I had to get a vehicle quickly, test drove an Explorer, windshield was broken, so they would rush fix. Test drove heard a noice in back, salesman said was roof rack loose will fix.my son had to drive to Vegas for tournament, said it was fixed. Son got to boarder. And it was making noice noice got to Vegas was really loud.got back brought back, waited over 3 weeks, they called said it was not the problem, was upset said I would trade for upgraded vehicle text back an upgrade…lol.waited another 2 weeks, it was finally fixed. Expplorer is a good ride, but why use excuse that was a rack to tighten, I guess no inspection at all I think they have 100+ point.i was going to upgrade to a Rand new won, but not sure now.

Was incredibly impressed with the quality of service. Phil was very kind and professional, I recommend him for anyone who wishes to buy a vehicle.

We dealt with the amazing Harmeet! He listened, we appreciate him not trying to pressure us into a situation we didn’t want; and we ended up getting what we hope will be a fantastic vehicle! We would definitely recommend him again, and this dealership. Only complaint, the coffee was too strong, lol

Hi, so this time I got my car picked up for some issues I had with my front tires and one on the back. The dealer service agent Riley, called me stating that my warranty from DK "DOES NOT" cover punctures and that was not true. He went on to state the COST of what the tires will be and patching and told me thats what I have to pay for the services. I then ask him for the phone number for DK. I called DK myself to confirm, then I called back the dealer and I gave the info i got to Riley, ask him if he is willing to file the claim as I was told to ask by the DK agent and thats when he agreed to file the claim and thats how I got a resolution. My previous experience with Riley was SUPER GOOD, but this time it was veeeery bad.

We were looking for a new suv and was introduced to the Atlas. Darren was the salesman and sold
Us on the vehicle. Unfortunately they wouldn't deal on a new demo and we couldn't reach a deal on a new one. Not his fault.

I came here to sell my car and was very pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to sell me a Volkswagen and happily accepted my car. The whole process was easy and hassle-free. Phil, the sales associate that handled the process, was wonderful. I recommend looking for him if you need any car.

VW Chilliwack dealership is new and clean. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Everyone we met at VW Chilliwack dealership was smiling at all times. The service was prompt.

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE I have been still waiting for them to replace the parts the technician broke and never said anything returned my back to me and expect me to forget about it. Service rep told me to write a review and told me the parts would be in the following week no follow up no parts still waiting 5 weeks later. Not honest people crooks and con men work here

Poor experience. My daughter wanted to get a Volkswagen Golf and they ran her credit check and told her that she would need a CO signer. They were not interested in working for her and didn't try to go out of their way to even give different options. She went else where and got an amazing interest rate and approval without a cosigner. If you want poor service then this would be the place to go.

I received great service today, I had my key fobs reprogrammed. Fast and efficient service, very impressed! I would highly recommend.

I am an owner of a VW Tiguan and although I never used this dealership for anything, I did have some interactions with them due to quite frustrating quality issues with my vehicle. I can't provide any opinion as the sales and service quality, but I certainly can say that if I was Volkswagen I would never want these guys representing my brand! Last issue I faced was not being able to remove the rims of my car due to the secure lock key being useless - this could have me in very hard situations, even life-threatening ones as I travel through hard winter roads with an infant and incase of a flat tire I would not be able to change it. I took the car there just to get the security screws out so I could have a functioning and secure vehicle, I expressed my frustration and in now time I heard at least one "I am sorry", instead, I heard "we are not VW, we are independent owned, and we didn't design or built your car"; and when I mentioned I was not expecting to pay for being able to do something as basic as changing the tires of my car, they asked me to write for VW to cover a $40 service charge to remove non-functioning screws out of my rims! Lastly, I said it's even more frustrating to pay for that, they blamed me for not supervising how mechanics take out the rims when I am doing winter tires changes, and said if I thought I didn't had to pay I didn't need to pay, but for me to never go back there again to service my car. I am unsure if they will have the same take if I go there to buy a new vehicle though, as for what it seems, these guys only car for money, not even for the brand they represent!

