As my mother is 62 years old and having mental breakdown. She had a phone appointment that couldn't even do a referral for her to See a psychiatrist. To be exact she gets off the phone in tears. I think maybe you guys should fix this problem. As you can write prescriptions for people, but you cannot help them get referrals. For very important things like psychiatry.
Something needs to change when they cant even get into a clinic Because they're too full by the time they get there. So what is the point of the virtual clinic? Is it to get paid for the scripts? You write in the things that elderly people especially need. You cannot do for that's just a big wow form me.

The pharmacists here go above and beyond. Absolutely impressed with them and how helpful they’ve been. Excellent place to get your compounds filled. Thank you!

Doctor really listen to my issues and made the require referrals. Great service and the fact you get a call back in the same day is amazing as I have to wait months to get into my family doctor

Super impressed! I got my call from the Dr at the exact appointment time and got answers & a prescription sent to my local pharmacy straight away. Highly recommend!

The people are awesome at the pharmacy. Dr. Howard was fantastic to talk to and he gets it. Helped me getting my meds and on the right track. Thank you everyone.

Fast service! Came in to have prescription filled for a travel vaccine. Wish I had come for the consultation! Great information and fast service. Didn’t have one of the vaccines in stock and I came back same day for the injection! 5/5 will be my go to from now on.

My experience was great. I received a text with my appointment time and the phone rang at exactly the right time. A few questions later, a prescription was being sent to the pharmacy. I will try to use this service every time I need to see a doctor!

Quick phone call. Got in the same day, within hours. Super efficient as I do not have to leave the house.

Dr. Ramezani was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable when I was describing my issue. After going to several walk-ins and being turned away, I'm so glad a place like this exists. I was able to have a telephone appt within 10 minutes of setting up my request. He took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't jump to prescribing medication. Thank you!

This pharmacy with how they're set up for virtual appointments are a LIFESAVER!
My 2.5 year old daughter recently had a chest infection that required antibiotics. Our daughter was struggling heavily at this time, she could not hold down food and vomit, her cough was causing her to get minimal sleep and difficulty breathing. Our usual doctor was booked up for 1.5-2 weeks, we had put her on a cancellation list to speak to the doc if anyone fell through but there was still uncertainty of that happening.
My wife and I looked around and found Chilliwack Pharmacy and how they were set up. We got a profile set up, got an immediate text back, and a call over the phone to diagnose from a doctor within 30 mins. 30mins-1 hour later our prescription had been filled. This Pharmacy and how their program was set up made all the difference in how she recovered. We were scared and nearly took her to ER but the turnaround her to get medical help was excellent.
All of the pharmacists were amazing to deal with, understanding, kind and down to earth. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! I AM SO HAPPY A PLACE LIKE THIS EXISTS!: D

The Dr. Stephen is very nice and attentive! Listening to what I am describing about my daughter's sickness and he prescribed a medicine right away. Thank you saves us the trip going to the er and waiting for so long.
