Great people and service, especially Evan Ng, he helped me to sort out the CIBC system glitch that charged me several hundred dollars and after he did a follow up call to make sure my side is all good.

The absolute worst experience with this bank—as a whole, but particularly frustrated that they don’t have any tellers at this location, and you can only speak with a financial advisor. When we opened our account we were told by our advisor that she would follow up with us, and keep in contact—we haven’t heard from her in two years. They increase how much money you have to have in your account as well as how much the monthly fees are, leaving it extremely difficult to access your own money. Would never have banked here if our mortgage wasn’t through them. Save your time and go to a credit union where they value their customers.

Not sure what’s the purpose of this branch being open when they have no employees inside and no more tellers, my time gets wasted everyone I go there so yes bad experience as a client.

Every time I come to this branch, I have a bad experience. Last week I went to the branch for banking works and received wrong information from the bank staff. When I spoke to CIBC Telephone banking and online chat, they said that the branch gave you the wrong information and that your work was done wrong. You have to visit the branch again so they can do your job properly. When I went back to the branch, the branch not only didn't do my job, but said you must to wait 2 weeks before we can set up a meeting for you! Why should I wait two weeks when the bank gave me wrong information? ! It’s funny! The person who is in front of the bank and is supposed to help the customer, gives wrong information to the customer, and when I show her the correct rules and information from the CIBC website, she is surprised!
My many years of good experience with CIBC bank has been ruined by this branch!

Only one person working and she's on the phone. Nobody else around. This is great service. Why am I paying fees?
