Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hell Yeah Chipotle! Love my bowls from here - always consistent, and I find them less 'cheap' with their toppings than the downtown location, always go home full.

My only wish is there was one in Coquitlam.

*Edit* my wish for one near Coquitlam came true, but the location sucks, so still going to surrey for my chipotle fix lol

It’s good to eat in restaurant but I highly recommend that you don’t order online they tend to skimp out when we order on Uber eats this time I called the store and explained my frustration the manager calls me back tells me it’s Uber’s fault and to call before placing my order before I can talk to the manager she hung up on me Just rude and immature behaviour

I ask for help how to order online for regular quesadillas because apparantly before I can order quesadilla in the store but now they told me I have to order online, but the staff in the front told me " Me, myself I don't know how to order online" with rudeness in her face. Seriously? This is how you reply back to your guest. At least give some extra mileage, for God's sake. How about those older people who doesn't know how to order online but wants to grab some food and already there in the store? You will refuse? Worst customer's service I've ever had. Totallydisappointed

This place is a hit or a miss. When they are busy the Frontline rushes your food and it really takes a factor on the end quality. They need to take their time.

Good quantity of food which is rare for a Chipotle location these days. Most places skimp and I never visit those locations but today I got nice portions even during lunch hours. Please do not change, I love Chipotle but stopped going due to the skimpy quantities most locations give. This would be my go to place if the serving sizes are consistent.

I love their Burrito bowl, Chips and Tacos. Fast service and busy as always.

Always fresh and delicious. Between a veggie or chicken bowl can't go wrong. I once had steak and it was a bit raw, but otherwise great.

If your looking for a truck stop place. That slaps precooked slop on a shingle. This is the place. Note: you'll have to add several hot peppers to get any taste. No mater what your asking for. Reminded me of the movie Demolition man. He goes under ground for a burger. Don't ask what it is made of.
Do yourself a favor.if your looking for crappie food go to McRonie's.

This is my first time visit Chiptole, it's satisfactory but after visiting it I dont understand the hype around it.

The best place to go for a great balance between the healthier side of fast food and Tex-Mex Style eating. The only drawback is its popularity means there is often a wait.

Absolutely love love loved it! Best mexican salad I have had so far, the taste is so much different and fresh! Will definitely visit often!

Love this restaurant. I really like that I can make my food as I want it to be. Prices are great too. Cheaper than most fast food restaurants and way more healthy.

Food is ok, not as fresh as advertised. Been many times when it first open and management actually cared. Went the other day and the place is so dirty and the serving area has spills literally everywhere. Doesn’t feel very clean when your burrito bowl is rubbing up against the last 25 meal spills left on the counter… food was ok but not great considering the price.

I chose not to go into this place because at the entrance they had gross disgusting and garbage cans and garbage outside on the ground right in front of the door! This made it very clear to me that likely anything inside would be just as gross!

My teenage daughter loves this place and would eat all the time. I don't like and find bland and that portions not bug enough for me. Location often has a big line up.

First time eating at or from here. Food overall was tasty it was well portioned and good however I am a big salt eater I add salt to everything.here I did not need to as there is excessive salt in everything.you guys need to take it down a notch on the salt and if I'm saying this then please consider it!

Too salty, very little flavor. Much Buritto is way better with fresh ingredients. One star cause they have cauliflower rice option.

Love coming here the food and the bowls are so good, good for healthy eating, wish the portions were a little bigger.

Food here is good. Quality of ingredients is evident. Certainly better than fast food joints like Taco time/Taco Bell.

Sometimes it gets really busy though.

Very good location, GTC but with outdoor access so they're open beyond mall hours. Food is always great, veg options as well, simple menu always full. Good for family or friends to hangout or get takeout lately.quality always good, quest and chips is a guilty pleasure along my burrito

I went to Chipotle for food to go this afternoon and it seemed pretty well organized for during the pandemic. Everyone was wearing masks except for some people who were eating. They had good spots on the floor to help people socially distance in line, and a lot of their dining area had signs and stickers saying that many of the spots were not available. Some seemed to have been removed by people, so I don’t know if that is sometimes an issue but it was all fine today anyway. They automatically put utensils and napkins in the bag now.

