Had alot of items with different price matching on a busy day, was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service here!
the shift supervisor was particularly helpful, will definitely be shopping here again.

Funk I LOVE this place! When you need fresh asparagus at 4: 20PM on a Sunday, Choices will likely have it.

Although small it was clean and had quality products and good selection. The cashier was friendly and polite and better than any cashier I've experienced in years. Highly recommend checking it out.

Pricey place but most food is organic, or local, non GMO. Good deli. Good bakery products. Good loyalty program. Good parking. Extensive life style section, vitamins etc with knowledgeable staff. General store staff very friendly and efficient with perhaps the exception being deli staff. Spend more time cutting, chatting and sticking than serving customers. Not real familiar with deli meats. Mediocre flower selection. All in all a good local owned chain and should be supported. Small store, larger selections at other Choices.

Good location with paid street parking nearby. They have a little outdoor patio, as well as some seating indoors. Smaller than usual location with limited options, but they have good deli and coffee to go here. Service can be a little interesting, but overall a convenient location for the locals.

Choices Markets carry so many products that you can't find anywhere else. I love being able to purchase items that fit my lifestyle and dietary preferences without having to order them online.

Really overpriced goods that are the same items from any grocery store by the heart of kerrisdale. Other than it being a cute spot to catch your breath by the greenway I don't see any other reason to stop there.

Friendly staff. Easy parking. Rotisserie chickens daily and ocasionally on special. Great selection of organics.

Great selection of products, prices on the high side. But as with anything in life, you get what you pay for.

Choices Market is great for high-quality food. I highly recommend their rotisserie chicken, which is far, far superior to anything you will get at a grocery store. Like most grocery stores, it's always good to compare prices.

I am Choices customer since 2011. Have tried all of their locations from White Rock to North Van. This location always have empty shelves, close to expired products specially meat and dairy. Produce part is fine.

Okay people these guys got it down beautiful store well laid out they deserve a five star for sure but I understand that it may be hard to source more clean food products but a chain is big should have people sourcing food items all the time or maybe not but they'll get a five when they come up with a nicer or better more product for us non dirty food eaters but the store again don't hesitate if you never been there you ought to go take a look yeah they're tight a little bit more and then the competition and price wise but the people there are extremely happy and yeah they'll get a $5 from me when they get more products that are for clean food eaters and if you don't know what that is I e vegan okay take care

This is our new go-to organic market and so far the experience and quality has been good but I might change my rating to 1 star if I have 1 bad experience out of 100 because im entitled and I tend to only review when I get angry at things. Also I like their selection of nice pies.

Next to Wholefoods this market was my favourite of all. I shop there often. Loved their wraps and salads. In the last year their quality has slipped. Their foods became tasteless and often upset my stomach. A week ago I bought a quinoa salad. When I opened it, the smell of rotten was unbearable. I never had that happen. My son also stopped buying their prepared foods as well, he says it makes him feel ill after eating. I will still go there for packaged items. Not the quality you expect for a store that's known for being a bit more pricey.

No signs for Line up, very confusing, hard to realize if i'm in the right position to be served. Everyone knows stay in the line up and following orders for everyone's safety, especially during Covid, without proper signs could be a potential risk for customers

I got mostly what I was looking for there. Garlic, tumeric, yogurt n jalapeno cheesies. I also picked up some nice corn on the cob. The only thing that I didn't get was a bag of organic oranges like I did the last time that I was there. They only had huge single navel oranges.

So glad that there is a local grocer offering locally sourced, ethically sourced foodstuffs. Staff are friendly and helpful.

LOTS OF REAL HEALTHY FOOD HERE. It is pricey, but then if you want to eat healthy and be healthy in the long run, this is the place to get your food.

Brenda doesn't like it when you show up in the last ten minutes before closing and will tell everyone in the store to hurry up

Super clean, great selection and very courteous staff. If you're looking for a healthy lunch on the quick, try a bowl of their chili or broccoli, cranberry and coconut salad. Or both! Very healthy and delicious. Well done.

Great specialty store for organic and alternative healthy items (plus many of the regular items). Deli, butcher, and bakery in-store. They have been located here for many years. Free surface parking and street parking available.

I was there today to buy some grocery's 1: 30 on my behalf Tonchi was super nice guy very helpful made my day next time i see him i want to buy him a gift card i will aways go back there feel super safe good covid safety

Smaller than other Choices so somewhat limited in choices. But you will get better quality of whatever it is that you need.

Cashier Kelsey is brutal. No customer service skills whatsoever and acts like she does customers a favour by just doing her job. What’s the point of paying the prices choices charges if the customer service is so poor. This cashier definitely should be shown the door.

They managed the flow of customers pretty well but the employees were circulating through the aisles without masks and not keeping distance from customers.

The price is not making any sense at all. A cucumber is for about 5 CAD while No Frills has it for about 2 CDA, so even two of that is not one of this. Is it organic or deficient? The English cucumber is not, but someone may want to believe that to spend their money to a company's profit. I'm not fool.

I initially liked this small off the beaten path market, except it seemed exceedingly overpriced. Plus she overcharged and double charged at checkout. I don't think I'll go back.

I visit Choices regularly to get grass fed non homogenized milk. They have a good variety of local stuff for almost everything. Very convenient to drop by after work, no line ups at the cashier.

Lots of organic and local products. Very friendly staff too. The atmosphere feels very welcoming.

Backtrack to December 2019 when I was in the mood to make bagels from scratch. I just spent the entire morning driving around Richmond to 5 different grocery stores in search of barley malt syrup. Especially during this time of year when people's true colours come out during the holiday season.you wouldn't believe how nasty people become. Anyways, I digress.after a very frustrating day of searching, I drive into Vancouver to Choices after Safeway let me down. Instantly I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me locate the item immediately. I was shocked at how quickly they knew where everything was. Definitely will be returning to this location, regardless of the distance or drive.

Like this place. Produce is organic. Has grass fed milk. Organic eggs. Nice meats. Good vitamin selection. Has parking. Friendly staff.

Mixed results. Sometimes meat is good, other times nearly spoiled. Expiration dates unreliable.

They do have some good choices at Choices. Pretty comprehensive with a smaller floor space in mind too. Fish tank is nice and the neighbourhood is equally peaceful.

A bit on the pricey side of things but considering the neighborhood it is in, it's totally understandable. Top notch staff

The same great selection of organic and healthy food. However, this location suffers from a musty smell like it has a bad leak somewhere. It is hard to enjoy the compact and well stocked store when the smell is so unpleasant. I really hope they can find a way to address this or I'll have to go elsewhere.

Choices is locally owned and an awesome place to shop! Seems like the employees are generally happy and knowledgeable about their department areas, and offerings. Large selection of local wholesome food. Health department is great!

Very good food. Very Very Expensive. It severely limits how often I shop there. Maybe once every two months.

Constantly being disappointed by the service. I've found meat in my vegetarian dishes twice, pieces of paper towel in my samosa, and they cant even properly heat up food no matter how much I emphasise that I want it hot. I waste at least a good 5 minutes waiting for them to grill and it still comes out cold. They all seem to have all the time in the world to waste customers time. Not the best range of staff.
