Church's Chicken

I ordered two chicken legs combo with seven up, the girl completely messed up my order. She give me a leg and a thigh and one coke. The fries is cold, not fresh.

Disappointed to one of their staff, I bought almost $60 I ask 4 paper plates and she gave me 2 plates only, We’re Family of 4 planning to eat at the Park, that’s why I just ask 4 plates, We are regular customer, almost every week after church, that’s the best church chicken in Vancouver for us, their chicken is the best.

The cashier was very nice her name Gurpinder A.but the one who put it in the bag no say thank you and never smile

Another great place Nice and busy so with that being said that means the food is nice and cooked it doesn't sit there for hours and is not good lots of people food is always being cooked so everything is freshly cooked and done with care, nice people.

Drive-through is faster here on average than other locations but it could get busy from time to time

The food was good but the reception staffs were unorganized, unkind and inefficient. Not willing to visit again

No Hot sauce! Will you guys ever get it? Everytime I come here no sauces then wait for 15 to 20 min. Thanks for the excellent service

Disappointing. I asked for a 10pc and and they only put 8. A prerequisite should to be how to count properly.

Chicken was good except that we ordered extra 4 Chicken Wings that was paid for but was not included in the take out so that was disappointing!
Check your take out before you leave!

Some of the best food I've had in Vancouver. Chicken crisper and moister then KFC could ever dream. Fries were crisp and tasted great perfect shape for dipping into the gravy. The honey biscuit wasn't too sweet. Overall great experience with the food.

Its loud in the kitchen so you often have to repeat your order. Floor and table could be cleaned more often. Tables arent really cleaned. Always something dry and stuck on table tops.

This drive through is often very busy. We had to wait as they ran out of chicken. Tasted great though - spicy > regular!

First time trying Church's! I liked the spicy chicken. Maybe add a few more French fries? I wish the had one in North Van.

My favourite chicken joint. Hot and tasty as always. Have been going to all locations in the lower mainland since 1975

Can't go wrong with Church's! 5 Stars for the brand, not particularly the location. This location usually forgets the smaller details of my orders. Sauces, pies, etc

This has got to be the best church's chicken in town! Traffic is steady and chicken is crunchy, spicy and piping hot!

I bought fries 5: 00 am today from churches chicken and ask white guy to put some dipping sauce cups even he did not give me receipt of my order and shut the window after giving this order.when i visit he always in window and talking rude. The staff before was nice and helpful.i am very disappointing from your customer service and not visit again.

The food is good and prices are very reasonable. Staff are very friendly and get your order completed fresh and fast.

A couple didn't have the common sense or decency to ask if all 6 of us were that were waiting outside the main entrance to see if we were in line. Instead they just walked right up the main cashier by using the exit only door to place their order. Absolutely rude.

To date 8th july 2021 ordered the 7 pack with fries and gravy.but too disappointed because both chicken and fries were quite salty.had to boil slighty to lessen the saltiness and grilled the chicken instead.had to let go of the fries though.i hope they go easy on salt next time.

Our go to place whenever we ran out of time to cook. Staffs/Crews are very fast serving our orders/take out.

It's good but some of the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked, they should watch that and they forgot my colsaw, yet I paid for it

Wife ordered 2 Tex supreme sandwiches and a 4 piece meal. She was only given one sandwich. Calls went unanswered.

Somehow this Church's location has the best flavour and always fresh and hot. Not sure why some others don't have the same consistency. But for sure this one has the best chicken.

They got my order wrong lol. They also could improve on their speed of service. Otherwise, quality seems good

The food is good.iove their chixken and biscuits.but the customer service is not so good. The crew in front seem not focus which resulted to her giving me half and half spicy chicken and regular when i asked her clearly only one piece spicy the rest are regular.

Food is always so fresh here I never realized how good it was until I went to another location in Richmond and the chicken tasted like garbage.

Poor service. Long wait times. Was not able to provide everything we ordered. We accepted the substitutes because it took so long and we just wanted to eat.

Service was quick. I love their chicken. Wish everythings back to normal so that dine in would be back to normal as well.

I stopped by to have dinner. I took a deal which was great. $8.75 for three pieces. The quality of the chicken and food was great. Very caring staff.

Gonna put it out there- better than that 'Louisiana' place in Richmond. Great basic fried chicken and open 24 hours. Don't sleep on the chicken sandwich too.

The beautiful lady named Ruth that works at night is such a nice employee. She always has a smile and spreads a bit of her joy everytime she serves me!?

It appeared that they had SO much chicken cooked but I still had to wait longer than I expected

I will drive to Church’s 12 am during midnight just to get some chickens and a hot gravy, it taste unreal

Good food but the service from the staff was less than stellar. They seemed disinterested in customers and didn't look up from the screen both during and after I had ordered. They also had to be reminded my order was to go when I was called to pick it up.

Very unprofessional, I ordered from skip the dishes. I paid extra money for white meat, I got back to my room with a bunch of hungry little ppl as we are staying at ESH and I opened the chicken and I got 4 backs and 3 wing combos and I don't even know what the last piece was I called the restaurant where it was picked up at 5x and someone picked up the phone only to put it back down *DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION

Always clarify what kind of meat you want. Workers here assume you want white meat without asking. Unfortunately my cheat day was semi ruined because of this. True sadness

There's no other church chicken like BC's church chicken. What more can you asked for your going to church to get your blessings and eating chicken. #haha priceless.

The staff seemed to be working really hard but the food was awful, the breaking on the chicken looked white and the sandwich was subpar

Absolutely terrible. Ordered it an HOUR ago and then it took an HOUR for them to notify me to expect a delay for my order. If you're going take that long to tell me you couldn't complete my simple order, then you might as cancel it. Just disgraceful.

Chicken was great. Its definitely less greasy than your other chicken fast food places. Their fries was really great as well. Service was alright but the place was a bit dirty.

BAD BAD BAD experience here. I order 3 pieces of chicken and a fountain drink. She tells me it is $8 something. I tell her that is the same price as it is "with" fries but I am not having fries. So she rings it up again without fries and tells me it is now $10 something. I politely inform her that it should not be more expensive without fries but less expensive. I ask her to please correct it. She tells me that's the price and there is no changing it. I cancel my order and then she accuses me of stealing a bottle of root beer when I am leaving. I did not have a bottle of root beer. I contacted head office and the restaurant itself and received no apology or even acknowledgment of my complaint.

Chickens is awesome, employees up and down.between 6 -7 usually pretty busy, you'll get faster in and out if you use the drive thru

Lots of options for fried chicken.
Always seems to be busy.
Not my favorite place worth, easier to access than most other places.
Especially open 24hrs

My wife went and got a 8 price and ask for not spicy. And got original recipe.you Might want to let that person know that the original recipe is found spicy by some people.especially when it 10 pm kuz nowy choises are realy nothing