I been buying Burritos in an other locations but trust me this location made burritos very small so greedy the burritos usually are big big. Now is only tortilla wrap with hardly nothing inside. I ALWAYS go to metrotown.

Over priced, the lady working labeled my burrito and the pen went through the tin fol and I had blue sharpie on my tortilla.

I find the meat portions are on the smaller side which hfor the price you are paying, they should be giving you a decent amount.other than that good social distancing measures in place. Fast and efficient

The smallest amount of food I have ever received in Chipotle. Only half of the bowl was filled.

What's the point in ordering in advance off the app, if I have to wait 15 mins extra in the store. Poor organization and management.

Certainly a game changing burrito company in the world of quick serve. Nice to see a few more of these popping up all over the lower mainland.
We went on a Friday night, so it ended up being pretty busy, not that this was shocking. These joints are always busy. Free easy Parking as this is a prat of a Mall but has it's own Outside entrance. Guac always WAY to overpriced. Try the Beef and Chick combo burrito, it's amazing - also add salsa verde' (green salsa) along with the traditional red salsa. This was a big messy burrito.in other words it was awesome. If you have not yet been to Chipotle, get off your Tim Horton's diet, and try some real food.

The rice being so cheap and for beans being so cheap they surely do scimp on some of the items especially the meat. To pay $10 for somebody to put rice beans lettuce meat the salsa and maybe some corn maybe some guacamole maybe some sour cream which those two last two I don't get, the people surely are cheap with the items I kinda mellowed-out on going there.especially when you ask for lime and they only give you one Little slice and give you grief about asking same with the jalapenos as well. Used to be one of my go-to spots for deconstructed burrito in Canada

Nice place to go to when you're craving Mexican food. They have rice and beans, different types of meats, and a variety of toppings you can add to your meal. Reasonably priced as well. Sometimes when you ask for extra cheese or sour cream they kinda cheap out and give you just a bit so make sure you have enough toppings before you pay.

Honestly disappointed, I've had Chipotle in the States but this was just embarrassing how bad it was. Not only that my burrito simply felt like an old limping grandpa wrapped in foil. Great image I know.

But in all seriousness this place was such a let down to what Chipotle usually is and I hope it's gotten better but it sure wasn't my cup of tea the first time.

For Mexican fast food, pretty hard to beat this! Fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly, service was fast.

In this location on a Wednesday at about 3: 30 in the afternoon. It had been a while since my last visit to a Chipotle. There were five people in the restaurant when I was there. The employee who helped me was friendly, and gave me some suggestions on how to modify my meal. Reasons why this isn't a five star review. Cashier didn't ask if I would like something to drink with my meal, and there were a number of dirty tables, eating areas in the restaurant.

3.5 star but only because it's convenient. If there was any authentic Mexican around. This place wouldn't be it.

First experience at Chipotle’s and I was very happy! Servings are larger than I anticipated and restaurant was tidy. Service was quick and friendly!

Generally speaking I love this place- more for the choices, portions, and high quality ingredients they use. I placed a large group order for an event a few weeks ago and they were really great about having it all ready for me. A+ service!

Live in Guildford area and come here often. The staff are awesome and offer excellent customer service all around the board. Also they’re super generous with extra toppings.

Yummy food and nice to find a restaurant with healthy dining options. There is always a long line up but the staff do a good job of keeping the line moving.

Super fun beach, and very nice and alot more quiet than white rock. Highly recommend coming by once at least.

I only go to chipotle if I’m desperate.
I wouldn’t recommend Chipotle if you are going on a date, the meat will definitely get stuck in your teeth.
The staff aren’t very enthusiastic or friendly, seems as though they do not like their job.
Food taste is decent, it’s not very flavourful.

There’s no special seasoning or distinctive tastes, this place is definitely white washed and made for white people who aren’t use to seasoning.

Quick service, friendly staff. A favourite for my family, especially with 2 vegetarians and 2 non-vegetarians.

I love chipotle! I love the food there. Sometimes the meat is a little dry, but nothing guac cant fix. Staff is good, here and there might be a grumpy staff member but thats ok.