I had what turned into a wonderful experience dealing with Phil S.and all the technicians at Chilliwack Volkswagen. My car had suddenly reached a terminal state, and everybody there went far beyond any expectations I had to get me into a fabulous, new-to-me Audi in mint condition! They truly transformed a very bad day into one that left me intensely happy and satisfied. Fabulous service, and deep respect!

I have always wanted an Atlas Cross Sport and the staff at Chilliwack Volkswagen was amazing especially Rana our product specialist was so understanding and helpful, he really listened to what we wanted and easily accommodated our wishes to test drive multiple vehicles until we found the one that was perfect for us. Thank you Rana, we love our new vehicle!

Test drive it a couple weeks ago, put the deposit down. Now paid for it, went out to drive off… and there’s huge scratches on both drivers and back windows were completely scratched up. They are saying they were there before… but they weren’t and another salesperson admitted they weren’t. They’re also saying that they won’t pay to fix because they already sold it “lower” than paid for it it was an error. But the “error” is still currently on Facebook ads. Wouldn’t you think it would be taken off right away to avoid this problem? Super not happy with management. Salesperson was nice though, but not happy. They had the truck for 3 weeks with deposit, but didn’t have it cleaned or ready for pick up.

Just the other day we returned to Chilliwack Volkswagen for a second time this year. Out of all the different dealerships we have delt with in the past this is the first one we had returned to and purchased a vehicle for a second time. Huge shout out to Justin Macdonald! I highly recommend anyone looking for not only a new Volkswagen but any new or used vehicle to come in and see him. Both times Justin has gone above and beyond and is vary knowledgeable and will take the time to go over everything to find the right vehicle to fit both your needs and budget. The experience with him was excellent. He will work with you and treat you like family. I would recommend any one not only in the lower mainland but also outside the area to consider the drive to Chilliwack Volkswagen as the prices are not only better but the staff and atmosphere is awesome and they will go above and beyond to make your experience phenomenal. You will enjoy the drive home in whatever vehicle you may purchase. Would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer %

I was a little nervous about test driving cars but Yasmina was so kind and patient. She was knowledgeable about all of the vehicles (I think we tried ten in total) and was always super responsive to text messages. The staff here are wonderful and I love my new car.

Probably the best vehicle dealership in Chilliwack. Wide range of inventory in addition to the name brand.sales people are top notch, friendly and knowledgeable and they don't come better than Mike in the service department. New store is fantastic.

End of August 2022, I purchased a vehicle at Chilliwack Volkswagen Dealer, the 2015 GLK 250 Mercedes.
After the purchase some undisclosed issues started coming up. I called several times but was disconnected four times, unable to get a resolution.

Finally, I was able to make an appointment on Oct 08,22 at 12: 00 but when I arrived an individual who would not introduce himself, took me outside and looked at my car. A piece came off and I noticed a hidden damage. He told me "it was my fault, and that the dealer will not do anything about it". I wanted to see a mechanic. Yelling at me told me to ” get out of his property because he will call the police! " I went inside the store in shock,
I explained that I had an appointment, then he tried to grab my arm and physically remove me from the dealer store. I yelled "do not touch me" and continued walking to the service desk.

The man was yelling, in front of everyone, " there is an intruder in the store, and he is calling the police! " when I asked who he was and what his name was he told me that "I did not need to know his name! ". I said "call the police, I want to file a report".

Another person came to talk to me and asked if I wanted to know what his name was, I said yes. He talked to me, he was a sales manager, he took the part that came off my car and looked at it and explained to me what happened.

I have found out who the other individual was who verbally insulted me in front of everyone and threatened me with police. Brandon Adams, the used sales manager who did not want to help and assist me in the store. I am very upset about the treatment I have received, and I am filing a formal complaint.

Parts is also great, they were able to help me acquire a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 Summers for a good price and under 24 hours for tire change. I appreciate Adam and Tyler.

Shuttle Services are also great. Colton is a great driver.

