Games give on average 4 tickets and for a decent prize you need at least 800 tickets. Games are also more geared to 5 & under and not a lot of selection.

Very pricey food. For cost, should have more game availability. We came when there were two birthdays so games weren't as readily available

My daughter has special needs and gets severe anxiety in a lot of places but she has gotten to know this location and is familiar with the staff sk it’s somewhere we can go to let her actually be a kid without her throwing up due too extreme anxiety or struggles. She loves it here and will bring her aslong as she enjoys it and feels safe here thank you so much for creating a safe comfortable atmosphere even for children who have special needs. Because there aren’t many places other than home my daughter is very comfortable. And chuck e cheese she is always feeling safe and happy THANK YOU

Price a bit pricey. But the game pass are very good deal. We get $28 and play 45mins unlimited. Kids have fun!

This is the third birthday party we have had here and it is always done perfectly. I love that we just show up and everything is handled for me. All the staff our lovely and for our most recent party our host Emma was amazing!

As someone who came here a lot as a child I’m heart broken to hear the way they treat the staff. Mangers excuse daily assault from coworkers and children and verbals harassment and horrendous management. No wonder this business almost already went under.

So easy! As a parent you can sit back and relax because Chuck E Cheese takes care of everything. The host will let you know the itinerary and is excellent at offering to inform us of times to pull out our camera and even take our family picture and keeping everything moving along so there's aleays something to look forward to. So many of the games are also really engaging and were included in the party package. The birthday boy got 30 seconds in the ticket cyclone machine. They make birthdays fun!

So much fun. When you have nothing to do take your little ones there. The atmosphere and the games makes it very interactive for families. They also make sure that everyone keaves the establishment safely.

My kids love it, the food is average. The workers are attentive, I like that there is always someone at the entrance and they do not let the little ones out with another adult other than the one they entered with, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The kids have a lot of fun.

We had a wonderful birthday, the staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful, they seemed like they enjoyed working there, but also were not constantly in the way. The premises were well maintained and all the games worked.

I was at the Langley Chucky Cheese today January 8th, 2023 for grandchild birthday party & was horrified with the public washrooms, each & every single tiolet was filthy & all I will say is they had not seen a toilet brush for a very long time & if they are that sloppy what do heck is kitchen like? I sure as heck won't ever be eating there! Definitely need to hire janitorial company to ensure that it is cleaned properly & correctly.

Good place for kids. However, the store needs to amp up the ambience a lot. The store needs to work on the lightning & music so that the games pop-up their vibrant colours. The place doesn't feel very lively mainly because of the ambience.

This is actually a pretty fun place to go and have a few hours of fun, even for adults. It's expensive, and the food really isn't all that good, but let's face it you're there for the experience.

We came for a kids birthday party and even though there were tons of other parties each group had a specific staff. It was handled extremely well. Some games could use attention and some slight improvement on that but overall big thumbs up

My daughter had her 9th birthday at Chuck E Cheese, Langley, and our server was Fiona, she’s so friendly, helpful and polite even the manager too. Overall, my daughter had so much fun and it was a great experience️

I absolutely love the new way of just paying for the time I bought 30mins and for an extra 2$ we got 39mins of play awesome.

We had birthday party for my son at Chuck E Cheese in 2019 and it was a wonderful time for all kids who attended the party. The staff there are super friendly and professional working with kids. Food was awesome and my kids always asking to visit again. Even though we live far but will definitely go there as we now know they are open again after pandemic.

We went here for my sons birthday. When I was purchasing the card I asked for the points one vs minutes one…the girl gave us the incorrect one and took a very long time 10 minutes or so trying to correct it…then someone else came to help and took them another 10 minutes or so all the while the kids had to wait…which was a complete waste of time…in the end when they thought they fixed the issue I tried the card the issue was not fixed and it was a time one…whole reason of getting the points one was I had 2 kids and want to use it freely but with this when one kid scanned it the other had to wait as it
Would say scan too soon…which again was a disappointment as the kids had to wait for one to finish…I was so frustrated from the first waste of 20 minutes could not bother to deal with them again…despite the poor service the place itself was mediocre some games were good some were not for me there are similar places to this so I personally can’t see myself returning sadly.

