I just got drive through from the Nanaimo Kingsway location and the girl working at the window was sick and coughing directly into her hand, and not washing afterwards or anything. I should have said something in the moment. I'm not going to eat the food

They delayed my lunch whichthe order was confirmed at 2.15pm and it wasnt delivered by 6-7.pm. I cannot order from the place again. Am really disappointed

Went through the drive through had to repeat myself several times and waited about 15 mins for the food

Worst chicken I have ever had. The chicken was smelling and a full of oil. We can call it oil chicken. Thank you

Service was ok, food was greasy and expensive just like KFC. I think I will go try those new Korean fried chicken places popping up to see if they are better and cheaper. Food quality has gone downhill from when I used to eat a long time ago.

A bit expensive but good. Wings have way too much batter and not much meat. They charge GST on food but they're not supposed to

Coming here they didn't have any spicy chicken, so I ended up with regular. I asked how long it would take but didn't get a straight answer. After placing my order, I noticed some other people in drive thru ordered spicy chicken and they were able to get it? Something seemed off. In terms of the chicken though, it was pretty good, no complaints. Their fries were fresh too.

They told us 17 minutes and ended up taking 35, but it be like that right? It church’s. It’s a staple in the south Vancouver neighbourhood. We want good fried chicken and they’re wanna serve our drunk stomachs

The restaurant was undergoing renovations. I purchased the 3 piece combo meal for 10 dollars. Comparable meal at kfcs down the road is approximately 7 dollars. I didn’t think the quality was that much better than kfcs. They didn’t have a drink machine so they gave customers a can of pop, which is very unprofessional when a regular drink normally has 40% more volume. Customer service was nothing special.
Note: if your store is undergoing renovations, it’s an opportunity to build loyalty and retain customers, not rip them off. Do better.

Best place in the world if you live chicken as much as the next guy does. The staff are curious and we'll mannered they are always smiling and eager to serve you the best damn chicken this side of the Fraser rivers rapids.

I ordered mexicana sandwich combo from this church's chicken today. I used drive through. The representative said they dong have crispy tortilla chips for the order. When I asked him to substitute that with other toppings he added leftover chips in it and mentioned they added the chips. That’s called low quality service from churcha’s! Most the time they forgot to put fork for poutine. Sometimes they miss straws!

Best Church's chicken location I always go there and I've been going there for a while, the food is always served up nice and fast and it's always delicious the service is really good also

Came here an asked for 2 family meals a box of fresh chicken tenders an I asked for it all to be fresh. I drove away an the chicken was old an oily an the tenders were dried out an cold as well the 2 large gravy were not even warm, like it was sitting out all day.

The worst; greasy. If you drive by this place you can't help but smell the grease & it permeates the air surrounding the building.

Needs to hire more competent cashiers, waiting 30 minutes for an 8 person lineup is absolutely not acceptable.slowest service in the world, if I wanted to wait that long for my fried chicken i'd move to africa

Reliably better than KFC. Fresher chicken, better French fries, way way better gravy, it’s no contest. Also they get extra points for serving orange crush, which I wish more places did.

I come here once in a while. The taste has mostly been consistent but there are an odd few times where the chicken felt dry af with the oil soaked into the batter. Could be worse. Seating areas are pretty clean the last few times I went.

I am coming down here with family for years and today it was such a bad experience because of one cashier. She should not be there because of her bad attitude. Everytime she uses these word " anything else" in most rude and insulting manner like we are asking her for free food. She cannnot even pronounce Cup and keeping saying CAP.so wiered and bad experience around 1600hrs.

Best fried chicken, better than KFC or any other fried chicken place. Location in my neighbourhood is open 24 hrs. Drive through can take almost 30 mins during peak times. Recommend going inside instead of drive through

Biscuits not available because the oven was broken. Coincidence that the biscuits in the combo were switched to a “promotional item” last week according to the employee. Which means the combo was the same price without the 6 biscuits, and was given nothing else in compensation for the biscuits. Great business model guys, great way to treat your customers. Clowns.

Always great chicken especially spicy but not a fan of the fried great staff and environment but it due for a more modern upgrade other than that the food is always served hot and fast great for family's price is average and always better than other fast dry chicken eaterys

Food is good however, the tables weren't really that clean. There were stains and spilt food on most tables.

You usual church chicken with a touch of I might get mug on my way out, because it is In the sketchy area of Kingsway, so far i haven't her mugged.

Went there on a Tuesday night and the drive thru was insanely busy. I went inside and waited about 10 mins for my order. I noticed the people working there were super nice to all customers even though they were so busy and running around.

Church's Chicken is some if the best fried chicken in Vancouver. It really crispy, juicy, and flavourful. The spicy chicken is especially good. However the service is extremely slow. The drivethru is only worth using if there isn't a line. This location, while having it on the menu, will not include a honey biscuit with their combos.

