CIBC Branch with ATM

In my opinion, as a newcomer, they have the best customer service. One of their representatives was Mr. Reza Bagheri. Although I had an appointment with someone else that was canceled, Mr. Reza helped me patiently and kindly. Thank you very much.

One star is a gift. Wish it could be less. Staff are not familiar with all bank procedures. Was lied to about several things. Poor communication skills from the top down.

They have the best of the best customer service ever.
I used to worked in Canada 5 years ago and this time I would like to enclose the account and withdraw all the money back.
I don’t have any CANADIAN ID with me but my passport and my TAIWAN ID.
They also help me and solve my problem.

Almost every interaction I’ve had at other CIBC branches the staff are unhelpful and not very friendly. Every time I’ve been to this location the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me save money when they didn’t have to. After visiting this location I will not return to any others.

Me and my husband visited this branch on June 14 around 12: 50 pm.

I wasn't too impressed with the service here but I didn't think that was a big deal so I didn't respond to the survey email sent to me. Now I regretted not taking the survey.

I just found out today that the employees at the branch gave me incomplete information regarding the hold on the check I deposited. This is after I specifically told them my concern.

If only the receipt of the deposit showed more information regarding the hold then it would give account holder a better picture.

Impossible bank to deal with. Staff are ill informed and bank policies are obstructionist.
NOT helpful. Bank anywhere but at CIBC!

I was greeted by a very professional and helpful front desk work, Reza Beghari. He helped me get my affairs in order and was very well informed. Overall, he left a very positive impression on me with regards to The kerrisdale branch.

Good experience with one of the agents. I visited CIBC Kerrisdale branch in Vancouver. Reza was so helpful, smart and patient, I appreciate his significantly.

If I could give them 1 start I would have done that. Worst customer service ever. Most employee don’t know what they are doing and extremely unhelpful.

They did not provide the service to start my corporate bank account.
Went to RBC and had an account open I. Less then 24 hours. Really pour service

Never picks up their phone. 99% sure it goes directly to voicemail. What's worse is that they don't return your calls

I decided to go in person once after once again being sent to voicemail. When I had arrived, there was literally only 1 customer in the entire lobby.

My wife and I wanted to open an account for our newborn. We are customers at the branch and figured that it wasn't busy, it would be quick. There was a csr and a branch manager free and doing nothing. They told us we would have to wait. Disappointed they couldn't accommodate us and asked us to back when we have an appointment. It was easy setting up my wife's account.