Rides are over priced! Lack of parking stalls.food is not very good! Too busy at popular times. 3star is for good location in langley and friendly staff!

Absolutely a huge rip off and you have to buy a card to put points on that you already have to buy! Money grab rip off and no air conditioning either! Stay away from this place

Great place for kids to hang out and play the machine games while the adults can seat around the dine in area having snacks n drinks.

Very disappointed as to the downfall of this location. Used to be great now the games dont even work. The only reason i can give 2* is the staff was amazing and were super kind and helpful! But unfortunately Chuck E Cheese have fallen behind where places like Central City Fun Park are now thriving.

Ok for kids.little dingy.but a pretty cool arcade for kids. Super fun idea with tickets Andy prizes but seems a little wasteful- maybe reloading the cards with points to redeem like how they have the reusable cards instead of coins? Nephew had a bday party it was fun! Good family environment and one of the few places to have adult bevvys! Beer&wine? Wooh!

Cheap entertainment for a few hours on a rainy day. I was shocked at how good the pizza was. Actually better than some of the pizza chains. And they have beer and wine for the parents.

Love taking my niece and nephew there I think the food was a bit pricy we bought a 1 hour time card for $20 and they loved it on the negative only 4 machines that count the tickets it took forever to get a ticket machine

This place is chaos. It's not very clean, was not very appealing. My kid and I were playing a game that gave us a "ticket error" so we spoke to a staff member. Waited for 15 min and they still never came, we ended up just leaving the game. There seemed to be lots of games that were either broken, not working, missing parts. The food looked very unappealing. I ordered a beer that tasted like the bottom of the keg and flat.

Great place for indoor play on a rainy day. BUT it was extremely busy & over crowded when we went. Our 2.5yr old was overwhelmed with the noise and chaos.

This was a great place to take my young kids to play a bunch of games for 1 price. They enjoyed all the games Chuck e cheese had to offer them. We will definitely be back to enjoy the games in the future.

Families, beware!

After having a baby + returning 2yrs later, I brought my unused coins for my 2yr old to enjoy her first time there, coins I had from prior visits with my older 2 kids who have outgrown it, but to my surprise + disappointment, they had changed all of the machines to pre-fill cards. When I went to the front desk to have my coins credited into a card, I was very firmly told they cannot and will not provide me a credit! I had saved 280 coins from my previous visits which isn't a small amount of $ spent to purchase those coins. The coins clearly were Chucky Cheese coins as they had the name + mouse on each, yet the top manager working that night absolutely refused to credit me. I wasn't even asking for a refund! I simply sought a credit considering they more than happily took my $ for the coins and in no way had a disclaimer saying the coins had an expiration date.

The poor customer service did not end there. I was given an email to dispute my case with a USA branch, to which I asked for a phone number instead, so I could immediately speak with someone (the manager I was speaking with insisted it was not her choice, adding she could loose her job if she provided me a credit, so she claimed my only choice was bring the matter to head office). Well, the first 1-888 # she gave kept telling me the number could not be completed as dialed. I'm not sure if she expected I wouldn't immediately call, but I returned and she then gave a long-distance # telling me that was my only choice, or email.

I don't know how a company can legally take $ but fail to honor their coins, but this has got to be a prime case of the poorest customer service there is. This company literally stole my $ and left me with no real person to contact unless I want to spend more $ to call them long-distance.

In all the years I've taken my kids there in the past, it was so packed. When I went last Friday night, expecting the same busy atmosphere, it was so dead. No wonder! They have doubled the cost of each ride (2 tokens vs the previous 1 token, but understandable considering inflation), and they don't honor pre-paid tokens!

Families, beware!

A good place to spend the evening with our little one. There are numerous stand-up arcade and kids games dotted throughout the location. This kid-friendly restaurant with play areas comes with everything you could want for a day of excitement. One star removed because the kids who served as employees were seemingly standing around bored out of their minds. We saw a girl dance with the robot-thingy totally uninterested for an ongoing birthday party. And most of the ticket counting machines were not working for some reason.

Went for my daughter's birthday. Was a great place to go. Children had fun, hostess was on the ball, she made sure to make birthday girl feel special.