I used to deal with the Abbotsford VW but went to Chilliwack for my Atlas Cross Sport. The salesperson Yas, was great, helped me find a VW that helped my sciatic pain. Definitely highly recommended.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff. Great play/rec room style space with activities for children to play or watch tv while parents are adulting to buy their new vehicle. Great cornetto ice cream with or without nuts, water, coffee or tea offered while waiting.

The service manager Mike was really awesome and helpful when we brought in our Volkswagen Tiguan and needed help. They arent like alot of shops that do anything they can to make money off of you, they are very honest and transparent about everythjng and truly just want to provide great service! I have never in my life written a negative review for a business and have always been a strong supporter of local business here in Chilliwack, the woman working at your service department was exceptionally rude and condescending when I inquired about what to do with my leaking coolant from a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. She gave me the impression that this wasn't her problem, and for me to come back in a week with an appointment or to figure it out myself. As I was there to just ask a question and make an appointment based on the information given to me the attitude I was given was very unnecessary. Lucky for me Abbotsford Volkswagen was happy to answer my questions and I was able to make an appointment with them (attitude free might I add). As the drive to Abbotsford is not far my personal recommendation is for anyone wanting not to be spoken to like garbage to make the 25 min trip.

I popped by because I lost my wheel nut lug lock. As a huge solid they brought my car in to service and took them off for free. Super friendly girl helped me in service. I definitely recommend Chilliwack Volkswagen to anyone! Thank you VW!

Very disappointed my jetta Bluetooth was not working they charge me 200 dollars for just cap discharge and they gave me car and said its working now next day again same problem came in Bluetooth not connected and i called them and they just said u need something else and wanna more charge me 200$ spend is worthless pls dont go there anybody they will just charge a alot and will not slove ur problem and will till u that pls come again and spend more dollars here dont be fool by go there
And now they are saying that they confirmed it from me that cap should discharge first or permanently solution even they didnt ask me one time when they all done they just gave me a 200$ invoice and after that i called them reception lady told me that she will call me in 10 to 15 mins but she didnt and i called her again but didn't pickup my call at 5'0 clock and i tried 7 times but nobody picked my call they are now just lying

This is a shady old school, kinda grungy dealership. It looks like a junky used car lot. The girl was nice enough, but you can tell she was put through the old school of pushy sales tactics, from the annoying sit down "interview', why on earth do they need to know where we work? We knew the car we wanted to see yet had to sit through a 30 minute draining interview to look at the only car we wanted to see. Interview would be helpful for someone not knowing what they want to buy, but we were specific. She was fine, place has shady vibes. They also did the we can only give you a good price if you buy NOW or you will have to pay list price.ummmm yeah sure. Prices are a bit higher as well. We went across the street and were given the keys to test drive within minutes from a no pressure guy. Fast, quick and easy.

Check Engender light and oil light turned on while I was down on the coast helping family, not knowing what to do I pulled into the closest Volkswagen since I have a 2015 Passat, I pulled in and Yogesh Prasad helped me, he was amazing. Figured out what the issue was and got the oil topped up at no cost to my self. I would 100% got back to this location for service in the future and my next vehicle!

Terrible dealership. One of the worst customer service experiences encountered. Instantly lost a customer with unnecessarily rude and abrasive email, when negotiating a price point for a used vehicle. Steer clear. With cars often being the second biggest ticket item, there are many, many other dealerships out there that will serve you better.

One of the easiest experiences I have had buying a vehicle. Ryan McClary and Braden Adams are absolutely fantastic guys to work with, fast and efficient. Everyone fights to give you the best of deals. And a shout out to Lindsey Green in financing for finding the best rates for me!

Absolutely stellar service. Best quality, kindest staff you will ever in encounter! I had work done on my convertible beetle, they had some troubles as a toy got stuck in the motor work, they had a good laugh and struggles and didn’t charge me for the extra work and attention. I also had locked lug nuts on my wheels, everywhere I went to in Chilliwack wanted to charge me from 70$-125$ just to unlock and remove them. Went into VW and they did it immediately and complimentary, “saying thank you for driving a VW”. Hands down best experiences I’ve ever had. They also have car service for you to come get your vehicle! Thank you to Mike and all the mechanics for the incredible work you do!
