Church's Chicken

We bought 2 sandwiches, one classic and one Tex, because kids love their sandwiches. It’s always tasty. Chicken are always good. The only difference is we feel this time spicy chicken legs are not as spicy as usual. Other than the difference. Everything else is great.

I ordered 4 pieces chicken combo and it was one of the worst ones I ever ate. The chickens were not crispy and they smelled very bad. When I told the staff about the food they got very rude and started talking trash. Overall, Church chicken is great however, not this place.

The staff at this location was very rude when I try to claim the survey code promotion with a receipt, they said I have to buy something. I then ordered a wing to claim the promotion, they said what's the proof that I have actually filled a survey and insulted me infront of all the customers by yelling at me saying that I am buying just $1 wing and try to claim a $3 worth drumstick. I felt humiliated infront of all the people in the stores. The promotion details on the receipt is very clear too. Still she said I have to come tomorrow for their manager to very if all the surveys are actually legit or not. The shift manager is the one who has said this to me "that it's their store money that I am taking for free"
I deeserve an apology and proper explanation from the corporate or the owner by they even ask for a survey from the customers where they can't even honor what they have promised.

Classic Church’s Chicken! This location does it right. Chicken is fresh and service is quick and staff are very polite. Been to this location a few times now and I’m always surprised how kind staff are and how seemingly happy they are. For fast food, that’s not bad!

Chicken is always fresh and I’ve yet to experience soggy chicken or reusing of old oil. Old oil usage is pretty rampant in fried chicken places, so it’s nice to see this place cares. Keep it up!

Ordered a 7 piece they only gave 6 pieces. This place is a scam. I would check the box from this point on.

Fries taste and smell like peanut oil. Some Quality control issues at this location, they are lucky no one in my group had an allergy, they could have died. They advertise as peanut free.

Loved the wings. The cashier was pretty nice too. I don’t live around the neighbourhood but I do tend to drop by whenever I go to metrotown.

This place chicken is not fresh at all. I can smell bad whenever I pick it up. I can not go anymore even this place is close by my place. I go to another kingsway even it's faraway.

THEY DO NOT USE FRESH CHICKEN

Overall, foods are finger licking good. Can’t expect more from other thing in a fast food chain. Washroom is clean. If possible, bring down the fries price because it is expensive $5.2 just for a handful of fries.

Very few Church's Chicken remaining in BC, most are now Church's Texas Chicken. This location can get very busy and buyer beware. If you pay by credit card, they're not categorized as a restaurant so you won't earn restaurant cashback or points.

Food was good but the lady at the front counter had the personality of a stick and was really quite rude.

Popular location as sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for more chicken, but on the plus side, it's fresh since they have to cook so much of it. There's parking available right in front and a Super Save gast station right next door so it's a convenient 2 stops in one. Staff is friendly and for the most parts the restaurant area is pretty clean. I like it, it's convenient ant always tasty oh and the fries are really good too.

Either their prices went up or I got over charged for something I always get when I go. Normally my order is about $18 but this last one same order was $25 with no Receipt. Would be 5 stars across the board if it wasn't for my last visit.

Chicken always tastes the same, never in a bad way. Sometimes there could be a lineup, but depending on the cashier it can go by smoothly and quickly.

The cashiers are usually friendly. The dining environment is ok, relatively spacious.with 6 tables of six I believe.

I honestly, don't know what it is about Church's Chicken, but I prefer it over nearly all Western Fried Chicken places, this means you Popeye's and KFC. Church's for me growing up has always been the go-to place for fried chicken. For me, it not just the fact that you get bigger pieces of chicken here, it's that the crispiness is done right. For me that's the spicy chicken, for some reason the normal version just doesn't have the crunch that the spicy one does.

Definitely my go-to Fried Chicken spot after work when I'm in the mood. Made even more enticing when they have a special going on.

One tip I've also learned over the years is if it's not eaten right away. Try and keep the boxes of fries and chicken ventilated. For some reason, when the lid is on, steam makes the food soggy overtime. If your driving 10 to 15 minutes to get home, your not gonna have the same crispiness as you'd get if the lid was open.

After all the employees have been switched or the new management the services has gone the drain. Staff are very rude and very disrespectful
