China Mobile CMLink Lansdowne

I have been using telecommunications cards for several years. It is really cheaper than other companies and very easy to use. The only thing is that the signal is a little bit bad, which is when I go to the supermarket. I unknowingly deducted more than 100 yuan from my phone bill every month. This year, my card was upgraded for free, and I was given 27G of data for 41 months. It’s really good, trustworthy, and a conscientious business. Like it

My son is special needs and doesn't understand money he was sold $150 phone and told he wasn't able to return it he's bought numerous things there not knowing the concept of money. The owner or whoever works there was not helpful and won't give him his money back.
Horrible experience horrible company taking advantage of somebody who doesn't understand.

Such a liar. The salesperson forced me to bind my credit card or pay 3 months in advance. This is a prepaid card, and the salespeople look for excuses to say that they are afraid that customers will not know how to pay the phone bill in the future. I called CMlink's official customer service, but there was no such requirement at all. It's just that the store wants to keep sales.

Good services. But when I moved back to Fido, CMLink will not do final bill refund even though there is still around 50 dollars balance in my account.

I mean I should have viewed the comments before I get traped here. The sales representative provided misleading information before you pay and everything changed after that. No refund and refuse to get contacted with their manager.

Sales representive provided incorrect information to customer and refused fix the mistake.