Kids love it. Spend a few hours here burning off their energy. Prizes need an update good stuff require too many tickets and the lower ticket prizes aren't worth it.

$250+ for lunch and a couple hours of games? Definitely taken away from the working class since changing from tokens to cards, it used to be a great way to spend a Saturday for lunch but now they speed you out the door in an hour with these cards or gouge you another $50-$100 for another hour, there is far more affordable places for the average family then this to have a great fun day, with 2 or 3 kids you can't afford to stick around much more then an hour, it's pretty sad that i know alot of families who will never be able to come back again except maybe a 30 min in and out, just not worth the effort.

The place is awesome except for one of the workers he has horrible customer service in stead of saying hi how may I help you? He was like Yup. And when we ordered our food I asked for 3 cups he only gave me 2 so I went back and said I asked for 3 cups not 2 hes like well i only charged you for 2 he grabs another cup and throws it on the counter and says what ever here.

Went there for a kids birthday party as a guest and my kids had a great time. They enjoyed the paper tickets a lot more than tickets just being on your card like at Castle fun park.

Had a super time with the kids! They thought the food was awesome, and had a blast with all of the activities. They're looking forward to their next visit already!

Great place for a childs birthday party celebration, the staff really go the extra mile to make your child feel special on their special day. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have a fun filled birthday party.

The place was packed, so of course there was one person manning the counter.

Their only diet fountain drink was out of mix, and while they had coffee, they didn't have sweetener.

$27 for an XL cheese "stuffed crust" pizza. Except "stuffed crust" means that of the approximately 67 cents worth of toppings, about 3 cents worth of cheese went into the crust. Add cardboard, grease and tomato paste and you have a $27 crime against the culinary arts.

They use those godawful one serving plastic coffee pods, which is bad enough, but their "cream" is premixed coffee mate in, again, one serving plastic containers.

Between the high prices, horrendous quality and the absence of several expected odds and ends, truly a miserable experience for the parents.

The kid did enjoy herself, though, to the tune of $28 worth of tickets consumed in about an hour's playing time on the pay machines, plus about 50 runs down the slide.

As a kid venue it's moderately expensive but fun. As a venue for parents who take kids, it verges on hell itself.

Birthday Party: we arrived to everything setup. The kids were provided their bands for unlimited play and the parents sat down to chat. Awhile later, dinner was served, followed by corny entertainment and cake. Then back to more gaming.kids had a blast. Food was good. Service was great! And. I didn't have to cleanup!

Brother had my nephews 5th bday here. Including him there was 10 kids. Total was approx. $350 and included a party host, 2 hour unlimited game cards, pizza lunch (kids only), cake, ice cream and loot bag. Aside from the games the kids get called back to their table for a multimedia birthday song and show. Mascot chuck-e-cheese makes several passes by the bday tables. There were 2 other parties happening at the same time and they do all the organized stuff at the same time for all the parties. The birthday child gets to go into an enclosed blower tube for a chance to grab a bunch of extra tickets. Kids and parents have to self serve feed the tickets into redemption machines and then bring the ticket total card to the prize counter to pick their toys. My couple of criticisms are that there are NO anti bacterial stations or wipes anywhere. It would just seem to make sense to make it mandatory to have all the kids and parents wipe down their hands as they come in. The kids went straight from the games to the food without washing their hands or sanitizing. The staff could also be dressed in cheerier clothes for a kids party and gaming centre. They were all dressed in black shirts. Also the kids, at all the party groups, all get the same reusable cups with a mascot crazy straw but because they all look the same and the kids are careless and don't pay attention to which cup they pick up there was another opportunity for germs to spread. I recommend bringing a sharpee or something to write the kids' name on.

Our last experience here was terrible. At least 5 or 6 games broken, so crowded we could barely play the ones that worked. At the end only one of the ticket munchers worked. Waited in like 20 minutes and finally just gave our tickets to someone in front of us in the line and took my daughter to a toy store instead. Shes 7 - and her words, not mine, were "that was such a waste of time". Wont be going back anytime soon.

Always wanted to visit this place since I was a kid. Unfortunately, the one we went too was quite run down. The games were okay, and the unlimited play for $ was nice, but the food was hella expensive; especially considering what it was (pizza and deep fried items. One two topping pizza was roughly $50. Way more than even the overproced Boston Pizza charges! Would be willing to frequent the place again, but next time we getting dinner before we go! Rip off central!

