Church's Chicken

I ordered "dollar wing" for the first time. They were pretty good. Plus, there was a 3 piece deal so the total price was very reasonable. I had to wait for a while for the staff to prepare my take-out order due to a shift change. But overall I enjoyed it.

It's just as how I expected from Church's chicken. Very fast service and find fried chicken.

Never comment anywhere but just ordered chkn sandwiches from uber. Completely dry, cold sandwich and also sent wrong drinks

I usually buy here everytime when I am in the neighborhood and gave them 4 star prior. But today I am totally disappointed with the service. We ordered 12 pieces chicken and paid extra for them to be breast meat and chicken sandwich for a total of around 70 dollars. The order was delayed which is okay. However the thing that is very frustrating and honestly unethical is 4 out of the 12 breasts is just bones. That is one third of the order being just bones.
We love church chicken. But today we are totally disappointed. I have attached pictures to show how they are just too thin and bones compared to what they should be. This is very bad!

There are just two flavors of chicken and they still manage to mess up my orders! Hire people with a brain!

I went tonight at about 9 pm to order an 8 piece combo. I took it home and when I opened the box the smell was horriable. It smelt off and burnt, so I tasted a small piece and had to spit it out. So I packed it up and took it back to the store. I talked to the manager and explained his oil must be burnt or the chicken is off. He gave me another box and I could smell it right away. He gave me a piece to try and I was like that is so bad. I told him to smell it and to taste it. Which he would not. You think with food safe, as a manager you would want to know if your product is gone bad or burnt. He didn't throw away any of the other chicken even though he knew it was no good. He asked if I would wait and he would get me fresh chicken. So I waited, thinking he took care of the issue. I came home and at first it seemed fine, until you took a bite. Again tasting off and burnt. By this time my kids are hungry and have no time to go out again to return for a refund. But the issue was not taken care of. This is not acceptable, listen to your customers and check the quality of your food. But by seeing the other reviews, I see this is a consistant issue at this location. We will not be coming back.

Worst and rude Workers working in front.two indian ladies working at oct 3,9: 30pm~9: 50pm. They just talked each other, not taking order, also talking and laughing each other when we order, they ignore and keep talking each other and i ordered 12 pc combos, include 6 biscuits, but they didnt put any biscuits on purpose without explaining, they put gravy sauce instead of 6 piece biscuits, how can this happen, we found that in the car and we went back there and asked why no biscuits and they said run out of biscuits and ask me if i can wait 10 minutes. Why they didnt ask us to wait for 10 mintues for biscuits when we order? What if i found out there was no biscuits at home? I am really mad about that they did it on purpose, it wasnt a simple mistakes, they just dont care customers at all, They had biscuits they just didnt tell us that they have biscuits and put gravy sauce which we didnt want, they just didnt want to make biscuits because they want to go home and being lazy they looked like want to go home, rude and lazy and disrespectful for customers. When we wating for biscuit, the indian lady came out and eatting her food didnt even say sorry.they put extra 4 biscuits
, because they maybe felt that we are mad, but notthing can change.it makes me more angry. The problem they have is they dont explain us and put random item that we dont want, this is so crazy, at least they have to tell and explan this item is sold out so we exchange to this or like that.
If manager or boss see this comment, please tell them behave well, they are not ready for customers, worst church’s ever, i dont want to go back anymore. Worst experience ever. Sorry for your business but i will not hire people like them.

Just ordered a 4 piece chicken combo and the chicken reeks like a car engine, exactly like burnt transmission oil. The cooks used old oil and you can smell and see the burnt chicken skin.

No quality control after hours, absolutely disgusting!

Last week another customer was so inebriated and dropped his rock star drink all over the floor. The staff didn't care to clean up or even notice.whomever the franchise operator doesn't care about the church's brand.

Always double-check your order before leaving! Last two times I went, they gave the wrong order. I ordered the 5 legs, 5 thighs special twice and the first time they gave 8 legs, 2 thighs, second time 7 legs, 3 thighs. On the upside, quality is still good, they just can't count I guess lol

Ive ordered here at least 30 times in the past few years and found they are very consistent (which is rare). Chicken is always very tasty and juicy.

Very messy and there was nobody in the store. I called them three times and then they showed up. I told them we were waiting and she ‘Riya’ blamed on other employee that she was on her break and it was another employee responsibility to show up in front.

Thanks for extra protein of beetle in my food.

The chicken itself was good, but not one single piece of white meat in a 12 piece box seems pretty cheap.

About a month back ordered another 8 pack but specified all white meat. 6 wings and 2 backs, not a single breast.

Just now I ordered an 8 pack, and it was 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs.

The taste, as always was great, but I can't understand why there doesn't seem to be any way to get white meat in an order or a breast ever.

Three disappointments in a row is enough for me. High Five Chicken has yet to let me down.

I've been going to this location for about 2 years. The staff are lovely, orders are prompt, and I come way too often. Best spicy fried chicken! Until about a month or two ago. I've been getting batches that taste like it was fried in old oil or something. When I pick up my box, I can tell right away because it smells smokey. The batter looks darker than usual, and it doesn't taste good. I hope they fix whatever the problem is because this is my favourite fried chicken place. Added note, I usually pick up around midnight.

I think its because not much else around but this place can get BUSY.

Might be because it's really good. Seemed about average my opinion.

I live around here and visit regularly. I always love it, however, i visited around 2pm on Thursday and i got burned chicken. He must know this but put these in my bag. I tried to eat some pieces but these are really bitter. I hope not that person serves my chicken again

Averaged chicken, the presentation isn’t the best but it’s very tasty. Limited parking but it’s located in a good spot. Compared to other church’s that I’ve been to, the restaurant is clean and maintained. Definitely would continue stopping by.

Really Bad service. It took them 15 minutes to make 1 wrap. Cashier was so rude. Even they did not drop my bombers until 10 minutes. I will give them 0 if there is 1

Just went here and the guy in the back with a very large beard was standing over the food without a face mask.

Not very Hygienic or COVID friendly
With the other 5 staff amongst each other!
All other staff are doing a great job
