Awesome customer service! Works well with a tough schedule (I get off work at 4: 30 and they close at 5: 00) they were able to get me in the same day I called and were super friendly! I had my windshield fixed through ICBC and the staff guided me through the process seamlessly! They even vacuumed out the inside of my car. Will definitely return for any future auto glass needs and refer any one who asks!

Got a windshield replacement. Super friendly environment. They whole team there went above and beyond to help me. Had a couple hick ups with the dealership portion. But chilliwack auto glass always gave me the re insurance that everything will be taken care of. Highly recommend!

I have to take a minute to leave an amazing review! I called yesterday and expected to have to wait to get an appointment but I got booked in for 8am this morning! I showed up and was greeted in such an amazing friendly way and I was planning on walking 15 minutes to work and he stopped what he was doing to drive me to work. My windshield looks fantastic, they washed and vacuumed my car. It was such an amazing experience and I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Booked an appointment for an ICBC assessment for rodent damage on vehicle upholstery and when I showed up on time I was told they were too busy to take on the job. Why book my appointment then? I was not impressed. Won’t be taking any future business there.

Jack and his team are AMAZING! They go above and beyond! I would 100% recommend him and his company to get your windshield replaced! I cannot even express how great my service was. Drove me back to work. Then even dropped off my car for me! Just amazing!

Took my car in to get the windshield replaced due to a huge rock hitting it on the hwy.he replaced the windshield and detailed the entire inside of my car to pristine shape! He even apologized he wasn't able to wash it due to the extreme heat (soo thoughtful and unexpected) he sealed the top where the prior windshield wasn't sealed and did a fantastic job! Super friendly with a big smile, we will go there for all our glass needs

This was the best experience i’ve ever had at a car shop! They were able to get us in right away for our cracked windshield. He ordered the specific window I needed and it came within 24 hours. The job was done in such a timely manner and they offered to drive me anywhere I needed to go! As a woman I didn’t feel intimidated going to the car shop without my husband. The owners are such lovely people. I recommend this shop to everyone and will be sure to return for all my future needs! Thanks again!

Wow, these guys offer great service! I needed to get a tough windshield repair done during my work day, and Jack and Chad fit me in right away and got me back on the road in no time. Had a few rocks hit my windshield so I got it replaced! Looks amazing and I am so happy I can actually see out of it now since it was a 2007 and never been replaced <3 owners are also so sweet love them

I am BLOWN away by Chilliwack Auto Glass & Upholstery's customer service! Jack is a great guy! I have a burn mark in the headliner of our brand new truck. This would have been a very expensive fix, but Jack provided us with the materials to fix it ourselves and spent the time with us to explain how to do it. For no charge. We will be life long customers!

Great service at ‘CAG’, i brought in my 01 toyota tacoma (two door) for a windshield repair and was fixed immediately! The apprentice named Kris was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Overall great customer service and experience.

They got my oem glass delivered within 4 days (weekend included) and did an excellent job installing and sealing my windshield. Will see then again next time I get a crack or chip in my cars windows.

Had some loser smash out my driver's side window. It was Saturday morning on Thanksgiving long weekend. Called looking to see if there was any chance i could get my window fixed without having to wait until Tuesday. They not only made it happen, i got a ride home while I waited by the owner. The price was cheaper than my deductible so i didn't have to go through ICBC. I only have good things to say. Turned a bad weekend into a good one.

Called them 4 times now. Always "I'll call you right back. " They never do. Congratulations ill never take my business to your shop.

I am grateful I got pointed in the direction to come and see Chilliwack Auto Glass! I needed my back window replaced ASAP, I went elsewhere at first because that was my first recommendation. I was told that it wouldn't be in for 2 weeks as they ordered it in. I was told by a good friend to come here and Jack got my window and windshield in the next day. I got my car worked on yesterday as soon as they got my windows in. Highly recommend this business as they're humble, quick and diligent. I'm very happy with the service I received for my family's car. I never felt so comfortable leaving my car to get worked on - I never stressed all day! Thank you Chilliwack Auto Glass!

Best place to change your windshield. They detailed the interior for me for free. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are prompt.

Awesome experience! Called Jack (super good guy) about an insurance claim glass replacement at 9: 30am. Drove away with a new windshield at noon! Jack was super helpful and friendly, showed me what he noticed about my truck when replacing the glass. 10/10
