Worst cutomer service and rediculous rules. They claimed I can't order the quesadilla on the shelf and istead i have to order online. When I agreed to order online then the representative said they have closed the oven at 7: 30 whereas the store closes at 11pm. I understand the management told them to do so. But it doesn't make any sense. The staff was so confused and kept commenting in their own language which i understood and it is hence very unprofessional. Overall, bad experience.

No other place offers food that tastes this good anywhere near this price point. CP Value is through the roof.

I order a DOUBLE chicken burrito and I get no chicken! What a joke! How do they get away with being so unprofessional! Don’t ever mobile order! You will be sorry like me!

The people working the evening shift should be fired. Spending 40 dollars on burritos with foil wrapped inside the burritos making it un edible. The portions are also half the size it normally is.

Ordered for pickup. Order was sitting on the counter for 15 mins while they ignored me. They had a guy there testing temperatures around the whole restaurant. Asked the person giving me the food if there were problems and she gave me a very unconvincing “everything is fine. ” Will update if I get food poisoning.

Food tasted great. Staff did not pay attention to details when asking for toppings. When they made mistakes on people’s orders they did not remake them. Quite slow for a lunch rush. Ingredients were not ready/limited

There's one girl with round glasses who is really rushed and gives tiny servings. You ask for double of something she gives one very small portion. You need to ask for 4 servings of something to get one small one. Literally everyone is is great but if she is dishing up you'll leave hungry

Update: I tried order online for the first time. Despite ordering extra of every ingredient (same as I do when I order in store) I received significantly less food than when I order at the counter. As much as 40% less food. I will go back to ordering at the counter. Convenient but still hungry

First time trying a chipotle. Good quantity of food for the pricing in this era. Lol.
Quick service - there was a bit of a line-up when I entered, but cleared up quickly! Not a lot of seating, but it seems to be mostly grab and go, so that's fine.

A but slowe than what I'm used to from the other Chipotles it seems like either a health inspector or an auditor was there so all the staff were a bit slower

Terribly understaffed especially for peak hours (dinner). Only one person on walk in and one for online orders.

We are deeply disappointed with the service provided by Chipotle. Our company placed a significant order a day prior for our group lunch (15 pax). However, just 45 minutes before the scheduled delivery, they unprofessionally cancelled our order through DoorDash. This last-minute cancellation caused immense inconvenience to our team and disrupted our lunch plans. As a business, we rely on timely and reliable service, and Chipotle's actions failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction and reliability. We will be reevaluating our options for future orders and cannot recommend Chipotle based on this unfortunate experience.

Worst chipotle location. Extremely stingy with portions. Ended up with bowls that were hardly half filled, fajita veggies were raw and even avocados in guac weren’t ripe. Waste of money

Total garbage, unbelievably small portions and huge line with 1 member serving food, and others just chatting, sh1thole in one word

Any time I'm at Metro town, I always go to this place. While it's extremely busy, the line usually moves pretty quick but it's the amount of food you get with your order for the price that really impresses me. Thanks for giving my hard earned dollars high value. Good job, highly impressed. One of my fave places to eat.

This location is busier than the others. Food is okay but not as good as the downtown location.

Big line up of 20 people on a busy weekend Saturday and only 1 employee serving the customer. Great job guys. Worst service as well.

-Very busy location so plan to ahead. If ordering online allow an additional 10-15 min past your estimated pick up time as they are usually behind this schedule (today it was 25 min late!)
-Quesadillas must be ordered on website or app only
-Seating is limited and awkward

I'm so upset, I went in today to get some food for dinner and for later. Brought it home and ended up with a browl filled with an extreme amount of rice but very little of everything else. It would of been fine but the rice was very hard, and I found wood or rice hull in it. Pretty upset this was supposed to last me until I got paid. It's usually not terrible. I don't know what to do now.
