I love the music at night, the lights and decorations. Nice prices! I would love that my hamburger had included the fries or at least now that are not included so I can order them at the same time that my hamburger.

The place was just ok. Poutine was good but the wings were so so. We went by just for an appetizer before dinner.

Super rude and unhelpful staff right from the get go. Absolutely hate that they received the automatic 18% group tip for the worst service ever.

2.5/5 Food. 6 chicken wings with a bad taste of orange BBQ taste cost me $13.5 The sauce was dumped on the wings not even fully coated.
The burgers were fine, patty was dry and my burger was drenched in mustard. I'm sure if they cooked the patty 30 less seconds and not add as much mustard the burger would have been a solid 8/10.

? /5 Drinks. I ordered a Shirley Temple and it tasted ok but it was so sweet it was like drinking on a melted jolly rancher with 5tbs of sugar. The server asked if I wanted something else I said no and she kept the drink on the bill.

3/5 Service was pretty good overall part from the drink. Wished someone had checked on us to see how the meal was.

5/5 Restaurant facility. The establishment was super nice and had a great atmosphere. This is a place to drink and have a good time, not really to dine in yet.

Waited for ever to be serviced, a couple that got there after us got their food first. Waited for some fríes for over 15 min (not in a busy day) and when I asked for the order to be cancelled I was informed that was never put in the system. The place is really nice. The service is not.

Their burgers are juicy homemade style with lots of toppings and fresh bread. The experience was a delight!

We came in wanting dinner but ended up just having a cocktail and leaving. Our server didn't know the prices on Happy Hour drinks and was very hard to find even though the place was almost empty. Also, the music here was so loud that you'd think you were in a club. And we were a bit surprised by the fact that the burgers don't come with anything. The French fries are an extra charge. We were not feeling it at all. There is a reason they weren't very busy on a Saturday night.

On March 3rd, we were with some friends approx. 10 people, we ordered entrances and drinks, and after we ordered more food. However, after some people were ordering some alcohol but not all of us, so I waitress came and ask us for payment and after 5 minutes asked us to leave, even though our friends have some drinks and they wanted to order more. UNBELIEVABLE the reason that they gave us was that they have a policy for no more than 3 hours for table, very disappointing to see that here.

The food was really good. Reasonable prices. Had a hard time finding a place that was open so late and this little spot saved the day. Music and vibes were great. Awesome service as well. Will definitely come back.

I had the chit chat burger and garlic fries.
Chit chat burger was okay I can say. Fried egg was a nice addition. However the life of it, the patty wasn't that great.
And the fries were bad.
Sorry but I genuinely feel great fries goes a long way with even an average burger.

Best burger I’ve had in a while! The fries were good on top but became very small and inedible underneath the first layer, other than that great food!

We just had at lunch at Chit Chat. We had the bean burger, a beef burger, chips and wings! It was all SO good. Delicious food.
Also extremely clean premises…and lovely service.

If you want to chit chat with your friends at this place, be aware, they have a policy of the 3 hours maximum per table, after this time you will get kicked out, even if you are ordering drinks. I'll never ever go back to this place.

I would give this place a negative star review if I could. I had never felt more uncomfortable at a restaurant where you're supposed to get good service because the prices are exorbitantly high for the less than average food, let alone the mandatory service fee we were reluctant to pay for a very rude attention. I won't be coming back, just really, really, really disappointing.

Milkshake was not cold, watery, and I told the server about it and nothing was resolved. It seems like he didn’t understand my concern. He just said “oh yeah really” and that was it.

We asked for a table of 3, my boyfriend came in after and he didn’t serve water or asked if he wanted anything. Noone checked on the table after the milkshakes came.

Second time here and the whole experience was very disappointing.

Would love to give less than a star if there was an option for that.

Bacon & Cheese burger was delicious. Happy hour prices are good but the wine is mediocre. Still, that burger tho.

Delicious burgers, try the Chelada, it's the only place in Vancouver I've ever found one.

Also, always has great party music playing.

As a professionally trained chef I rail against the Health Dept's need to be sure that every burger cooked and served should not arrive bloody. There is a simple solution to not having had your meat KILLED again. The trick is to let the meat REST after cooking. Went to this restaurant with very clear set of instructions written out as to how to cook my burger 3 minutes on each side and 5 minutes to rest. I asked the waiter to show this to the kitchen and to ask if this was possible. If not I'll just take the side of Kennebec fries. So off I went around the block to wait. My burger was ready. I tried to see what it look like in the restaurant but that's pretty hard. So despite the fact to spend over $20 for a burger with fries they KILLED the meat once more. You can dress it up with all the garnish and sides that you want but the burger was still dead meat. Dead, grey and hard. I guess I have to wait until January 11th when the new restaurant Crush opens around the corner. They are a burger fries and milkshake joint found it in Victoria. You know I had a burger in Palm Springs a month ago. And I dragged half of it on the airplane with me. It was the first time in probably 20 years but I had a medium-rare hamburger. You don't have to cook it to death to make it adhere to health regulations. Obviously, that someone in the kitchen can't read or doesn't care. So I'll go back for the Kennebec fries. But little more than that ever.

A very nice place! The food is delicious, they have happy hour on Sundays all day, the staff is very attentive and nice! Excellent place to come with friends or for a date!