It was a bit disorganized and could use a scrubbing but the staff was very pleasant and the food was surprisingly good.

Now - I'd never been to a Church's so I'm comparing it to KFC so that might be something to take into account.

That chicken I purchased through the drive through and ate with a friend driving back to the city was some of the juiciest checkin I’ve ever devoured! We had to wait quite a while but it was worth it! They were playing hard to get!: P

Greasy, fatty, salty! What could you ask for in a deep fried chicken spot! They have a nice special 3 pieces with pop and fries for like 8$ perfect for a lazy Tuesday evening!

The machine is broken and so there are no biscuits for the combo. No complementary. It should be cheaper or extra something. Very disappointed, don't suggest this location. Go to 41 and Frazer. Better service.

Waited in line for a bit got to one person in front of me, the cashier left to fill orders while 2 other employees were having an intense conversation as to why the till was $20 short. Cashier never came back and then one of the 2 employees having a conversation went to another till 2 feet away and started to take orders from people who just walked in the door that left myself and the guy in front of me standing there. If you want to eat within 30 minutes of arriving then DO NOT go here. They do not care so it doesn’t really matter. I waited for another 5 minutes then realized line up means nothing so I left and went to DQ

Did church's change the chicken and start serving chicken breast? Order 3 piece combo got 2 breast and 1 leg. No thigh. Overcook skins taste like rubber. And chickenbreast is so dry to chew. Really disappointed.

It was good especially if you are craving a 3 piece spicy chicken with fries and drink. Not the greatest but still good to satisfy my desire for fried chicken. Their french fries are better than KFC since they can be reheated if you want to consume later.

Drive thru was abysmal. Slowest service ever. Employees did make up for it by giving extra pieces but 30 mins at a drive thru is insane

Last Thursday, I ordered and paid for 4 pieces of original and 4 pieces of spicy chicken with fries and drink and when I checked the box when I got home, they had only given me 3 pieces each. Will not be going back to that location. Rip off!

Very greasy compared to the one I tried in Texas, and that keeps the chicken really hot, making it hard to eat until it gets cool enough. The perk is it's open 24/7.

I just went to church’s at 2am on 27th February and there was one girl working I asked for two tex supreme and she was rude like I’m asking for free and later when I opened them they were cold not even fresh. Do you serve old chicken to customers at night. Really disappointed

Tricky parking lot at this location because it's a little small, but the chicken is still juicy and amazing.

Church's Chicken now has a new menu board where the good old 10 piece option is no longer available. Instead they have 4,8,12,16,20, and 24 pieces options. When you do the math, there is no savings when you buy more. Management must think their customers can't add. When you order 10 pieces, staff has no choice but to add 2 pieces to the 8-piece combo and the individual piece is not priced on the menu so I ended paying about $25 for 10 pieces. I hate not knowing what I will pay until the cashier tells you the total so I will not be going back until they address this menu problem.

I went here yesterday and when i was ordering, the team leader named Sau, was being really rude.i was ordering 2 orders and 1 side but then when i first said my first order (3pc combo) she left to get the 3pc chicken and when i was telling her my 2nd order she suddenly talked to the customer behind me and prepared his order. TWICE! She didnt even asked me if that was everything that i need and asked the other worker to finish my payment when i am not even ordering yet! That was really rude and really poor behavior of a so-called team leader.

The best inexpensive place with taste products. I wish they will be free farm, not hormones. If were that way and the closer they get to a free pain animals.they will be the beat business in Canada

Food is not consistent and the freshness depends on when you are there. Understandably it won't be as fresh at 2am compared to 2pm, but maybe somehow make it to order the later it gets? Although it probably takes too long. The seasoning is also hit or miss depending on which location.

I came here with my brother who just got out of the hospital. We came to this location and presented them with the 3pcs chicken combo coupon (buy one and her the second one 50% off). I asked the cashier how much it was and she said $8.50, so two combos should have been $12.75. Well she (the cashier) charged me $15.67 before taxes. I asked her for the receipt and told her she didn't apply the coupon to our order. Long story short, this place rips you off. Watch out for the older Filipino lady with short hair (she's distinctive as the others look in their early 20s). She's a complete illiterate imbasil, I didn't want to waste more time arguing with her (I couldn't understand a word of her "English"). I should report them to the BBB. Canadians have rights, don't come here and rip us locals off (there's no cure for stupidity and ignorance, so I'm sure it wasn't internation - I just don't appreciate it.)

Terrible service. Waiting for a long time.the stuff saw me and didn't say anything after 20mins he opened the window said there is no more chicken! If u cant provide the food at midnight. Stop saying is 24hours restaurant. Huge problem!
