I could not have been happier with my experience at Christine Jewellers. Alex was so patient with me and even though I was insanely particular about what I wanted he didn’t mind and really took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. I had our wedding bands custom made with him. He created our visions perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I also brought in my engagement ring to have the prongs adjusted because my crazy self could see they weren’t quite perfect. He had them redone and they are FLAWLESS. The prices are honest, the workmanship is top tier and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I was recommended Christine jewellers by a friend who had gotten their wedding band from here recently. Decided to go check it out as I was looking to get a custom engagement ring made.

Upon arrival we talked about my ideas in detail, showed them some sample images and next thing you know the ring was in the works of being designed. Both Andrew and Alex are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The communication was excellent while I waited for the ring to be made. They made the entire process so easy and quick. My fiancée loved it and it’s exactly what she was hoping for.

I purchased an engagement ring and wedding bands from Christine Jewellers and could not emphasis in writing the positive experience I had. From the moment I walked in the store I felt supported by Alex (another Alex, not me haha). The knowledge, product range and flexibility in actually viewing items was really important. Didn't feel pressure as well and was given options for any spending budget. Great communication throughout the buying process and while I waited for a ring to be made. Christine Jewellers is my go-to for any jewellery needs, whether it be for myself or for a gift. They are extremely personable and always help me find the perfect item based on what I’m looking for. In addition to finding the right item, they take the time to educate you on type of jewellery you are looking to purchase. I learned so much about diamonds after having a conversation with the owner. I recently purchased diamond stud earrings for my girlfriend’s birthday and she has worn them ever since. Highly recommend!

About a year ago I bought an Oris Divers 65 from Christine Jewellers (I wrote a glowing review at the time but it seems it didn't post properly). I had many questions and went from the Bico (while asking for a non-bico bracelet, which wasn't possible as Oris wouldn't do it for us) to the 40mm standard, which I absolutely love to this day! Andrew and Alex answered all of my questions over several phone calls. They were never short with me, always kind, patient and knowledgeable. They were also open to doing business the old school way, as in, the lost art of negotiation. This was important to me as other stores much closer to my home wouldn't even entertain that thought and I therefore walked away from those stores without buying. When it came to Christine Jewellers, we were able to come to a fair deal where I felt really good about my purchase. Andrew and Alex treated me like a member of the family. Andrew even gave me a Seiko display tray as a gift because I mentioned, in passing, that I had been looking for one on Amazon during an earlier conversation. Wow, what a thoughtful thing to do for a customer:) My watch arrived promptly and when I came in to pick it up, they sized my bracelet perfectly and took the time to make sure I was happy and content with everything. The entire experience was A+ from top to bottom. Now I recommend them to everyone that'll listen haha. I purchased a g shock mtg b1000 online and the experience was great. If covid wasn't a thing I would have made the trip to Richmond and picked it up in store. But nonetheless their online service was better than most I've seen. Right now I'm waiting for the newer mtg b2000 to be released and I will definitely be visiting them again.
