Update: I’ve gone back a few times after their response and it seems they consistently have better tortilla chips in the mexicana sandwiches now.

The crispy tortilla chips on the mexicana sandwiches was just a small sprinkling of crumbs. Crumbs might even be a stretch, it was essentially just chip dust. Pretty disappointing since these sandwiches with the tortilla chips in them is the whole reason we came here.

Very bad service. They claimed they cannot do a refund on the Visa card due to price error. This is their company policy. Never heard there is a law like this in Canada. After stating out the section law in Canada, the manager refunded me the bill and proceed with a right purchase bill. She claimed this is a very difficult process for them to do a refund. This shift is at 12: 30pm, Cambie Richmond station. The chicken and fries are cold also. Very bad!

I have eaten it several times, but the quality is not consistent, sometimes it is not crispy and a bit cold.

Very delicious chicken, it's cheaper than KFC and better.the service was very good, they gave the chicken in 5 minutes

Went to Churches Chicken on Cambie in Richmond Thursday Feb 9 around 3: 30 and the man that served us at the Drive thru couldn't do more Great Service and a fantastic meal, thank You

We ordered a dozen drumsticks and 50 of the regular, NOT SPICY, little wings/drumsticks for my child’s 5th birthday party. My husband asked them confirmed with them TWICE it’s regular and not spicy. They gave us spicy! The poor kids couldn’t eat it and it had all gone to waste!
If you’re going to order there make sure to try it before leaving the store. Definitely will not be returning there!

Had the three piece chicken combo at this location. Service was friendly but the product was not consistent with other Church’s Chickens. The fries were not crisp, but instead soft and soggy. The skin of the original fried chicken was not crunchy but soft. Tasted just alright to mediocre.

The place is very nice and the attention is immediate, not to mention that they are super fast in delivering the orders.

We ordered 16 pcs (4 pcs of spicy and 12 pcs of regular), and we paid for all thighs. But it ended up being a mix of regular pcs. It was so embarrassing when everyone in the house was waiting for their pcs. My wife wants her money back.

I feel the late night staff have a attitude that customer doesnt deserves. The girl (ravneet) working on this store in night around 11 pm on december 16, was super rude. The management need to look at her otherwise you gonna loose so many customers

The staff is very patient with you at the drive through to take your orders and the food is always fresh. You usually have to wait only a minute or so but if you have a big order, they would ask you to park to the side and they will bring out the order to your car when it is ready. Unlike other Church's Chicken locations, they are very nice and give you the option of separating the spicy and non-spicy pieces in different boxes.

Always gives wrong items, missing items? Wake up? Ordered two combos and only one came with the honey biscuit. Totally unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional - will NOT be coming back

I argued with the store manager because she refused to provide any ketchup for my daughter's fried chicken combo. After getting home we found there's something on my daughter's fried chicken, and it looks like someone had spit on it. This action is disgusting and I would give this location a zero star if I could.

Probably the worst churches ive had, the spicy chicken has zero flavour, makes me wonder how bland their normal chicken is. Will not be coming back to this location
