Paid for meal and got no fries inside and the service was very poor girls were just chatting and didnt even confirmed order.

I tried gabbar chicken burger with breast meat. Best fried chicken in the town. There customer service was so good really recommended to everyone.

Best fried chicken ever tired. Highly recommended rice and spice. Staff is really good and well mannered.

Ordered the food with uber eats. First of all, when i ordered karizma burger combo, they did not have option to choose my own drink. Then, they sent me a straw in the bag, with any drink. I called the uber guy and he said they never handed over the drink to him which i trust him. Then i called the restaurant and the girl said if we put the straw then we have given the drink too. They straight up made me feel lier and kind of blamed the uber driver.
The uber driver went back to them to get my drink after cancelling his other orders. This is so pathetic.
When I complained to uber, they said the drink was not part of it that is why you didn’t receive it, because the restaurant doesn’t have a option to choose drink, uber thinks its not included. Are you serious? What is a meal then?

Stopped for lunch with my family, we have never tried this before, it did NOT disappoint! The chicken is crispy and juicy and delicious! We will definitely be back! I also want to give a huge shout out to Meet, the wonderful and super sweet girl that helped us! I didn't have the pleasure of meeting and talking to the other staff but I am positive they are just as kind! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will be back+

Tender flavorful chicken, locally prepared juicy beef burgers, my favorite was the Nashville chicken burger Indoor seating, excellent fast service, friendly staff, amazing prices.

Kudrat was really helpful in explaining things to me as I was new in Town and its been 4 days I have been coming here twice daily! Would definitely recommend trying the Gabbar chicken and if you are lucky you might get a chance to be served by Kudrat!

We visit here often and most times the service and food was good. But the last few times we've consistently been served cold food, despite always requesting them to give us fresh fried chicken even if it takes longer. After complaining about this our complaint was was not resolved and we were told that the food was not cold and that they cant do anything more. Changing review to 1 star. We can find good food much closer to home. We wont be going back sadly.

I went there after reading the interview of the owner. But, I was disappointed. The chicken in the burgers were hard and cold. I picked them up at 7 and was home in 10 min so in no way it can be cold in 10 min. Moreover, I specifically asked not to add cheese but all the 3 burgers we ordered had cheese in it and I had to remove/throw the cheese part. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The chicken is very good, but the service is very very slow. I've given them about 5 chances. Every time they tell me "30 minutes". I show up at 30 minutes, and wait another 30 for a total of one hour.

Give them a chance to try the chicken. But don't expect it to be ready in the 30 minutes they tell you.

Was in the neighborhood. Looked at the reviews and was not disappointed. It was crispy and not oily. Tried both the original and the spicy fried chicken and a Gabbar Burger. The spicy chicken was a bit of a twist with the spice - not quite the normal spicy chicken you would get elsewhere which is nice. On top of it all the worker was very kind even when she was extremely busy with customers both in-store and via the drive thru. Check it out.

I have been there and the food is really amazing and the people working there are very humble and nice and gives a great service especially A girl named kudrat she is really great always has a smile on her face while serving

We are regular visitors at Chicken world as its closest to our workplace. Food Quality and hospitality from staff specially Kudrat Kaur is outstanding. I wish they have more branches in the whole province.

Was reading Vancouver is Awesome today and Chicken World was featured on there. The story of Adeel was very compelling so we decided to give this place a try. We picked up both the Gabbar burger (which is the special of the day) and a 5 piece chicken with peri fries. The entire meal was AMAZING. I've eaten at alot of fried chicken places locally and they cannot compare. The Gabbar chicken had 2 pieces of chicken patty, was juicy and the spicy sauce had the best kick I've ever had. The fried chicken was juicy, skin was crunchy but not overly done. It's legit better than churches or kfc or LA Chicken. Will def be back. Servers are friendly.

I've tried the Gabbar Burger, Nashville Billo Burger and Peri-peri Chicken here. All the items I tried were amazing. Gabbar is my favorite burger out of the two I tried, the two chicken patties just work. The Peri-peri Chicken was the biggest surprise out of all the items. It's just as good if not better than Nando's, but with better value! I also have to add that customer service is excellent everytime I've visited. One caveat, it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get your good since they cook fresh to order, just call in if you can't wait. This place is now my favorite lower mainland chicken spot now! Pay them a visit!

Working in Kfc and competing with them is entirely different things but they have come miles and a lot more to be achieve, best of luck and be humble

We were at this place few days ago and we met really sweet and welcoming girl named kudrat. She was really great and served us with huge smile and warm welcome. This was my firrst best experience in surrey in any fast food. And we will be here soon … 5 stars to kudrat especially

I love the food here so tasty! I do not like how they pack order through door dash just tossing it in a bag not sealing it? I don’t know if someone’s eating my Fries on the way or they just don’t put enough fries at the store, protions are very different when you get them at the store makes me feel very uncomfortable to eat them specially during a pandemic at least triple knot the bag, I called once and complain and I got so much attitude on the phone and the next time I ordered the same thing happened bag wide open not even knotted once. Please improve this and I’ll come back and give 5 starts.

I got the karizma burger meal and 5 PC chicken.

The fried chicken burger was quite good, the bun didn't fall apart. You can pay extra for chicken breast. I did pay extra for small onion rings

The chicken thigh pieces were my favorite. The batter was light and meat was very juicy.

This location has drive thru and dining in. The music and comfortable AC makes a big difference here. The staff were very helpful as it was my first time visiting

Ordered thru door dash. Food was amazing! I'm actually quite shocked for a random chicken place I'd never heard of. My only complaint: send me some dipping sauce with your jalapeno poppers! I highly recommend this place regardless. Sooo good!

I recently went to this place. Food was awesome. Their customer service was really good. Kudrat there was amazing at fromt desk. She helped me and all my friends cgoose the best meal. I would recomend everyone to go and eat there food once.

I have it on good authority that this place blows KFC out of the water. Very flavourful chicken and burgers. I've been coming here for years and it's always a pleasure. Kudrat helped us and remains very hospitable helpful as always.

Wow. I have been regular to KFC and this is my first visit to Chicken World and I ordered a gabbar burger meal.the first bite I took and I was amazed the way it tasted.no words.like to visit this place again and again.it's not only the burger, the customers service was brilliant.quick and amazing. KUDRAT at the desk was brilliant.the way she was handling the customers was good.keep the good work. KUDRAT.

Bad chicken, me and my daughter puked all night spilled dirty chicken out. We ordered gabbar burger on Sunday near 3 pm and chicken crest was very hard and was not fresh at all. We even left the burger half and throw the rest in garbage. Sometimes the stuff is very fresh and tasty but when old chicken is used result is that. My request to the management is to please take care of your customer health and keep them happy.

The Peri Peri fries were so tempting and the Peri Peri chicken was very succulent and juicy. We were greeted by Kudrat and she was really sweet.recommended us best dishes and it was worth spending every penny.

The food came out quickly and was delicious. Kudrat was working the cash and dealt with so many customers, including the drivethru with efficiency and a smile. Great service and food! Highly recommend!

Kudrat is the best girl there. Awesome food and great customer service. Everytime, I have been there she has done a great job dealing with the customers and she manages very well when the store is super busy. On time, fresh and delicious!

Great food, great price and exceptional service. The chicken is cooked to perfection. Some of out favourites include the Karizma burger and the rice and spice.

I visit here always and thought this place definitely deserve 5 stars for the food, service, cold sitting area in hot weather and most of all the burgers. GABBAR IS MY FAVOURITE.
