I needed a new key fob and a couple of keys cut, and I needed them all to be programmed to my car of course, and the staff at Ford was so friendly, professional, and informative. I expected their prices to be outrageous, because dealerships have a reputation to be much more costly, but I was pleasantly surprised to find their pricing very competitive. I will definitely be back again when the need arises.

Great service! Brought my vehicle in for routine service at the allocated time and was dealt with promptly & efficiently by the courteous staff. When I picked my vehicle up, all the work done was explained thoroughly and I was on my way in minutes.

I just picked up my vehicle today after Chilliwack Ford having it for almost a month. I took it in to have 3 issues resolved.
1-fuel smell in the interior. -not resolved
2-concerns about a wheel bearing. -no mention if anything was addressed.
3-replacement of pads and rotors on all brakes. -Ford stopped manufacturing it so I'm left with a used brake control module. One that I hope is in good shape, because they only offer a 90 day warranty.
What I expected, was my vehicle to be completely ready with all work finished and all issues resolved. What I received was an astronomically expensive brake job. With no resolution to the other two concerns. So now I have to take it elsewhere.
When I brought these concerns up to the service manager all I was met with was attitude and disrespect. Not how I would expect to be treated after spending as much money there as I have. Lesson learned. Take your Ford anywhere but to Ford for servicing.

Great service and work done as promised and on time. Parts were expensive compared to what I could get aftermarket parts online for but were around same price as genuine parts online. I needed the Ford Tech to program the ECU for the brake controller so they had an installed price

My husband and I have been shopping for an EV for a while now. We had been interested in another make but were so disappointed in the customer service at various local Chilliwack dealerships. Our other vehicle is a Ford truck purchased from Jared Monds in 2016 and so we decided to go back to Ford to see what EV's were available. From the time we popped in to chat with Jared to the final purchase and pickup we were treated as friends and with such kindness. Our Escape Plug-in Hybrid came sooner than we thought and Jared kept us up to speed all along the way even when we thought we might be bothering him! He has always assured us that he is available at any time to chat about our purchase. We picked up our Escape on October 3,2022 and have been very pleased with our purchase. Jared Monds is a class act in a industry that can struggle with integrity.

Very happy and satisfied from Ford Chilliwack and especially Cory. He was amazing and what he promised me 4-5 months ago, he kept his promise. He found the right vehicle for me and with the help of the financial department lady Deb I've got the best deal that I could've possibly got. I would recommend it to anyone I know as it's definitely worth it.

Our F550 work truck is going in for a warranty issue for the 6 or 7th time, lost track. Absolute nuisance. Service at Chilliwack Ford seems to not care whatsoever. Keep throwing parts at the same issue with nothing being resolved and seems to be just another day over there. I would not recommend Ford or this dealership.

Friendly staff but the dealership overcharges/marks up their Ford OEM part prices in their service dept. Went online and checked the price of Ford OEM parts in Canada (another dealership's parts website) and would have saved over $500 on parts alone by ordering them ourselves. We probably won't be back for any service at Chilliwack Ford again.

Fantastic dealership I wouldn’t buy a vehicle anywhere else. I just bought a F150 and absolutely love it. I drive an hour to Chilliwack ford because the service is so good. Melody was my sales rep, she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted, to make sure I was happy, all my questions were answered and I got the best deal possible. This is the 4th vehicle in our family from Chilliwack Ford. Team effort with the staff entertaining my kids, the finance portion was seamless and the insurance was was effortless. My car was unfortunately damaged beyond repair in the Nov 2021 flooding, and once I was ready to start looking for a replacement, the demand for cars went crazy! Mike was able to turn a pretty stressful situation into a very easy process, and I got all the features I wanted in my new car:) Will definitely be back when we're ever looking again!

After contacting the dealership about a plug-in hybrid and being told there were none available we were happy to get a call from Steve that they had one coming in because of a cancellation. It’s now sitting in our driveway and we are very happy with it. Steve was really helpful orienting us to the car, Jerrod made the financials (almost!) painless and the insurance guy from HUB was very helpful!

I had order a Ford Transit because my other van had died, exploded, DEAD! I knew it was time to get into something more reliable. I ordered a 2022 Ford Transit, and my order specifications were met perfectly. I was able to lease another van for the time during the wait for the order to arrive. Like so many, I had to wait since October 2021 for my Ford PowerBoost. When it was obvious I would have to wait beyond early 2022, I was immediately reassured that I would be receiving a 2022 and that all the terms of my purchase would be honoured. Melody Stafford was my salesperson and she was always very professional and accommodating. My truck finally arrived in middle June 2022 and I am extremely happy with it.

Incredible service! Ford diesel emissions fault on coquhalla highway, truck went into limp mode. (From Alberta on my way home overnight) Had truck towed to dealer during the night. Rick in service department was one of the first people to work in the morning. They were booked two days out, he did get me in for diagnosis an hour after opening, Andy is a great tech, parts had to come from another dealership. Rick arranged transfer, sensors installed and calibrated and I was on the road! Great service for an out of town travelers! Thanks again!

I live in Abbotsford, but work in Chilliwack, so when my new vehicle needed service I chose Chilliwack Ford. I was contacted with enough time and informed of a service department lock down that wouldn't allow me to use the shuttle as planned. Chilliwack Ford went above and beyond to accommodate me by picking up and dropping off my vehicle at my place of work. The whole team was fantastic! Had a breakdown, they were able to squeeze me in and get me back going so I could get my truck going a week sooner then anywhere else. My family experienced many challenges in our transit through Canada including the Turbo going out in our truck that was towing all of our belongings. General Sales Manager Sharmaine was the driving force behind all this great service. I can say, without any doubt, this was the most memorable and enjoyable time at any vehicle dealership ever. Service was good. Gave us a rental car for the 3 weeks it took to repair the vehicle. Much appreciated. HOWEVER, this is the 2nd Ford with a major issue. We WILL never buy another Ford again.

Had Airbags installed, the mechanic took the time to greet me when I came to get my vehcile and walked me through the unit's operations and how installed. Chilliwack Ford has great staff and service, I own an F-350 that I bought at this location and it has been an amazing purchase with little to no repairs with about 190,000km on it. Pricing for maintenance and repairs has been very reasonable, didnt have to fight for warranty claims. I'm overall very happy and will continue to service my vehicle here every 8000km.

Finally received my new truck! I had quite a wait because of the semiconductor shortage. During the process I dealt with Sharmaine and Cory which were both very helpful. Overall I was happy with the service and the the price I paid for the truck. Thanks

Excellent service & interaction start to finish at Chilliwack Ford. It began with Chad in parts, who was courteous and quickly sourced a power steering cooler line (priced similar to online) that I could not find locally. On a serendipitous whim, I phoned service and spoke to Connie (I think) who gave me a quote and an appointment in only three days (part took 2 days to arrive). I was "chauffeured" to and from the laundromat and was able to clean large blankets while awaiting repairs. Bonus! Then, waiting room was comfortable - and outdoor covered area is available too. Everything went off like clockwork. Texts kept me informed. Vehicle was completed on time. It's only a couple of days, but so far, no leak! Definitely recommend Chilliwack Ford. And, received a couple of parting gifts! Double Bonus.

Also, it pays to contact the dealership. On my call to inquire about service, I was immediately informed there is a new recall on my airbag. (Unsure if the other garages I have been to were aware of this, but they did not inform me.) So I will be back for that repair. Then, maybe, I will get my sleeping bags cleaned!
