CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

By far the worst experience ever at any CIBC branch. If you only speak english, do not go here, they won’t help you with anything, instead of helping clients and attempting to make things easier they will do the opposite and make things as difficult as possible. Just go to the Blundell location instead.

Waited for about 10-15 minutes and no one was really around to answer a question. There was just 1 customer in the entire branch. I could've walked out with a workstation without anyone even knowing.

This is the only branch in Canada when I enter I see literally no one around me. Customers were waiting for the staff to show up. When the staff had arrived, I asked for a bank statement and she looked so confused. They didn't help me with the document I asked for. Transferred my funds to RBC and I got my report in 15 min from the nearest branch.

Shoutout to Hemal, For going above and beyond and providing exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work.

They call these ‘service centres’ but when you can’t even get change it feels like more of a disservice to me. Have one teller. Minimum. Make it happen.

This branch can be remote for some, but I personally go there because of their super great service. Vincent always tries to do the best for me and I really appreciate it!

I was in a couple days ago. I was very impressed with how much they made me feel appreciated and valued.

This branch has always been nothing but outstanding with their services. From meeting and greeting at the front entrance to all simple to complex banking services. Everyone is very helpful and detailed oriented and very knowledgeable with all aspects of banking. I definitely choose the o come out to visit this bank for all banking needs even though I live inNew Westminster

Wasted 2 hours of my time. Couldn’t resolve issues. Told to just wait.

Switched to digital banking so no tellers.

Left the branch after 40 mins of waiting. Called the customer helpline and spoke to 5 different people over 3 phone calls. FIVE people.that’s ridiculous. And still no resolution. Was told to go back to branch.

Horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend CIBC to anyone and that’s coming from a 20 year customer.

I came with my mom to have money transferred from my account to her account. I was initially confused how their were no tellers. I was in a Hurry to leave. Met a very friendly rep and the manager. They were amazing. Did exactly what I needed and more. I do wires often and this was the first time I heard I can do this from home and its free. I will be using this branch.

Best service. I'm walking distance to the branch in Tsawwassen.but I will drive to this branch because of the service. Manager there and staff are so warm. Helped me consolidate my debt.
