This branch has no teller! No one can help with basic banking needs, such as depositing check and coin exchange.

I really appreciate the professional help of Roohan, she is very helpful and friendly. She helped me to resolve issues with my online banking.

As if they’re not a bad enough bank CIBC on 4th and Arbutus takes the cake. Turning what should be a 2 minute transaction in 20 fruitless minutes. Constantly these is issues with the atms. From random resets swallowing my card to money stuck in the machine and now not accepting cheques. Do not bank here if you value YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!

First time I happened to be here was when I arrived at just a few minutes before they close. I needed a bank draft which normally takes 20-30 minutes and the branch was almost closed. Ms Hoda warmly welcomed and offered me to help. I told her about my request and she started working on it right away. She made sure the signing authorities are present and will stay to fulfill the request. My draft was ready in a couple of minutes thanks to Hoda’s extraordinary customer service. That was above and beyond my expectation. Way to go!

Hello, I am Vahid, I have been a customer of the bank for about a year, every time I visited the bank, all my work was done with the very good treatment of the bank personnel, I want to thank Mr. Amin Younisi for all his efforts, Mr. Amin Younesi always treated me very well. Good and giving very good and useful banking information, providing the best services and always customer oriented in the best possible way, I sincerely thank them.

Had the worst experience! The staff don’t have the knowledge of their job and their costumer service and behaviour are not appropriate either

Came to do a wire transfer and they had two staff, zero customers, but declined to help because they’re in a meeting. (Why are you even open?) Kindly sent me to another branch, and of course it’s just as bad there because it’s CIBC.

Just an awful experience from being snapped at by the person at the front with no staff to greet anyone. The open concept is only effective if you have staff to manage the front. Also little staff in the Center leaving the 2 people there stressed out of their minds and showing it. Called several times to make an appt and got we will call you back and never got a call back. Finally had to call tele banking and I’m still waiting for what I need.
