My husband, kids & I love eating dimsum. I rarely ever post bad reviews however sadly their portions ARE NOT WORTH the money we pay for it. The portions used to be good & fair for the price we were paying. Went there the following week & the difference in the portions was very noticeable. With already raised prices now you are making the portions so small. Explanation from management isn't kind at all. None of the management is ever nice definitely need some customer service training. Won't be returning there no more.

Their food is great! By far one of the better restaurnts. Sucks though latest victims of shrinkflation. Used to get everything in the standard white round take out containers. Now they are black and noticeably smaller. Will still order from here.

Their behaviour was very rude, they forced us to tip them the higher % and they refused to leave the table without it. It was very embarrassing as there were friends.

They should make it mandatory as it is clearly not a customer’s choice.

I have never encountered something like this ever, anywhere else in the world.

Please avoid such unnecessary humiliation and not visit such a place.

The food is very average and the service is horrible we had to give and receive the drink orders ourselves.

Food is pretty good, and the wait time for the dish is fast (10min). Tho the service is a bit slow and sometimes forgot to refill tea&water and provide bean sprout for your pho unless you request it in the front desk.

This place is awful. From the rudeness of the old, ugly, depressed manager to the bug-infested food, it’s probably the worst restaurant in Surrey for the price you pay. They’re also very racist towards black and Filipino people.

All the food we ordered was of good quality. Except that the Shrimp Fooyong was so dry.
Usually Fooyong comes with gravy-like sauce on top, theirs have none.
All the servers were attentive and have smiling faces.

I ordered food online from the website. The lady who said she was manager could not even find the receipt or online order. They sent me food where my gf could of had a allergic reaction.

Don’t go for this place. Food is with bad quality and not tasty. When I called this place they said that they can’t find the order with rude behavior. This is one of the horrible places and not good for at all. I ordered seafood fried rice and chicken choosy and it was with bad quality and not meet the basic standard food quality fried rice and choosy.

Good food, can get Americanized Chinese and Chinese Chinese food here. Quite authentic, reasonable prices and service.

Used to be the best food in surrey. Be prepared to pay for tea and packets of the worst soya sauce in existence. Do the franchise a favour and drive the extra mile to Commercial Drive Chon Qing for a better quality of service and food. They also serve that thick soya sauce and tea. No extra charge. Dissatisfied but will always go to the Commercial Drive location going forward.

Staff could be more friendly and accommodating. We were out on a table just big enough for us but had toddlers and usually order a lot so was tough to have all the food nicely on the table without worrying about kids pulling at them. And there was more than enough empty tables. Food was excellent as always

Poor service from the staff. Not friendly at all. One lady would dismiss everything i was trying to order, that she actually walked away and made another server deal with our order.

This restaurant seems to be getting bad to worse. Was there last week with family of 6. The waitress was unwelcoming, no smile to have customers. Ordered Chongqing chicken, Hot and sour soup, rice, gailan and shrimp and tofu. Chicken was too sweet, everything else too salty. Waitress looks confused whenever we wanted something. Not happy to serve. Better place for lovely Chinese food is Kingdo Restaurant on 104 ave. We happy to have you as a customer. Good service. Best waiter is Raj.

I wish they could be more generous with their servings. I ordered stir fried vegetables and although you could tell it was freshly made, the portion was so tiny and the veggies were mostly bokchoy. I also ordered Schezuan Rice with Shrimp and Chicken. But oh my goodness, there was hardly chicken nor shrimp. And it was a bit oil and it wasn't too tasty at all, considering the price! Unfortunately, it was just rice.a bit overpriced for the quality and quantity.

Had the 2 course peking duck
1st course was excellent
2nd course we found a bit salty but that could be our taste but found the lettuce pieces a bit small, still a good taste though.
We had the egg tarts and they were excellent as they had just come out of the oven

I have loved this place since I first called. Super great people and food is amaizng and it was quick and old school delivery.

My wife loves this stuff, I cant stand it but I don't like chinese food at all. That has nothing to do with these guys just it isnt my thing. My woman loves it, you will too I reckon. Nice people, bless em

Dim Sum is good but when I got my bill I was charged $2.50 for Tea/Sauce. I mentioned to the lady at the till I didn’t get Tea/Sauce she says it doesn’t matter everyone gets charged that even if you don’t get Tea/Sauce. Wow! So I said to her well you can count that plus the tax part of your tip.
