (thanks June and Jasmin) and absolutely loved the service.

The place is sparkling clean, the chais are super comfortable (with delicious massage).

I was planning on return this week (7 days after my manicure) but my nails are so well done that they are still perfect, so I will wait a couple of days.

I don’t use gel etc (I prefer the “regular polish”) but they do have everything there and I saw beautiful work done as well.

Wonderful service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants perfection.

Very clean. Extremely nice staff. Longest gel/shillac nails I have ever had (3 weeks). They are efficient and do a great job - best nail salon I've been to.

I've been going to Chi Chi Nails for 20 years. I've watched Chris and Tiffany's kids grow up in the salon. It's like a second home to me. They are great at what they do. Tiffany takes her time and is presice and meticulous with her work. No fancy nail art or any of that. Just beautiful nails with a bunch of beautiful women!

After trying few places in Downtown this is the only one that focuses on perfection: technique, shape and products. Love it!

One of the rudest worst customer service places I have ever been into. They speak about you with their own language and laugh, once I argued with the MANGER and she was yelling loudly responding back to my conversation, wow if the manger does that, what else would i expect? Their service quality in terms of nails is not bad. Still i will never go again to humiliate my self.

Jude at chichi did a wonderful job today removing a pesky European shellac french and replacing it with a beautiful rich semipermanent colour for fall! I was able to book last minute, and the staff were really friendly. The price was very reasonable given the service took almost two hours (mostly removal). Highly recommend!

I recently moved around the area so I thought I'd try this place out since it looked really nice from the outside. Unfortunately the service wasn't that great, they ignored me when I came in and the person doing my manicure was rushing and didn't even talk to me. I think she may have been having a bad day but customer service is still important.