Pretty fun place and worth it to go on the wednesday deal for around $20 for an hour of unlimited play. A lot of games were broken so that sucked and some of the staff really didn't care about our experience there as one of the men working there just watched as the train ride just stopped working. He stared at us but didn't even try to offer any help or say anything.
Wish they had better prizes instead of a bunch of garbage.

The service to buy game cards is slow and to redeem your points is even slower. They know you're standing there but there's no eye contact and no "I'll be right with you as soon as I can" etc. They'll come on their terms when they are good and ready. And you are at the staff's mercy because your child wants to stay and claim a prize. The only good thing is the host/hostess ensuring your child does not leave with a stranger.

Good place to go for kids to play. They stamp ur arm so strangers cant take ur kids out. It is pretty sfe just as long as the staff takes care and checks the stamps properly. It is a good entertaining plalce for kids. We usually play by time and not points. Think it is a better deal if u play by time.

Till showed 19.90 for unlimited hr of play.male staff member decided I didn't need my change as he didn't give it and said the total was 20.00.3 machines were off, at least 6 were out of tickets, 2 didn't give coins that are necessary to play the games.same guy who decided I didn't need my change also said they don't give out coins. I later got coins from the manager.this place is run down, dirty and nothing works.for the price they charge for games i expected better.

Best arcade experience in the city! The staff are always so helpful, patient, and friendly, and the games are fun for all ages. Together with their weekly promotions, there's no better bang for your buck in Vancouver!

Had a great time taking my grandson here he had so much fun playing all the games and especially winning his prizes.
Food was mediocre but you can’t really expect more than that from a place like this. Will definitely take him back

This is the only Chuck E. Cheese in the whole Province. Every time we travel from Victoria to Vancouver, we must go to Chuck E. Cheese. Our kids love this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Manager was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. If you have children or not, I strongly recommend going there and have lots of fun. Keep up the good work

My daughter had so much fun here for a birthday party! The really cleaned up the place and added lots of new games since the last time we were there. Q

The staff was friendly and the all you can play is the best thing ever. The kids literally just get to run around and play as many games as they can for the time you buy. I thought that was awesome. The staff even walked around and gave the kids a couple extra games when their time ran out. And the prize guys were patient and good. The kids had a blast and I was very happy with our experience

Food was horrible but i guess thats not what you go for 4 star's because kids had a blast even my too serious for her own good eleven year old had a blast

Half the games didn't work. No tickets in the machine. My 3 year old son was so upset we spent an hour there and he couldn't win tickets because the machines were empty. It was a complete waste of money

Chuck E Cheese's was packed. It was a rainy afternoon and wanted to entertain the kids. The place was packed. Several Birthday parties were happening and tons of kids running around. We took 30 minutes of free play. Only issue was that there was multiple machines not working. The ticked redeeming machines were not working and there were only a few attendants. We redeemed our tickets and left quickly. Not very good. On the bright side, kids had a great time.

We used the coupon that is available online and it gave us a discount at 11.99 per person which is not too bad for half an hour unlimited pay or 250 points that you can spend. This is the first time my daughter came to this place, and this place also bought back my wife's good childhood memory. One stone two birds. I am not sure what is it with those 1 star review. We had a blast today although we only spent one hour there. We will consider to have a birthday party here for her bday coming September.

Great place for kids parties. Booking a party online is easy and they called us to confirm a few days before. Party reservation was easy to update online up to 24 hours before the party. Pizza was good and kids had loads of fun racking up tickets. Would definitely recommend the all you can play pass because some games are fast plays. Parties start with time for children to play, then pizza and pop time. We ordered the cake from chuckecheese as well and was totally worth it. Chocolate cake was moist and we didn’t have to do any prep work. Chuckecheese also came out and danced with the party kids. We went for the cheapest package per kid and just upgraded so kids can have all you can play! Best option as kids do not care for balloons, chuckecheese cups and favors. Pizzas ordered separately for adults were a little pricey but as expected. All in all though, a good time for kids and more enjoyable free time for parents. Win win!
