Bad customer service. Under staffed. Long wait periods. There are few employees who are doing their best to give a better service to the customers. But the most of the employees there are not to work. But to tell something to show that they have an issue with the systems. According to them CIBC is having System issues most of the days. (But other CIBC branches doesn’t have those) Even the manager is trying to give excuses, not a service. To reduce the line, what he is doing Most of the days is to ask the people to make appointments and telling the system doesn’t work or the option is unavailable today.

Very good experience with the CIBC fleetwood Branch. Bank staff is very helpful specially thanks to Mr. Sumit Acharya who give fully attention to clint and solve the problems quickly.

These guys never get back to you, I ask for an appt they said 2 weeks, then I said I will go to some other bank, The manager came in and said I will get a call from somebody soon and we will schedule much early, still waiting since 10 days, guess they should close the branch, worst branch

Called me to tell me my visa was ready when it's closed instead of giving me a heads up when they got it very lazy. Unfortunate.

Very poor customer service.one employer, Chinese lady treated us very low, that’s not the correct way of treating with the customers. Try to change your attitude with the customers.if you have any problem with the costumer, try to talk politely, not in the rude way.

Great staff named Rooh Puneet Goraya.
Very understanding and polite.
As being an student. I am still learning about certain things. Today I had an meeting and in the meeting Rooh explained everything very well. All my questioned were answered. And he helped me without having any issues.

This is my favourite CIBC location!

Useless. Only come here if you need an atm to do everything yourself, and there is no other bank around. Any time I've come here seeking help from a person I've been turned away and had to go to a different bank. Today was the last straw, after waiting in line with no greating for around 10 minutes, I was immediately informed that they would not help me. They won't even exchange rolled change, they tell you to go to RBC or another bank nearby. When I said that most banks require you to have an account to do so, I was told that I was wrong and that rbc will be fine. That was NOT the case. RBC, like most banks, won't make cash exchanges without an account. I walked all the way over just to be told something I already knew, because the women was insistent that they would do it. I made an appointment to switch banks, as I think its ridiculous to expect loyal customers to use other banks for bare basic bank needs, and even worse when you can't even recommend where I can get them done. Thank you to this branch for giving me the push to switch banks as I am so completely tired of CIBCs lack of effort.

Called for four days straight, multiple times trying to make an appointment to meet with someone. Left messages. No one ever called me back, no one ever picked up the phone. I guess they don't care about their customers or getting new ones for that matter. I would love to leave negative stars

I don't think this branch deserves even one star for the service I received, or lack thereof. Upon entering the branch last Friday afternoon, I stood in the queue and waited for my turn to reach the kiosk. Someone by the name of Ruby arrived and I asked her if there was any available advisor who could answer a few questions. She asked me what I needed assistance with, and as I began to talk she started fiddling on the computer looking at her screen. When I finally finished telling her, she looked up rudely with a sigh and said, "Oh what was that? I wasn't listening. " So I had to repeat myself and THEN after all that she rudely asked who told me to go to this location and that there's nobody who could help me and I need to come back another day. I was completely shocked as last time I checked, I could go to any branch and receive the expected good service I usually receive at any other branch. I have been a loyal CIBC customer for years and I've never encountered someone with such terrible customer service. This individual was extremely condescending and unwelcoming, and had no interest at all in assisting in any way. Seemed like she just wanted to go home, which maybe that's where she should be if this is the way I would imagine she treats all guests.
