Food is always delicious and good quality! However for supplements prices, unless they are on sale can be quite high.

I bought two pots of cultured butter (Riviera brand) today, but both of them were very mody and inedible as shown in the picture attached. I've bought a pack of goat cheese from this location before, but they were full of blue mold too. Based on these 2 occurrences, their quality inspection seems very poor.

Higher prices than a supermarket, but good quality and a good place to get those hard to find health or specialty foods. I shop here frequently for those "extras".

I come here for convenience because it is closer to home. However, their selection is limited and price is higher than most other places.

This place is pricey. Not that much selection. I prefer the whole foods in Burnaby which has a vast section of organic foods.

We've never been here before and we were pleasantly surprised. In the same category as an IGA Marketplace store. Calm, friendly atmosphere. Prices are compatible with Safeway, etc. We will be back.

Vegans! Don't think twice about not going there for a lot of your clean foods choices cause they have lots and lots of clean foods and alot of brand names (some I've never seen before granted I'm some what new to this "clean food" eating thing "vegan" power thy health and the planet movement) so when ending this review I like to say to the franchisee power to you cuz you're doing a good job people that are working there are happy knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to give you more than five stars if I was able to thank you jude

Choice is a great store, always well stocked, the staff are friendly and helpful. One of my favourite places to buy groceries.

Choices is the best. I use to go out of my wat to shop their given their selection of Organic, locally sourced, and Vegan options. Their customer service goes over and beyond expectation. Very friendly and helpful. I now live within walking distance and enjoy making Choices my choice to shop weekly.

Best place for organic food and items. We often find items here we can’t get anywhere else in the lower mainland. They need one in Delta, BC!

Love Choices, everytime I go I find exactly what I'm looking for. This time I wanted to buy Shirataki noodles and sure enough, Choices had them! Love this store!

Choices South Surrey is a great place to shop. To this day the cashiers sanitize the belt. NO ONE else does that! Everyone wears a mask - employees AND customers! Clean store, real social distancing & Great Service. It's not Superstore cheap, but it's not Superstore, or Fruiticana or.

It's a great Super Market. Lots of great products & selection. I don't agree with Choices charging for the grocery carts. Finding Loonie to pay for the cart each time is a headache

Be very careful if you order from the store. A sale ended on September 2 and I placed an order for 10 bottles of a product on September 1 at a sale price. I was told they did not have that many bottles in store but would let me know when they came in and I would receive them at the advertised sale price. Because they apparently changed distributors, they were not able to fill my order for several weeks but when they called me to say they were in I was assured I would get them at the sale price. However when I came to pick up my product they refused to give it to me at the sale price. At first it was offered to me at six dollars more and after some back-and-forth comments they said they would give it to me for two dollars more. However that was a total of $20 more than I was prepared to pay. The promised sale price was refused. The document showing my order did not show the price at which it was to be sold and it was not honored. Very lacking in PR. $120 order refused because I refused to pay $20 more than promised. I will of course will never shop there again.

Good and reasonable priced supermarket. Great selection of products, including household goods. I like the bakery also.

A very beautiful, clean store full of organic, fair trade and local produce and products. Recommended to anyone who cares about quality in their food, skincare and household items. Plus, this place has a wide selection of vitamins, supplements and specialty dietary foods (vegan, gluten-free and keto) that are hard to find elsewhere.

Some of the brands this store carries: Zevia, Lily's Chocolate (both chocolate bars and chocolate chips for baking), Califia coffee, Good To Go bars and Coconut Bliss ice cream. This is an excellent place to shop.

Organic goat milk 2L (same brand) : Superstore $6.99 / Choices $9.99. Discount tags for $5 bag of chips: "You save 0.10 cents". I dont know if this is a joke or are they serious.

Was here during Covid times.wasn't too bad. Self serve food items were unavailable. Staff seemed helpful.
I just came in to grab a small cheesecake to satisfy a month long craving.

It was clean overall but prices are higher than normal. Of course.some meat items tend to be decently priced for what you get in quality especially compared to superstore, no fris and walmart.

Smaller place great place to buy supplements from knowledgable helpful staff. Not really the place to grocery shop more like a bigger corner store

Amazing selection of premium groceries but priced a little on the higher end. This is the place to go if you're looking for quality goods or unique items.

The meat department here is awesome! They also have a great amount of ready to eat meals in the deli, something for everyone!

Wow, I'm impressed. I placed an online order just a couple of day before Christmas expecting my shipment to arrive later in the month. Imagine my surprise when it arrived on Dec 24th. This is the type of customer service one would normally only find in the States.so nice to finally find a Canadian retailer that understands good service.

This is more a high-end grocery store for the wealthy. Prices are too high for the average consumer but you get a better selection of items to choose from and most of it is certified organic. Food waste is also a concern and probably is why the prices are higher.

This Choices Market offers a wide variety of educational seminars. Having attended an ethnic cooking class with a professional chef, they brought in to do the cooking demonstration, together with a holistic nutritionist being available to provide all of the ingredient nutritional information it was extremely informative. The second was a nutritional Workshop focusing on prevention, hosted by the holistic nutritionist, it was inspiring and realistic concrete information provided. Thanks and I'm glad I will benefit from this information.

We regularly go here about every 2 weeks right after i get my haircut in the area.
The issue i'm having was.
So we're in the aisle where the jams/compotes are. We noticed some jams on special. Pretty much the whole shelve had deals. Mainly it was the "Bonne Maman" that was on sale for $4.99 with card. There was only one of them that didn't have a tag but i figured it was because it was the one on the far right which was on the other shelf and could have been easily left out of tagging. Regardless, i asked a stocker about it and he said "they should all be the same price" with uncertainty we kept pondering what we were going to get but then here comes another stock person with actual boxes of jams on her cart. We asked her and she said "absolutely they're all on sale at the same price" So we took it.
So once we arrived to the cash. The teller runs the items through (Julie) and as i noticed the prices going up at regular price of $6 plus change.i kindly let her know that it should be $4.99. She responds with "well some of them are running up as $5.99" I'm like well they're all $4.99 with card and that 2 stock staff said they were $4.99. She immediately responds with "they don't know what they're talking about. Then she asks for a price check. The girl kindly comes over with the tag and as Julie grabs it from her she says "that's not the right tag" the girl says they're all on special at the same price. So now she holds up the line and has this attitude and i'm like what's the issue here? ! You just said you're going to give me that price anyway and now you're making an issue out of this. She was cold and handed me my bill and didn't even look at us or say thank you or goodbye. My girlfriend was like what was her problem.

The issue i had with this is. Don't call out your staff in a negative light to customers. If you have anything to say. You do it after shift or in the office. Things happen. Mistakes happen but to blame and or point fingers or mock other employees to customers it's unprofessional let alone the lack of usually warm feeling we get when we go there.

Specialized in different dietary issues and allergies. Great organic supply. A bit pricy but if you want good healthy food - this is the place.

Check the expiry date! Bought whole bean coffee and realized it was 5 months past the expiry date. I wonder what else is left on the shelf past due. For a pricey grocery store I would expect more.
