Completely unnegotiable people. Scheduled 8: 30, show up at 10: 15, and refuse to do our apartment unit first even though they are the ones who couldn't manage their time. Instead, they have to work alllll the way down from the top floor "because that's the way it works"?

I often have to call Chubb Security for my work and they have just been awful. I am on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes, sometimes upwards of 2 hours. We have had to reschedule numerous contractors as a result of Chubb's unreliability.

Consistantly hold times of almost an hour when trying to to put fire alarm systems back online after testing.absolute joke.

The driver hit my friend’s car and doesn’t even feel bad at all. According to the driver, it is my friend’s fault to park in the area where he is supposed to park and didn’t leave enough room for him to park. Very rude and obviously there is lots of room in front of his van.
