It's okay when ur hungry, the wait was too long as the workers looked at me blankly and spoke a language I don't understand

Nice service. The female staff was efficient. Welcomed me with a smile. Quickly she placed my order. When my order handing over to me, she gave me complimentary apple filling dessert. Really she does not need to do so, but I think she did the right thing. I ordered spicy wings, but I never felt spicy flavor from the fried chicken.

Overnight staff (Drive thru) was very rude, he didn't even ask for sides and just gave us fries, it felt like he didn't want to take our order. He didn't give us any tissues or kethup, didn't even ask for it. I like the taste of chicken here, that's the only reason I visited. I hope for a better experience next time.

Tex wrap $12 now? That’s absolutely atrocious. I loved this wrap for $5.50 and was mad when it went up to $6.50. Then 7.00, and so on. Haven’t ordered in a while but I had a 50% coupon on Uber eats. Safe to say I’ll never order churches chicken without a discount like this. That’s crazy price inflation.

I used to love this place, but the food quality has gone down. They gave us old chicken tenders.staff is just not ready to put in extra work to make a good meal, never gonna go to the place ever.

Ordered chicken strips and fries to go and it was cold.very disappointed if I didn't have to be someplace else I would have taken it back.

Service and food gone to Worse now. It used to be very amazing. But dont know due to management or staff.food is very bad now, even you ask for fresh. There is nothing fresh you can get. Posting this review after visiting 5/6 times and everytime its same thing. Very disappointing.

Awful service at night the staff never answer at the drive thru menu board. You can wait there for 10 minutes with no oyher cars in line and then when you drive up they'll pretend their headset was off. Always happens at this location, probably too lazy to do any work.

I went for mexicana wrap, 10 bombers and one medium coke. The person who was taking order for drive thru was very unprofessional, i had to repeat this order for 5 times and then he understood what i’m ordering. Imagine the person taking order in McDonalds with modifications, the person might had to write and then tell them this is the order, this happens to all of my friends who go there for their meal. Then they mixed up my order with tender wrap rather than mexicana wrap, they not only mixed up my order, they also forgot to give coke that i ordered. This is now everytime, please please keep professional staff to justify good food.

I will never come to this location again. Disgusting fries, ketchup pack had some sticky substance on it. Chicken wasnt good at all. Never come here, they suck at making chicken.

They keep forgetting my biscuits, every single time. I start to wonder if this is their business strategy to save cost.

Terrible. They forgot a whole meal when I got it delivered. Break this building down and build a Raising Kane’s or something, they don’t deserve to exist in Surrey.

Slow service in the drive thru.
There were 5-6 cars in the drive thru and they made all of them park.
Order also came after quite some time.
The food is top quality and I can tell the workers are hard working too but management should look into how much workers are needed and how to fasten up the process.

All this time, I thought people can't take proper photos of menus. It turns out the app reduces the photo's quality, so people can't read the menus. Anyway, we had someone ahead of us order a massive four bags of chicken (over 40 PC's), so our order was fresh & crispy. Although the wait was long, the service was nice. Nice team overall.

Just all around very awful place! Bad service unprofessional staff that don’t even know the menu. You don’t even know how these guys handle the food back there if it’s reflective of their service I’d be hesitant to eat anything they make!

During the construction period, the restaurant was still open (drive through window) and tried the new product - super crunch chicken, which felt similar to the previous product and did not feel particularly crispy, but as always, it was delicious and cost-effective.

So we just got some food from this drive through location right now. There was confusion with the price so the cashier called the supervisor I believe Nitesh if I remember the name correctly! He was not wearing a name tag.

He was extremely rude and provided a terrible customer service. He just came to the window and didn’t even bother to hear us. He approached us and all he said was “check your phone, check your phone” aggressively as if we are illiterate. Even after stating that we have double-checked he was not willing to help.

Provided no explanation whatsoever and was not not even listening.

What kind of a customer service is this? !
