Chilli Lee Szechuan Cuisine

I ordered Combo C and when it came it was 90% noodles and very little meat and vegetables. When I called the restaurant they told me that other restaurants charge $30-$40 for just noodles and I got a good deal. When I told her that's not the case she said don't come back. Which I won't. You're better off going to another restaurant, these people don't seem to care about the food their putting out.

This store is ready to scam. I asked for a side of pepper and was charged $1! When I called in, I explained that pepper, salt, etc are always free with the meal. Her response was, “any sauce you order at a pizza place charges you”… I was mind blown and spent the following 10 mins trying to explain while she spoke over me. It ended with me saying the side of pepper was not needed, and to please remove it and the $1 extra charge. It’s been 15 mins and the charge was still up there so I called back and just got yelled at for how busy they are and she’ll adjust when she gets time. Funny thing is, she instantly added the extra charge when she received the order. Terrible experience!

There was nothing special about the food. It was cold and not well cooked. Even though menu is extensive but every dish tasted the same with the same sauce.this is typical Chinese takeout don’t expect anymore

Been going here for 5+ years, never been disappointed! They have the sweetest staff. We always get the soft noodle beef chowmein, the almond chicken, shrimp fried rice is great, LOVE their sweet and sour soup.i wouldn't know where to go for Chinese food if they weren't around, and i've lived in North Vancouver for 13 years!

We ordered delivery from Chilli Lee for the 1st time, here on the North Shore. They delivered our piping hot dinner in record time. It was placed at 7: 40, we recieved by 8pm. The dishes we ordered were all generously, delicious portions. This is now my go-to Chinese take out place.

Delicious meals and always fast service! If we are ever thinking takeout Chinese this is our only choice. Thank you!

Very nice folks, the servings are big, but it's no Connie's Cook House. Tofu is sub par, maybe consider other options if you're looking for vegan food.

Delicious. I had the eggplant and tofu and it was marvellous. Though the servers are a little rude and the dining area isn’t completely clean, it’s a very good Chinese take out restaurant.

Ordered 2 items, more expensive than I would expect. No takeout discount.

Ive had ginger beef from here many times, been an off and on customer for about 6 years. Today, some ginger beef pieces tasted like pork, while some did not. Food tasted less good than it did 2 months ago, maybe a change in chef or whatever.

-1 for price. If you're nearby, this is a above avg choice.

This has been our go to place for years now, not sure what happened. The shrimp was half cooked and had a smell to it, sweet and sour pork was all battered fat and we could not eat it. We had ordered five items and the other three were fine, but not as good as usual. New people in the kitchen? We will most likely try them one more time to be fair after being a customer for years.

I had fond memories of their ginger beef lunch special from 8 years ago. Their house special ginger beef is the reason I ordered, and it is as good as I remember.

Also tried out their chicken Chow Mein (reminds me of how Dragon Gate chow mein was, with slightly thicker noodles) and garlic Gai lan; both were great. Bigger portions than expected!

Three dishes is probably about 8+ servings depending how hungry you are, and what you order. I had a side of rice to make it even more filling.

This place has traditional North American Chinese food from when Chinese foods was economical and not as sophisticated as today. We ordered the fish congee which had a healthy serving of basa fish. We also ordered a single order combo of sweet and sour chicken and fried shrimps which was large enough for 2 people.

This spot is wonderful and broad, the menu was yummy and the rates were very inexpensive.quickly, productive service and very amiable staff. Highly recommended.

I've ordered the Yang Zhou fried rice for lunch and it's one of the worst I've had since I moved to Vancouver in 2004, $15: 95 for a plate of rice which my 12 years old nephew can cook way way better. This is my opinion only, hope they can improve after this review. If not, save your money.

Order combo G and it was all rice with 2 pieces of beef and 4 (Mainly batter) chicken balls. When I went in and inquired the answer I got is beef is expensive. This order was $18 I took it back and will not go there again.

Came here for many years now, and the quality of the food never fails me. I get the dinner special for $12.95, with a significantly large portion of decent Chinese food. It's one of my go-to places when I crave this kind of food. Very casual place, always feel welcome there! 3.5 stars.

I don't understand why the chicken chow mein is all cabbage and onions and no noodles. What the heck mate?

Big portions, low price and well cooked food. I come here occasionally for lunch. A meal plus appetizer under 11 dollars. It is a simple casual place. Your neighborhood chinese restaurant. Only critique is the tea could be hotter.

The only Chinese food that hasnt upset my tummy in forever. The best food thankyou. Had it like 5 times and always consistently great.

Decent food here but service was a bit slow. Came with a party of 5 around 6: 30pm on a weekend and we all got our combos/dishes at different times. The tea served was good. Veggie chow mein was delicious although my boyfriend thought it could've used less onion. Everybody else at their table thought their meals were great.
