CIBC Branch with ATM

I have a savings account that I want to turn into a joint account with my spouse, seems simple right?

Well, a teller can't do this. So you'll need to book an appointment, but the next appointment is weeks out. And even then it takes them 20 minute to perform such a simple thing.

Disgraceful.

If I could give 0 star I would. They don't know what is customer service. I went there to see why they did charge my account, but no one responded. The lady in front line said manager is busy, supervisor is busy. So why do you think we have too much time to waste it there? Be more responsible

Don't waste your time go somewhere else. You will be standing in line for over an hour

This branch is the useless one! Do not waste your time here! Although there are many negative reviews, there is no consideration from management! This is the 2nd time for ongoing simple issue!

Does this CIBC branch starting charge service for aviod the bankruptcy? I will transfer all my RESP, TFSA and all the Saving to other Bank. Bye CIBC.

Not impressed, they don’t return calls until you finally contact the manager. Time to move my investments out and far away from CIBC.

They'd rather talk and drag their asss so frkn slow if they worked elsewhere they'd be fired

This branch needs some management change for sure. I had some financial queries related to my investments but their financial rep was just taking it easy and didn’t care to reply my mails.
I am reading other reviews too no wonder why everyone is complaining and expressing their distress on this platform.
Don’t visit this branch if you value your time and money.
