Church's Chicken

I think they should hire staff that can read and understand English. Both times I ordered delivery they get my order wrong. They should know the difference between regular and spicy chicken.

I went to this place for my dinner last week with mail in coupon. However, by some reason the coupon did not work so the restaurant was unable to get in to their system. And the cashier/the manager made another offer and had me got my dinner in a similar deal and I am happy with the meal. I can feel the restaurant is really trying thier best to make the customer happy so I am gonna give a thumbs up for what they do.

Better fried chicken than a few other places. I felt that combos are the best deals you can get there.

It was our first time having the honey buns. My goodness. They were fantastic. Will absolutely go back.

Guy in the black sweater and black pants at front don’t have sense how to deal with customers so unprofessional; tables were dirty as well not properly wiped ; have a look at there soo called fresh chicken

I'm sorry but I was charged almost 12.00 dollars for a regular chicken sandwich.i was hungry again 45 minutes later just saying.

Good staff service. Can't do anything about the 15 minute wait for chicken since have to cook it.

These guys are the best.they give uh best drinking snacks.very lovely staff. Always helpful

To be honest i used to a regular costumer but they need to change thier staff asap because they are very lazy and busy talking about lovelife instead of costumers and always nobody’s at the counter we have to call them which ended up taking 10 mins and they are so lazy so they say they’re out of stuff because they dont want to make it and i guess manager as well didnt do much about it as i have read several reviews about this place

Great location, with friendly employees.loved the way they treated their employees. Especially the person named Pushpinder is extremely cheerful. She treated every customer with politeness. Overall wonderful experience.

Wonderful chicken. Fast and fresh always good service! Lots more interesting side dishes at a reasonable price.

Worst. I ordered 30 bomber's. Out of the initial 10 I ate, 7 didn't have any bomber sauce filling in it and when I called the location to ask about the same, they argued about it with me instead of acknowledging their mistake and eventually hung up on me. The server also gave me ranch instead of bomber sauce. Terrible service. The store on Fraser highway is so much better.

TERRIBLE ever since the ownership changed a few months ago. Gave it multiple chances but my latest visit has me never wanting to go back again. My fries were rock-hard and the chicken dry and stringy. Maybe you should try changing the oil once in a while. What a shame.

My god the chicken is so Horrible at this store, it’s all messed up and the whole day had stomach upset, never going back at the location again.

Ordered chicken from this location drove home 6 miles and opened the dinner, the whole order was burnt, tasteless, and very greesy will not ever order from here again!

What's going on in here? Under new staff or new owner.

Church's chicken is always favorite. After eating burgers and poutine at this place never eating church's chicken ever. Poor quality tastelessly and cold food they served

Only problem is the customer service by Indian Girls. I came to buy wraps and no cashier showed up to the counter. Only guy at back wearing kitchen clothes came to ask for the order but he was not having authority to enter my order in system. So, he started preparing order in advance by asking my order but no cashier showed up. Cashier showed up only when 6 or 7 customers start waiting in line. I was waiting for nearly 10 to 15 minutes today April 24,2022 at 1254pm to just place my order. And usually whenever i visit to order the food, all back staff is always excellent and other communities front line worker are always good but Indian girl Cashiers are worse and having a ego kind of attitude. Please owner fire front cashier Indian girls if they can improve their customer skills or train them on how to be good and friendly with customers.

The chicken and jalapeño bombers at Church's are the best. The downside is that this location does get a bit crowded sometimes. I recommend calling in for pickup so you don't have to wait on-site as long.
