System works well but if something is wrong, prepare to spend time on the phone. All calls must go through one number = I spent 20 minutes waiting

The guy drives around town changing lanes left and right and at intersections never once using a turn signal. If he's incapable of driving imagine how bad the customer service would be? No surprise about the reviews.
