Staffs are friendly, especially who are at cashiers. I went there quite a few times and it’s been pretty good experience.
For veggies, it’s not too fresh depends on items but not bad in general.
I also tried pork belly and short ribs, it was pretty good. Not smelly & price is also ok.
Im glad it’s reopened finally.
Just one thing I want is membership card stuff. Staffs were telling me maybe new years they will do it, so Im just waiting for it.

Purchased hot food items. Amount of food in takeout container is not consistent from customer to customer. Some get heaping amounts touching lid while others, like me, receive an amount of food level with rim or less.

The shop is nice and clean as it should be when it's new. Notice the price is a bit higher then it her places. However the cook food is still pretty good price and taste.

Reasonably and comparable grocery prices, but the viet subs at the back are 10/10 delicious! Cold cut had lots of filling and the meatball was juicy and garlicky! $5-7.25 for a sub well worth the trip!

I eagerly anticipated the store’s opening many months before it happened and planned to make it one of my everyday stores.

Since its opening, I’ve had positive experiences with a few staff members, including the stocking staff.

However, I wouldn’t recommend getting groceries at this store until they address and improve their issues.

They made a mistake by overcharging, and when confronted, not only did the female manager yell at you, but she also aggressively attempted to shift the blame onto you and manipulate you, showing no respect and treating the customer poorly. This is how she made me feel in a really bad way. All I asked for was the store to firmly rectify the problem.

It seemed like the manager was more interested in scaring customers away than professionally rectifying their mistake. The customer appeared to be the female manager’s punching bag.

The store should retrain both the customer service staff and the female manager on handling customer service and appropriately managing situations.

Now, this store has become the only one I won’t visit again. They really should treat customers better. Making mistakes is fine because we are human beings; people make mistakes from time to time. However, the way the female manager sealed their own mistake is unacceptable and intolerable.

This is the only Chinese grocery store closest to my house so I love it! There's Chinese produce, and there's a lot of Asian snacks and specialties. You can get hot foods and banh mi. It's not very big but it does the job. There's free underground parking for 2 hours.

The new store has officially opened. The barbecue restaurant is still very cost-effective and delicious. The food court has fewer choices than before. Not as many shopping options as before

Friendly staff. An excellent and affordable fish market. Some grab and go hot lunches and dinners at the back of the store

Grand reopening Oct 21st 2023.

This neighborhood has been waiting for a while for this grocer to reopen. The hot food items are back and more menu choices. A good variety of western and Asian foods along with the fresh meat and seafood aisle.
